* BastardBegetter: Higgins has a number of illegitimate brothers that show up every now and then due to his father, a British Army officer, having affairs on deployments around the world. Some of them look so much like Higgins that Magnum actually thinks it's him (and in one case, it was). When asked what his mother thought about it, Higgins will usually just say, "She was a saint."

Even if he's wrong, for him to even consider the idea requires retconning away a long list of events that Magnum personally witnessed (such as Higgins resigning in protest when Robin hired a new security expert, or when Robin wagered the estate on a softball game).
