* ActionGirl: An attractive, curvy young woman who was enough of a tactical badass that, even at her young age, she was tasked with teaching ''others'' her age (and some older!) how to fight and think strategically - and led by example in the field in the process.
* GeniusBruiser: Equal parts tactical master and swordmaster, to the point where she was expected to instruct others in the means to fight tactically. And she was exceptional at it.

* TheDragon: Averted. What he ''thought'' Thyria might become for him, during his initial study of her. Then, he quickly settled that he would become ''her'' Dragon. to:

* TallDarkAndHandsome:

TallDarkAndHandsome: A quite built, tall half-elf with dark hair, dark eyes, and chiseled, more human features that go with his more sinister use of Thyria's brand of magic.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: Fond of these. Is quick to remind his and Thyria's foes that they are, in fact, fighting a goddess and the man she has made into a god, so what chance do their enemies have?

* BadassInDistress: For all of her magical might in the past, it was not enough for her to protect herself when clever enemies robbed her of her ability to cast - through speech, through movement, through motion, anything. She spent ages this way in SupernormalBindings without much in the way of options or allies before Genesis searched deeply enough into the lore about her to find and release her through incantations.
* DudeMagnet: Par for the course with being a timeless sorceress and near-divine being possessing of peerless, magic-enhanced beauty. It has its advantages, however.
* FallenAngel: More like FallenGod. Thyria had become essentially a self-appointed divine being who walked with the elder gods, Celestials, and the like for years before her power earned her too many enemies, and she was brought to heel, stripping her of many of the powers that provided her the ability to stand among these beings.
* GoodIsNotSoft: Despite having benevolent tendencies, Thyria was always ambitious, proud, and capable of wielding magic that could have razed continents. Now that she has fallen and been restrained for who-knows-how-long, she has lost some of the magical power, but she retains her IronLady tendencies... plus a healthy desire for revenge that has darkened her countenance.

* SupernormalBindings:

to:

* SupernormalBindings:LadyOfBlackMagic: While not exactly ''black'' magic, since her fall, Thyria's powers as a divine sorceress have taken on a more traditionally arcane, destructive nature. Combined with her refinement, fine robes, and poise, she easily proves a true lady of magic.
* MysticalWhiteHair: Silver in her case, but she is a sorceress of near-mythical power whose waist-length hair seems to mark her as such... and as a former divine.
* OneManArmy: One woman army, in her case. This was what she was known to be capable of once upon a time, though she only focused on self-preservation and avoiding interference from the overly ambitious. She has since regained some of this power.
* Really700YearsOld: Her exact age isn't known, given that anyone who knew of her as a borderline diety is long since deceased or otherwise not around to chat, but considering the oldest tome that Genesis managed to acquire on her was centuries old, she is up there. Thanks to magic and her divine nature, however, she doesn't look a day over her mid-thirties at most.
* SupernormalBindings: See BadassInDistress. She was only able to be locked away when contained by bindings that negated her innumerable magic gifts, leaving her with just enough magic to keep herself alive and healthy. Little did she know that they sapped her magic, as well, though she has regained a measure of her previous capability.

* CulturedBadass: His first thought for making his way to power? Lounging around and digging into tomes. Even among the readings that did not provide him with the information he desired, Genesis gained a litany of information that added to his already sophisticated education as a noble. He also proves to be well-spoken.
* DeadpanSnarker: Due to his considerable ego, he often spends his time making callous, but still humorous, remarks about those around him and their ideas and plans that he finds asinine - aside from Thyria, of course.

* HeroWithAnFInGood: As a man who had desires to acquire god-like powers, Genesis does not exactly possess a... benevolent nature. However, Thyria tends towards ''fairly'' noble actions more often than not despite her great power, and Genesis stays in step with her. In fact, doing good seems ''natural'' and ''right'' now, though that doesn't stop him from recommending rather... harsh or self-serving solutions to problems.

