* [[Characters/ResidentEvilAlbertWesker Albert Wesker]] is a self-serving, high-ranking member of Umbrella Corporation and the favorite pupil of Dr. Oswell E. Spencer. Wesker covers up assassinations for years while also conducting his own experiments along the way. After [[VideoGame/ResidentEvil0 Dr. Marcus attempts to spread the "t-Virus"]], Wesker decides to leave Umbrella and lure [[VideoGame/ResidentEvil1 two separate S.T.A.R. teams to the Spencer Mansion]], betraying and murdering almost all of them while he attempts to procure a Tyrant. Resurrected after his death, Wesker [[VideoGame/ResidentEvilCodeVeronica led an attack on Rockfort Island]], causing countless deaths, solely so he could get his hands on the t-Veronica virus. In ''VideoGame/ResidentEvil5'', Wesker personally leads experimentation on thousands of people to create a new virus he calls Oroboros. In short order, Wesker infects his own lover, the entire city of Kijuju, and attempts "complete global saturation" of the virus to kill almost all humanity so he can rule the "superior" remainder as a god.

** [[ActuallyADoombot The second clone of Alexander Isaacs]] was put in charge of leading the extermination campaign against the survivors, but over time [[TheFundamentalist his religious beliefs]] eclipsed those of his original self. Capturing any lone survivors he can find, the clone subjects them to humiliation and abuse for being "sinners", [[AttemptedRape even trying to molest a captured woman several times]] and [[TongueTrauma cutting off the tongue of another prisoner]] when the latter tries to intervene. When Alice falls into his trap, the clone Isaacs [[DecapitationPresentation shows the heads]] of Alice's clones he killed in the past before interrogating Alice herself by forcing her to run from the undead while tied up to the tank's rear, something he had done to many others before her, with all of them dying. When Alice breaks free and escapes, the clone [[ColdBloodedTorture tortures his prisoners and kills all but three of them]], one of whom he sacrifices during the siege of Raccoon City settlement later on. After being defeated once more, Isaacs becomes so deranged [[BadBoss he stabs another tank commander to death]] upon his order being refused, [[EvenEvilHasStandards causing the rest of the crew to desert him]]. Leading the undead army to the Hive, the clone Isaacs murders his real self in a fit of rage before trying to do the same with Alice.

When one zombie goes feral after being injected with the clone's blood, [[DirtyCoward Isaacs leaves two fellow workers to die]] and, upon finding out that Alice survived the hideout raid, attacks Jill Valentine's convoy with enhanced zombies in an attempt to capture Alice for further experimentation, killing many and causing the death of Jill herself later on. Having been bitten during the convoy ambush, Isaacs mutates and, [[ItsAllAboutMe viewing himself as "the future"]], slaughters everyone in the facility; when Alice herself goes down to investigate, he tries to kill her as well, causing an undeveloped clone of hers to die in the resulting fight.

Fritz places Neu in charge of developing BlackMarket Bio-Organic Weapons, which Neu creates by [[TransformationHorror painfully transforming]] the residents of numerous Übelandian towns into monsters whose [[LivingWeapon abilities]] he showcases to a Uradorian warlord by having the creatures massacre various villages along the border of Übelandia and Urador. Neu also arranges for viral specimens to be exposed to cosmic radiation, which results in deadly outbreaks on both a space station and in Grezbekistan. When the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance begins investigating Giesel Industries, Neu has his "pet" monstrosities slaughter several members of the BSAA team sent to search the Giesel Estate, whose domestic staff Neu [[DirtyCoward abandons to die in the carnage]] while he escapes to his BOW factory in Urador. * ''Film/ResidentEvil2002'': Percival Spencer "Spence" Parks is a member of [[Characters/ResidentEvilUmbrellaCorporation Umbrella Corporation]]'s security force and the one responsible for the outbreak. Overhearing his lover [[ActionGirl Alice]] and an activist planning to expose Umbrella's illegal activities by stealing the T-Virus, Spence decided to steal the virus himself and sell it on the BlackMarket so that he and Alice can spend the rest of their lives in luxury. To prevent the theft from being discovered, Spence purposely causes an outbreak inside the laboratory so that the A.I. system puts the whole place under lockdown and kills the whole staff. Having temporarily [[IdentityAmnesia lost his memories]] as the side effect of a knockout gas, he's found by a squad of Umbrella soldiers sent to investigate the incident. Eventually, his memories return, and he holds the remaining survivors at gunpoint, while trying to convince Alice to join him. Reawakened from cryogenic sleep in her twenties, Alexia kills her brother for not waking her up on time, transforms Claire Redfield's LoveInterest, Steve Burnside, into a monster and forces him to fight her to the death, and tries repeatedly to kill Chris and Claire for no other reason than their presence is at her facility. She reveals that her plan is to infect the world with the T-Veronica virus, enslaving most of humanity to [[HiveQueen her will]]. When asked why, Alexia just gloats about how, as a superior specimen of humanity, she deserves to be queen.
