After a RoaringRampageOfRevenge against the family enemies, Tommy clears up his affairs and heads to a cabin to kill himself. But a vision of his late daughter and a glimpse at a newspaper have Tommy confronting Holford on how he was not only best friends with Tommy's enemy Oswald, but also the doctor who gave the second opinion "confirming" Tommy's tumor. Tommy realizes he's perfectly fine and this whole thing was cooked up to trick him into killing himself and is ready to fight back.
