* ''Film/HighRisk'': "[[OnlyKnownByTheirNickname The Doctor]]" is a MadBomber and the [[BigBad leader]] of a [[TerroristsWithoutACause terrorist group in Hong Kong]]. Two years after [[WouldHurtAChild blowing up a bus full of children]], the Doctor and his terrorists attack the newly opened Hotel Grandeur so they can steal all the jewelry from one of the exhibits. They kill dozens during the takeover as they take all the guests hostage. When [[TheHero Kit Li]] realizes that the Doctor is the [[MyGreatestFailure same terrorist who bombed the bus]] (on which were his wife and son) and tries to kill him, he stops pretending to be a guest and takes command of the group; the Doctor then demands a chopper or else he'll start murdering hostages. After losing several men because of Li, the Doctor [[DestinationDefenestration has Frankie's manager thrown from the building's balcony]]. The Doctor orders his men to confront Li when he shows, but after Li crashes a helicopter into the hotel and kills more of his mercenaries, the Doctor kidnaps [[IntrepidReporter Helen]], straps a bomb to her, and flees, leaving Li to disarm the bomb on his own. The Doctor escapes police custody [[WoundedGazelleGambit by pretending to be a wounded guest]] and later calls Li from a phone booth [[EvilGloating to tell him that he got away and that he can't disarm his bomb]]. Even after Li figures out how to disarm the device, the Doctor gloats that he's free to RapePillageAndBurn as he pleases, moments before his KarmicDeath.

* ''Film/AHauntingAtSilverFalls'': [[EvilAunt Anne Sanders]] is a SerialKiller responsible for the death of not only the Dahl twins, but her own sister, as well. In the process of these murders, she allowed her husband [[CreepyUncle Kevin]] to rape them before torturing them to death and keeping their photographs as mementos. Allowing Wyatt Dahl to be framed for and put to death over the murder of his daughters, Anne gladly used him to intimidate anyone who saw the ghost of the twins. While trying to keep up the façade of a loving aunt to Jordan, Anne nevertheless bullied her over perceived slights, eventually locking her in the bathroom while she and Kevin went on a date. Once Jordan discovered the truth, Anne [[BitchInSheepsClothing revealed her true colors]] by openly plotting to torture her to death, smacking Kevin when he protested, and attempting to kill Jordan's boyfriend Larry when he tried to intervene. The evil failed to stop once Anne was killed, as [[ResurrectedMurderer she returned as a ghost]] to torment a man named Jack into committing more murders in her name, only stopping when Jordan managed to defeat her a second time.

* ''Film/HowIBecameASuperhero'': [[BigBad Mathias "Naja" Najarovski]] is a [[PsychopathicManchild childish man]] who is making the drugs that gives people superpowers. Once a child whose parents had his powers removed, Naja [[SelfMadeOrphan killed them]] in retaliation and became obsessed with trying to recreate having powers. For this, Naja has superhumans abducted so he can [[CruelAndUnusualDeath slowly drains all of their blood out of them until they die]] to [[HumanResources create the super drug]]. Naja then sells the drugs on the streets, causing a wave of violent crimes. When he learns Lieutenant Moreau has powers, Naja orders his men to capture him to drain him as well, and also abducts the 15-year-old Lily to drain her.

* ''Film/IronMonkey'': [[BigBad Hin-hung]] is an evil Shaolin monk who betrayed his people, burned his temple, and took several students to be his servants in allying with the corrupt government. Using [[DiscOneFinalBoss Governor Cheng]] to oppress, tax, and starve a town of people while regularly threatening him, Hin-hung gives free reign to his quartet of monks to brutalize and rape innocents as they wish. Upon taking over the city when Cheng fails him, Hin-hung immediately murders Cheng's loyal aide and proves himself a fat worse ruler than Cheng ever was. Hin-hung kidnaps young Wong Fei-hung and [[WouldHurtAChild subjects the boy to bloody whipping]], threatening his life to draw out Iron Monkey, and has his own minion Fox whipped and stabbed when Fox tries to save Fei-hung. Hin-hung further [[MightMakesRight proves his utter contempt]] for the "weak" when he uses his own concubine as a HumanShield against a knife attack, then callously finishes her off when she pleads with him to tend her wounds.

