The second season takes it to a whole new level, while still remaining plenty of humour, the new Big Bad's are easily KnightsOfCerebus, the stakes get noticeably higher and the events shift from simply danger of the week, to serious ongoing threats with potentially devastating consequences.

* AfraidOfNeedles: Oliver, which is not helped when he's told he has to take a vaccine to avoid a super virus. Not helped when he sees what Mighty Med uses for a needle..

* AllMythsAreTrue: Kaz and Oliver learn that Superheroes, and everything they thought was a myth, is all real.

* SelfDeprecation}: Whenever Clyde seems to be talking bad about Wallace its reveal he is actually talking about himself.

Wallace and Clyde were once [[spoiler:one supervillain known as Catastrophe, but Horace Diaz split said supervillain into two pathetic beings (Aka Wallace and Clyde).
