''Summerland'' is an American TV series which lasted two seasons and was broadcast on Creator/TheWB in 2004 and 2005.
Ava (Creator/LoriLoughlin) is a fashion designer who has to raise her niece Nikki (Creator/KayPanabaker) and her two nephews Bradin (Music/JesseMcCartney) and Derrick (Nick Benson) after the death of the children's parents. To take care of them, she is helped by her three friends and housemates, including her ex-boyfriend Johnny (Creator/ShawnChristian).
The series also features Creator/ZacEfron before he became popular with ''Film/HighSchoolMusical''. He played Nikki's boyfriend Cameron.
