* The Galaxy Robo's visual design is reminiscent of ''Anime/GodMars'' (helmet-like head and boxy body) and, by extension and coincidence, ''WesternAnimation/MightyOrbots''[[note]](whose creators were sued by toy company Tonka or the makers of the ''God Mars'' toys for allegedly plagiarizing the look of God Mars with Mighty Orbots' mech design)[[/note]].
