Since Penny won't take the credit, many think that Gadget is a capable detective even if he's far from it actually. He just walks into the situation and solves it with his chaotic presence, however when his loved ones are threatened, he is capable of being noticeably component to protect them and solve the case. Not only that, but he is also more than capable of daily wisdom to his niece as he's her primary figure. He's more likely to not do what he should but he's reliable and worthy to be considered Inspector Gadget when the situation is dire.

Hence, she goes on to the Hall of Pantheon/{{Loneliness}}, to meet various deities and trying to cheer them up.

She tried to free them, but Lotso found her and tried to convince her of his supposed good intentions by explaining his own interpretation of his past. Spinel, while willing to hear him out, decides to call him out for using his past to make others suffer the same pain. Lotso, then figures out that she endured the same suffering and tries to convince her that she isn't better than that considering her experience but Spinel retorts saying that while she got abandoned, the length far exceeds of Lotso and has a different reason rather than being unwillingly abandoned.