* BoisterousBruiser:
BoisterousBruiser: Elmira has an outgoing, typically bright personality and tends to say exactly what happens to be on her mind - a combination of being around painfully honest monks for most of her life and of her own strength of personality. This expression fits right alongside her in-their-face fighting style and energy in battle.
* TheCharmer:
TheCharmer: Incredibly independent and prone to streaks of mischief to get her way, Elmira has found herself in trouble many times over the years, even in the peaceful confines of the monastery where her masters, at times, had to find ways to handle her attitude. Despite this, Elmira has proven to be so endearing over the years that everyone at the monastery, though they disciplined her, was to some extent under her charming spell. [[spoiler: They adored her so much that they were willing to let her flee and live her life rather than risk death alongside them.]]

HotBlooded: Downplayed. Elmira does tend to be explosive at times, but typically only when the situation calls for it and something important to her is threatened or insulted. However, when she is angered, she is ''relentless'' with her words and her fists alike.

InnocentBlueEyes: Adding to her natural charms, Elmira's blue eyes have done wonders for keeping her out of trouble over the years. They're just so... ''bright'' and ''earnest''.
* LockedAwayInAMonastery: Before she was hardly
hardly old enough to comprehend what was happening to her, Elmira was thrust into a monastery by a "father" who didn't want her around. Though she made the most of it, her time there was filled with pain and loneliness, especially given her independence and innate yearning for freedom.

Added DiffLines:

All of this understanding ''should'' compel her to keep her distance, yet she dwells on the potential of his affections for her - the only person in the world he seems willing to trust and perhaps even appreciate - and the ''physical'' experience that would entail with a man of his physique.]]

Added DiffLines:

* TheConscience: She approaches every situation presented to her thinking about how it might affect others' lives, and how it can paint her (and Sic'arus) as benefactors who can be called upon and relied upon when people need help.
* DudeMagnet: Much to her chagrin. Of course, she got her fair share of comments as a guardswoman for simply being an attractive woman amidst a sea of men in armor. Since becoming a fugitive and fraternizing with more questionable types, however, the attention she has received has become much more overt and much more uncomfortable.
* GuiltComplex: Amaranthe has the tendency to take on the burden of deaths - whether of criminals, innocents, whoever - that take place in her crusade for weeding out corruption and bettering her people despite knowing that it is impossible to save everyone. [[spoiler: Sic'arus' violent actions, even when necessary, she views similarly.]] The guilt has not stopped her because those who believe in her purpose assure her that they are either not her fault or unavoidable, but she still harbors much of the pain.
* ReassignmentBackfire: [[spoiler: Hecrete's plan was to assign Amaranthe to seduce and kill Sic'arus to ensure one of two results - she would either get lucky and actually kill Sic'arus, or she would be killed herself. Either way, he would get what he wanted with the assassin or a nosy, too-ambitious guardswoman dead. Instead, Sic'arus showed her mercy, they exchanged information, and they decided to work to take him down to protect the emperor.]]
* TookALevelInBadass: She was only recently a mere guardswoman with generic swordskills, impressive athleticism, and an investigative eye. Since becoming a fugitive with a demanding assassin in something of a partnership with her, however, Amaranthe has reached the point where she can outfight foes many times her size, clamber up nigh-unscalable walls, and generally perform physically in ways that would be highly unexpected of a woman her size.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: What people tend to do with her, especially those who believe their positions are secure, whatever they may be. It's one of the reasons she has such an easy time being TheCharmer, because people have a hard time getting past her looks, size, and appeasing attitude to see that she might be a threat.

* KillItWithFire: As a Light Domain Cleric, this is Silyang's preferred method for dealing with his enemies. Most often this manifests in the form of the not-quite-fire Cantrip Sacred Flame, but when forced, he unleashes the might of fireballs upon the party's enemies. Taeyang is... a comparative pacifist who has mostly used his powers for healing before setting out into the world. !Lucinn Cayllem

A drow from a former royal family that turned its back on those who served Lolth [[spoiler: and that protected itself with a powerful magical artifact that he now carries. His one living family member, his father, was killed, and their city captured.]]