* ''I Am Wrath'' (2016): [[BigBad Lemi K]] is a {{sadist}}ic crime lord from Columbus, Ohio, who once ate a man's fingers in front of a rival gang. Retrieving an incriminating video of the Governor's son, Lemi K uses the video to {{blackmail}} the governor into letting him and his gang commit any atrocities they like without facing repercussions; as such, crime dramatically increases throughout Columbus, with Lemi K and his crew killing dozens of innocent people. On the Governor's behalf, Lemi K has his men kill Vivian Hill and her husband Stanley, and when Lemi K learns that the latter has survive and is seeking revenge on Lemi's gang, he cuts off a [[{{Fingore}} finger]] from one of [[BadBoss his own men]] for not telling him about this sooner and goes after Stanley's family, eventually holding them hostage and killing Stanley's granddaughter himself.

* ''Film/HeroesShedNoTears'': The [[NoNameGiven Vietnamese colonel]] functions as a {{sadist}}ic, brutal officer dedicated to making others suffer. When he feels insulted, he shoots a woman's husband in the head and attempts to have her brutalized, [[DisproportionateRetribution solely because she complained too much]]; he executes their Vietnamese driver as well. Once he begins hunting the heroes, the Colonel terrorizes a tribe into working for him via executions and when he gets his hands on any of the good guys he has them [[ColdBloodedTorture horribly tortured]]. [[EvenEvilHasStandards Even his own men have enough of him and try to leave]], after which he promptly executes one solely for spite.

* ''Film/HeartOfStone'': [[RogueAgent Parker]] is a former [[UsefulNotes/SecretIntelligenceService MI6 agent]] who seeks to steal and take control of the Heart and wipe out the Charter out of pettiness for abandoning him years ago. Committing a string of murders and even razing a village to claim the Heart, Parker begins using the device to wipe out the Charter heads, murdering one with her family and another two alongside dozens of Charter agents and civilians. When his right-hand Keya Dhawan betrays him out of disgust for his brutality, Parker [[WouldHitAGirl brutalizes her]] to force her to reactivate the Heart and tries to kill Keya and heroine Rachel Stone as one final act of spite when Stone hunts him down.

* ''Film/HeartOfStone'': [[RogueAgent Parker]] is a former [[UsefulNotes/SecretIntelligenceService MI6 agent]] who seeks to steal and take control of [[ArtificialIntelligence the Heart]] and wipe out the Charter [[EvilIsPetty out of pettiness for abandoning him years ago]]. Secretly poisoning and killing Mulvaney for information about the Heart, Parker finds out Stone is a Charter agent and [[EvilFormerFriend ruthlessly guns down Bailey and Yang in front of her]] before poisoning Stone and injecting her with a hacking device. Using this device, Parker has his right-hand Keya hack into the Charter and later steal the heart. When Keya is found in a village in Africa with Stone, Parker has his men [[DoomedHometown violently raid and open fire on the village]] to bring Keya back. Upon having the Heart activated, Parker first targets the King of Diamonds and her family by [[VehicularSabotage dropping the elevator lift they were in]], murdering them and several other bystanders in a lobby. He then targets the King of Hearts and dozens of other Charter agents in a local bunker and seals off the bunker and [[SinisterSuffocation shuts off the ventilation system to try and murder all of them by suffocation]]. Parker then lures the King of Clubs and his men to a university building and then blows it up, killing the Charter agents and dozens of other innocent civilians. When Keya betrays him and shuts down the Heart after being fed up by his undefendable actions, Parker hunts her down and [[WouldHitAGirl brutalizes her]] to force her to reactivate the Heart. When Stone finds him, Parker holds Keya hostage and attempts to brutally kill the both of them [[VillainousBreakdown in one last act of spite]]. While claiming that the world is still in chaos and that he wants to use the Heart to change the world for good, Stone and the story point out that Parker is just a [[PsychopathicManchild murderous and sadistic narcissist]] with a thirst for power.
