It doesn't help that Shuma cannot die permanently, which has made the battle against the TentacledTerror all the more difficult. [[spoiler:However, recent events have proven that Shuma ''can'' be killed]].
* Will sometimes take members of the Pantheon to the Sunless Lands to say goodbye to those that they have loved, and were unable to make their peace with before their passing.
* Nekron is plotting to overthrow her and steal her position. Thanos has sworn to destroy Nekron after discovering this plan. While she thanks him for the thought, she's not that concerned about Nekron. After all, she IS the one who will close up existence when the end comes, and lock up the door on her way out. Nekron has since given up as he is ''anything but'' friendly.
* Has been asked by Finn and Jake to aid them in killing the Lich and making him ''stay'' dead. She has agreed to aid them, on the condition that he must be killed again first. In exchange of being able to step out of Hell, Death declared that, if she was to remain undead until all human life is gone from Earth, Hope could at least make herself useful by helping with the passing away of souls for the rest of her undead existence. Lady Death accepted since she is now able to see other things than {{Hell}} and demons but warned Death that she just might want to claim her title someday. Death doesn't worry about it because Hope is of human origin and thus cannot really act against her, no matter how powerful she may become.

To this end, Ryuko casually used a false duplicate of her father, a machine stolen from the House of Pantheon/MachineryAndTechnology, to reenact his death, before letting it be broadcasted by Junko Enoshima. Why did she do this? Simply to let them know she was there. This, of course, spurred Ryuko and Satsuki to work faster in order to ascend Mako Mankanshoku and the Elite Four, not that Nui minds.

Though he ultimately proved to be a much greater foe than Medusa he too would eventually fall to Pit in the final battle.

** Hades, curious on how his body was restored, eventually sought out the people who were close to where he first arrived to the Pantheon at the time to find out who was responsible. He then came to learn about the beings known as Quincies, and from some digging, learned about an ability called the Almighty, which their king has full command over. He ended up making an arrangement with Yhwach. A mutual alliance to collect souls and tear their enemies apart. Yhwach doesn't care about humanity after all, so it was a win for Hades. That being said, Hades doesn't plan on betraying the man. He does not want to be on the receiving end of [[SuperpowerLottery the Almighty]], which even he admits he doesn't have a defense against.
* Hades is one of the hammiest villains in the Pantheon and is also a highly manipulative schemer. Still, his Sadism, cunning and immense desire to troll others, even when in a begrudging alliance with them, earned him the respect of Yuuki Terumi. To the horror of most, Hades and Terumi are genuinely friendly with one another, not helped by their shared love of screwing with everything and everyone around them. To that end, Hades finds what he's done to be hilarious, and Terumi really enjoys Hades' [[HumansAreTheRealMonsters Wish Seed]] stunt, as him tricking humans into killing each other both to harvest souls for his plans and for a [[ForTheEvulz laugh]] was something that Terumi approved of. Really, Hades likes the cut of his jib, and the only thing Terumi dislikes about him is the fact that he has proven completely unable to make the Lord of the Underworld hate him in any way, though he's also aware he may be [[FauxAffablyEvil concealing that.]]
** Speaking of what he did regarding the Wish Seed, Mard Geer Tartaros was somewhat happy to find someone who disregards humanity as nothing but beneath them, even if Hades happens to be way more [[LaughablyEvil hammy]] than himself. To Mard Geer, someone who looks down on humans to the point where he'd try to exterminate them, use them as fuels to harvest souls, and leave them to the mercy of [[GaiasVengeance The Forces of Nature]], [[AliensAreBastards The Aurum]] and [[EldritchAbomination the Chaos Kin]], was alright in his book. That said, Hades does not fear Mard Geer at all. In fact, the Lord of the Underworld sees him as a useful ally... [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness for now.]]
* The Lord of the Underworld knew it was only a matter of time before others from his universe found the Pantheon. First on the list was Viridi, who brought the Forces of Nature, and Dark Pit, with her. She was not happy that Hades had persisted in the Pantheon and launched a Reset Bomb to demonstrate that. Unfortunately, Hades was in the Underworld at the time, [[NoSell so it did nothing more than create a forestry out of his temple.]] Hades still relentlessly torments Dark Pit much like he did before when the mirror clone was on a mission to save Pit's life. Dark Pit was NOT amused and hopes to get even. However, Hades finally got a form of comeuppance when Dyntos ascended, and Hades, for once, [[AlwaysABiggerFish didn't really try anything]], though he was purely incensed that he meddled in his matters[[labelnote:HADES]]'''"How DARE that old man interfere with what didn't concern him!"'''[[/labelnote]]. To the surprise of many, when the two eventually fought, Dyntos came out on top. However, even he was surprised when the war between Chaos and Law caused the Chaos Kin to restore itself and enter the Pantheon, but he wasn't complaining. More souls for him to harvest, after all.
