* ''WesternAnimation/RobTheRobot'': In "Space Virus Blues", TK is sick, so the gang brings her to the Fix-it Planet. Eventually, Orbit and Rob succumb to the virus and get sick as well.

** "[[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin Karen's Virus]]" has [=SpongeBob=] and Plankton attempt to get rid of a computer virus that Karen caught.

* ''WesternAnimation/WhateverHappenedToRobotJones'': in ''Sickness'', the Yogmans give Robot Jones a computer virus.

* ''Charlie's Colorforms City'': Charlie gets sick in the episode "Sick Charlie".

* ''WesternAnimation/DanVs'': "The Common Cold" revolves around the title character, who has come down with a cold himself, going to the DCD to rid the whole world of the common world.

* In one ''U.S. Acres'' segment of ''WesternAnimation/GarfieldAndFriends'', Orson has a cold and the rest of the farm animals are trying to tend to him but he tells them all he needs is rest and isolation. He then proceeds to have a DreamSequence, which goes WhereNoParodyHasGoneBefore. After he wakes up, his cold is gone but now all the other farms animals have caught it.

** In "[[Recap/FostersHomeForImaginaryFriendsS1E6Bloooo Bloooooo]]", Mac and Bloo are outside playing in the rain and both catch severe colds. Bloo's symptoms and constant moaning cause Wilt, Eduardo, and Coco to believe he's a [[ItMakesSenseInContext cannibal ghost]]. HilarityEnsues.

* ''WesternAnimation/KimPossible'': In the half-length episode "[[Recap/KimPossibleS2E25SickDayTheTruthHurts Sick Day]]" (which provides the image in the trope's main page), a bad cold goes around. It starts with the Tweebs, then Kim catches it, then she passes it to Shego while they're fighting, so Shego catches it... by the end of the episode, pretty much the entire cast is in bed. While this is going on, both sides attempt to maintain control over an experimental ray device, though they are unaware of what it does. At the end, it is revealed the ray is a cure for the common cold.

* ''WesternAnimation/FostersHomeForImaginaryFriends'': In "Bloooooo", Mac and Bloo are outside playing in the rain and both catch severe colds. Bloo's symptoms and constant moaning cause Wilt, Eduardo, and Coco to believe he's a [[ItMakesSenseInContext cannibal ghost]]. HilarityEnsues.

* ''WesternAnimation/TheXs'': In "You Only Sneeze Twice", all of the family get sick after going on a mission in sub-zero temperatures, except for Tuesday, who was the only one who bothered to wear a snowsuit. The villains, with the exception of [[BattleButler Lorenzo Suave]] are also sick. The two healthy ones are nearly driven insane by their patients's constant whining and demands. Tuesday has caught the cold by the episode's end.

* ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'':
** In "Three's a Crowd", Discord fakes having a strange kind of flu to get attention. [[spoiler:He ends up getting another kind of illness for real by the end.]]
** In "Hurricane Fluttershy", several background Pegasus ponies, including Thunderlane, get "the feather flu".
** In "Hearts and Hooves Day", a background stallion has a cold, but he is only seen for about a second, during the song The Perfect Stallion.
** Subverted in "A Bird in the Hoof". Philomena seems sick but it turns out [[spoiler:that she's a phoenix and on her shedding cycle]].
** In one of the comics, Rainbow Dash gets the "pony flu", which is similar to chicken pox.
** In another comic, all the ponies and Zecora get infected with a fungus, but Spike cures them.
** In "The Cutie Pox", Apple Bloom gets a disease called cutie pox which involves sprouting random cutie marks all over her body and compulsively performing the talents associated with them.
** In "A Flurry of Emotions", a class of background foals get "the horsey hives".
** The whole of "A Health of Information" revolves around Zecora getting sick with swamp fever, and Fluttershy in the role of the caregiver. Unlike previous such episodes, this one disease is quite nasty in that it can prove fatal, it has no known cure, and is quite contagious. Even Fluttershy herself gets sick.
** Coco Pommel spends "The Saddle Row Review" battling a nasty cold.

* ''WesternAnimation/TheXs'': In "You Only Sneeze Twice", all of the family get sick after going on a mission in sub-zero temperatures, except for Tuesday, who was the only one who bothered to wear a snowsuit.

* ''WesternAnimation/CharliesColorformsCity'': Charlie gets sick in the episode "Sick Charlie".

* The ''WesternAnimation/Tutenstein'' episode "Near Dead Experience" is about Cleo getting a fever and Tut, being from Ancient Egypt, worries she'll die from it so he summons Imhotep to try and save her.

** Also in the middle of the next episode "[[Recap/CodenameKidsNextDoorS4E11OperationMAURICE Operation: M.A.U.R.I.C.E.]]", Abigail (Numbuh 5) ends up having chicken pox from her sister Cree with a chicken-pox gun, and then towards the end Cree and the teenagers catch it too from a cannon that fires the said ailment thanks to Maurice.

* The ''WesternAnimation/YinYangYo'' episode "Woo Foo Flu". Yin comes down with the aforementioned flu, and Yang has to take care of her while Master Yo works on a cure. Carl approaches this moment to capture Yin and exploit her [[MalfunctionMalady reality-bending sneezes]], and Yang gets himself sick with the Woo Foo Flu in order to save Yin from Carl. Then Master Yo gets the Woo Foo Flu at the end.

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}}'':

** Sarah comes down with a cold and Ed and Jimmy constantly bicker over who gets to take care of her, much to Eddy's annoyance.
At the end of the episode, ''Edd'' catches it.

*** In "[[Recap/TheLoudHouseS4E19SisterActHouseFlip Sister Act]]", while [[PolarOppositeTwins Lola and Lana]] have been [[TwinSwitch switching places]] to get out of doing stuff one twin dislikes, but the other enjoys, they decide to dress up as each other so the former can get out of going to a doctor's appointment and the latter can get out of a dentist's appointment. [[DidntThinkThisThrough This backfires on both of them the next day]], because Lola catches a cold, rendering her unable to participate in a pageant, while Lana gets [[TheToothHurts an abscessed tooth]] that hurts when she tries to eat the sundae she won from a recycling contest. [[SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome Neither of those things would have gotten as bad as they did if Lola and Lana actually went to their respective appointments, because the medical professionals could have caught the early warning signs of their respective ailments and have immediately treated them before they got worse]]. The twins are forced to fess up to what they did to their parents since they initially thought that the doctor and the dentist failed to notice their obvious medical problems, and, after [[GrowingUpSucks being scolded for their irresponsibility]], they end up having to do the appointments they were trying to avoid in the first place so they can both get healthy again.
