He also finds her [[BeautifulSingingVoice singing in the keep enchanting]], though [[OurDwarvesAreAllTheSame Bardin]] warns him against ''telling'' her that. After becoming a Grail Knight, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yD6N2fOTjI he seems unusually concerned about whether or not Kerillian likes his (incredibly fake and hilarious) Bretonnian accent, and she giggles cutely at it]]. After she becomes a Sister of the Thorn and mentions her despondence at Queen Ariel being absorbed into the High Elf Everqueen, Kruber semi-jokingly offers to ''beat up a living goddess and her elite bodyguard entourage'' if it'll make Kerillian feel better, and doesn't seem too deterred at her telling him he would die if he tried. In-game, if Kruber uses a medical supply pack on Kerillian, one of her (unique in his case) lines is a slightly terse warning to watch where he puts his hands.

** The original ''VideoGame/GoldenSun1'' and ''VideoGame/GoldenSunTheLostAge'' has Felix unhesitatingly ''jumping off the top of Venus Lighthouse'' to try to save Sheba. The two of them probably get mentioned the least in ''Dark Dawn'', so it's one of the few ships from the original duology that was neither [[OfficialCouple confirmed]] nor [[ShipSinking sunk]].

** Futaba is one of few characters to have an unavoidable Rank 1 Confidant event, where she wonders why she only feels comfortable going out with him and decisively considers him a "key item" in her life. She also gets very flustered when Joker pats her head in Rank 8. And in a case similar to Haru's, should the player [[JustFriends pick the friendship route]], Futaba, who was just talking about how Joker makes her feel, backpedals into an AbortedDeclarationOfLove. Sojiro even thinks there's a chance Joker might be interested in her in his Rank 10 Confidant, and wavers between [[BoyfeindBlockingDad discouraging it]] [[ShipperOnDeck or not]] regardless of whether or not Joker pursues her.

* ''[[VideoGame/ResidentEvil4 RE4]]'': Leon almost blatantly checks out Ada's ass as she's leaving the boat in the cinematic just before you begin playing the island. In the closing scene of Ashley all but invites Leon into her pants; [[ShipSinking he politely declines]].
* ''[[VideoGame/ResidentEvil5 RE5]]'': Jill tackles Wesker through a window to save Chris, or the fact that you get a game over if you kill Jill in the game. Chris sounds staggeringly pained whenever Jill is mentioned (as she seemingly died), and [[https://youtu.be/CK4t2qK9nko?t=330 the way he acts around her]] [[spoiler:after freeing her from Wesker]] is loaded with emotion. Not to mention Chris was willing to stay with Jill instead of chasing after Wesker, [[LoveMakesYouDumb putting the whole world in danger]].

* ''VideoGame/ResidentEvil6'': The entire campaign between [[TheBusCameBack Sherry Birkin]] and Jake Muller is sexual tension galore during their [[ActionFilmQuietDramaScene quieter scenes]]. There's one tidbit where they're trapped in a research facility in China; Jake has nothing but pants on, Sherry's in a skimpy hospital gown, they meet.. and MaleGaze. Jake is also fiercely protective of Sherry.

** HoYay fans rejoice Chris and Piers's campaign is nothing short of this.
* Leon and Claire were the only partners that initially avoided a lot of Ship Teasing. Mostly due having few scenes together in the original ''[=RE2=]'' and Leon being attracted to Ada, ''Anime/ResidentEvilDegeneration'' added a little more with Leon giving Claire emotional (and [[https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcQvqevJyo3FY0vWeoL418-YZTqw7Z_SneS4zMymZR_BJjZxnLJi physical]]) support and Claire giving Leon a [[https://media1.tenor.com/images/77fa43f37859a3d4049025c3afad27c3/tenor.gif?itemid=7176285 cheeky wink]] but overall spoiled thanks to Angela being ship teased with Leon instead. ''VideoGame/ResidentEvilTheDarkSideChronicles'' gave Leon and Claire a few moments ''but'' played it off as them being more friends [[ShipSinking than love interests]]... the ''VideoGame/ResidentEvil2Remake'' however '''[[https://youtu.be/e_DHrNfi1jo?t=339 plays it straight]]'''. It strongly implies that Claire at least has [[SmittenTeenageGirl feelings]] for him, while Leon is far less stoic around her. In the ending Sherry puts the cherry on top [[ShipperOnDeck mistaking them for boyfriend and girlfriend]]. ''Anime/ResidentEvilInfiniteDarkness'' delivers yet more ShipTease between them, as especially seen in climax of the first season where despite the mutated villain escaping, when Leon sees Claire [[AlwaysSaveTheGirl in need of help]] [[https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FMD-lUgJaDk&pp=ygUSbGVvbiBzYXZlcyBjbGFpcmUg he immediately rushes towards her and pulls her to safety]] resulting in a SuggestiveCollision complete with a HeldGaze. If that wasn't enough, during the BittersweetEnding when Leon meets Claire outside the White House, he actually hoped she was going to ask him out for dinner. Out of Universe Creator/{{Capcom}} even teased Leon/Claire fans on the [[https://i.redd.it/4gvw1l1fcs721.jpg New Years poster]].
* The ''[[VideoGame/ResidentEvilOutbreak Outbreak]]'' spin-off even had one in the form of George and Cindy, who shared a DownerEnding together. All the survivors shared one of some sort of pairing, but their's was the only romantic one.

** Shipping strikes again in ''WesternAnimation/SonicBoom''. While the games are left ambiguous for now, two episodes register as Sonamy episodes; one has Amy ask Tails to shut down a mind-reading robot before it voices her deepest desire (ItMakesSenseInContext), while another has Sonic stammering when Knuckles implies that Amy's preparing for a date, the context being that he may be secretly jealous. A third has the cast finding and reading [[MostFanficWritersAreGirls Amy's fanfiction]], but goes into no further detail on what that is.
** Also happens in ''Anime/SonicX'' with Vector and Vanilla.

* ''VideoGame/Kirby64TheCrystalShards'' teases Kirby/[[FairyCompanion Ribbon]]--the very first cutscene features a CrashIntoHello, and [[spoiler:when you finish the game with 100%Completion]], the resulting cutscene has Ribbon kissing Kirby, giving him a LuminescentBlush.

* ''VideoGame/Kirby64TheCrystalShards'' teases Kirby/[[FairyCompanion Ribbon]]--the very first cutscene features a CrashIntoHello, and [[spoiler:the true ending]] has her kiss him and give him a LuminescentBlush.

Ship Tease

** One popular ShipTease is Yoshi and Birdo, probably because they're both dinosaurs who are about the same size with one being male and the other being female. Some sources say Birdo is transgender, and most of the fans that follow those sources love to ship her with Yoshi. When this shipping exactly started, the jury's still out on it, but some say it was ''Mario Tennis'' on the Nintendo 64 that started it.