* AncestralWeapon: [[spoiler: The sword that Lucinn wields is the key to his power, bestowing on him the strength to raise a barrier over an entire ''city'' strong enough to keep it protected for five centuries. Unfortunately, it takes time for the wielder to grasp these powers, and Lucinn had not gotten nearly this far in his training, only far enough to defend himself.]]
* ArrangedMarriage: With Lurafina. One he was more than pleased to have arranged for him, given he had loved her ever since he had first met her and was stuck writing letters back-and-forth with her.
* ChildhoodFriendRomance: With Lurafina. She found him injured when they were both youths (by elvish standards) and brought him in to look after him, despite his being a drow. He was immediately enamored with her, and his rather dull days were more easily passed by thinking about her and communicating with her as best he could.
* DarkIsNotEvil: A dark-skinned drow, a race of mostly-irredeemable deviants, who has never been exposed to the corruption of Lolth. Lucinn would have been perfectly content to live an unoffensive married life [[spoiler: had his family not been betrayed. Even his powers have a radiant glow to them.]]
* EmotionallyTongueTied: Despite his great feelings for Lurafina and own broad emotions, Lucinn doesn't do words good when he's trying to express how he feels. Physically, he has an easier time.
* HiddenDepths: [[spoiler: Is quietly an extreme romantic and a writer and artist in his spare time. All of this is hidden beneath his awkwardness and belief that he needs to be a "warrior" prince.]]
* LastOfHisKind: [[spoiler: Lucinn is all that remains of his family that he knows of after his mother died in his youth and father died in the siege.]]
* LovecraftianSuperpower: Primarily the energy blasts variety. Given his inexperience in combat, he primarily relies on these to combat his enemies.
* ModestRoyalty: [[spoiler: Not exactly royalty, but from a family that once was among the drow. However, Lucinn has never really made use of the fact that he is important and his father, influential. May need to mean something to him now that his father is gone and he needs allies.]]
* {{Revenge}}: It is not in his nature to want to punish others for crimes against him, but [[spoiler: after what happened in the betrayal of his father, his people, and Lurafina, he believes it is his duty to get his revenge and his city back.]]
* SwordBeam: Though a capable swordsman, this is primarily how Lucinn utilizes the powers that reside within his sword, firing beams of Eldritch energy at his foes.
* YouCantGoHomeAgain: [[spoiler: Not yet, anyway, with elven armies occupying it.]]
* YouKilledMyFather: [[spoiler: The betrayal that left his father dead has compelled Lucinn to seek ways that he might gain revenge. At the moment, he has no clue.]]

!Lurafina

* ActionSurvivor: [[spoiler: Managed to survive, with Lucinn's help, an attempted kidnapping before their marriage that quickly escalated into attempted murder, despite difficult odds.]]
* AngelicBeauty: Lurafina's reputation lends towards this ideal, and as a beautiful elf with soft features, nearly-white hair, and powers granted to her through a connection with the gods, she matches that reputation.
* ArrangedMarriage: With Lucinn. One that thrilled her, given her adoration and persistent care for him over the course of many years despite having no chance to see him.
* ChildhoodFriendRomance: With Lucinn. She was fascinated by him, leading her to try and heal him despite his drow nature, and became even ''more'' fascinated when he proved to be a thoughtful, pleasant (and handsome) young man who acted nothing like the typical drow.
* FallenPrincess: [[spoiler: Has undoubtedly lost any power within her realm to all but those who were the most loyal to her. Her family was willing to use her as a tool to start a war, after all.]]
* GoldAndWhiteAreDivine: A Sorcerer touched by divinity who speaks to the gods and has light golden hair and light clothing to match.
* HighPriest: She was a priestess and seer for her realm before her family took their measures.
* NervesOfSteel: Lurafina might seem a graceful, delicate lady by appearance, but [[spoiler: she withstood the betrayal of her family and subsequent attempted kidnapping and murder with the strength of a grizzled war veteran.]]
* SilkHidingSteel: She may be lovely, graceful, and often donned in attractive clothing, but with the power of gods at her beckon and a strong sense of justice, she can blast and shield her way through her enemies with dazzling effectiveness.
