Taking advantage of V's immortality and powers developed through these experiments, the Mother promises her power if she will create a body for her. If V does not resist the Mother's influence, she and the Psykers of the [[Characters/OWBOklahoma Chained Choir]] will subject the inhabitants of post-apocalyptic Oklahoma to either mind control, zombification, or having themselves killed and their bodies and souls stitched together to form a new body for the Mother. Those who get zombified will be sent to work as slave labour indefinitely without rest and be used as fodder for the Psykers. Once the Mother awakens in her new body, she [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness gruesomely disposes of V and the Choir]] and seeks to consume the entirety of the American wasteland, and eventually humanity itself.

Powers employs liberal use of beatings, sleep deprivation, and brainwashing broadcasts to break his "recruits" down into loyal soldiers. To ensure none of his soldiers sympathize with the captives, Powers allows them to [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil rape human women]] before killing them in order to devalue humans in their eyes. Even among a cast of killers, slavers, rapists, and torturers, Jacob Powers proves to be the very worst of the Wasteland.

Bradshaw's slavers attack any Wastelanders unlucky enough to be unable to defend themselves, killing some and selling the rest to [[Characters/FalloutNewVegasCaesarsLegion the Legion]]. Tex's son keeps a captured woman as a SexSlave, with Tex having set her [[ExplosiveLeash collar]] to explode if she gets further than a few yards from his son, and Tex encourages his son to set off the collar if she defies him, claiming that women like her are easily replaceable. For his own pleasure, Tex [[SnuffFilm films himself torturing women to death]], with his most recent film lasting several hours before the victim finally died.

Using his wife Emily as his test subject for the Core, causing her to commit suicide, Romero attempts to revive her, only succeeding to bring back her vengeful spirit, leading to Romero hiding in Never Lose Hope Hospital, where he continued work on the Core, keeping Emily at bay. When the [[PlayerCharacter Patient]] arrived, Romero, paranoid that Emily had found him, decided to activate the Core, resulting in the deaths of the entire hospital, turning them into zombies. Deciding to use the Patient as a test subject, Romero presents himself as a guide trying to help them escape. When a SWAT team arrives to kill him, Romero convinces the Patient to destroy the radio station, allowing him to MindRape and sadistically kill them.

Building soul-sucking machines to eat as many to souls as possible, Gerwed sets her sights on Popstar and sends ninjas and her right-hand ghost to stop anyone from interfering with her construction, going as far as to blast away a town, nearly killing all of its residents, to make space for her newest machine to enjoy feasting on the souls of Popstar.

DIO commits several of the same crimes as he did in canon, including hiring Grey Fly to bring down a passenger plane, having his loyal right-hand woman murdered to ensure his powers remain secret, and forcing Senator Philips to drive through pedestrians to catch up to the heroes [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness before killing him]]. Additionally, DIO may potentially hire Joey Operetta to kidnap the family of the PlayerCharacter, or send Oingo and Boingo to set off explosives in the hospital Kakyoin is resting in. In the Betrayal Ending, if the protagonist has enough [[RelationshipValues friendship points]] with Kakyoin and [[Characters/JoJosBizarreAdventureJeanPierrePolnareff Polnareff]], DIO and the protagonist will manipulate them into betraying and killing the Joestars.

Terra would send his Stardroids off to enslave various robot masters, promising a cure for the Roboenza virus. Terra would eventually come to deal with the heroes himself, blowing a hole in Dr. Cossack's ship and then kidnapping Maestro, planning to kill him and then finish off everyone on the ship. Terra's ultimate plan is to revive his master Sunstar and use him to wipe out all inferior beings in the entire galaxy. Terra's last moments are him [[LaughingMad laughing manically]], thinking that his omnicidal plans are about to come to fruition and relishing in watching Maestro's despair, thinking that he won't be able to stop it.

A small yet malicious fox, Seneca aims to remake the remains of the world [[InTheirOwnImage in his own image]]. He begins his streak of evil by physically and [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil sexually]] assaulting the cat Charlotte, traumatizing her. When the heroes infiltrate his lair, he shows off his affinity for [[MindRape psychological torture]], first by disguising himself as the Judge's dead brother Valerie to attack him, and then by trapping Ghost Batter in a small room while taunting him that, as a ghost, [[FateWorseThanDeath he can never escape the room even through death]]. He then presents the puppeteer with horribly mangled and suffering clones of the heroes that he created to test out his powers, before giving the puppeteer a demonstration of his soul-sucking machine that he uses to gain power. It is revealed here that, in the demo timeline, he tricked Zacharie into sacrificing himself to the machine to restore the world, a deal he had no intention of honoring, and that his prior kindness in said timeline was a façade. He then kills his scientist Louis for secretly helping out the puppeteer, before killing one of the clones for annoying him, and then expresses contempt for his creations, whom he beats whenever he feels angry. Finally, in the game's main ending, he turns a BrainwashedAndCrazy Zacharie against the puppeteer in a last attempt to win. A sadistic dictator who outright denies feeling any remorse for his atrocities, Seneca proved to be far more wicked than even the Batter.

Taking advantage of the titular containment breach, 106 goes on a killing spree, killing a janitor, a doctor, and possibly Dr. L and Dr. Maynard. When he encounters [[PlayerCharacter D-9341]], he relentlessly pursues him, at one point throwing the mutilated corpse of the doctor at him to scare him. If captured by 106, the prisoner is brought to his PocketDimension, where they'll be hunted by 106, or almost bleed to death. He also leaves creepy taunts written on the ground in this pocket dimension, along with coffins filled with his [[AndIMustScream still-living victims]]. In order to contain 106, the player character needs to break the femur of another D-Class prisoner. This will result in 106 being [[LovesTheSoundOfScreaming attracted by his screams of pain]], and take the man to his pocket dimension, allowing him to be contained.

Should the bombs go off, Mr. X's headquarters explode, causing mass casualties and hysteria as riots litter the streets, leading to most of Wood Oak City being destroyed and the potential deaths of the heroes as Mr. X makes his escape.

* ''VideoGame/{{Dusttale}}'': The Fallen Child, [[Characters/UndertaleTheFallenHuman Chara]], is a far cry from the enigmatic figure of the main game. No longer caring about their old goals, and now focused on sadism and power, Chara [[DemonicPossession has completely taken over Frisk's body and soul]] and used them to go on 327 Genocide routes, involving a cycle of killing their former friends and loved ones, destroying the world and restarting the process all over again in a new timeline. This eventually [[DrivenToMadness drove]] the self-aware [[Characters/UndertaleSans Sans]] mad, going on a killing spree of his own to stop Chara, something Chara sees as annoying competition. Chara forces Frisk to kill regardless of the latter's input or attempts to rebel. Should Chara kill Sans, Frisk is forced to restart their world again so Chara can keep their memories, implying this isn't the first time this has happened. Should Frisk [[FaustianRebellion prove too rebellious]], Frisk will fight Chara to the death, successfully destroying Chara forever and undoing everything they did, but at [[HeroicSuicide the cost of Frisk's life]] in that timeline.

Starting the invasion by [[RapePillageAndBurn exterminating several Human settlements]], Gul'dan takes captives and allows his sadistic minion Ur'aman to [[ColdBloodedTorture torture them]] for information and [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil rape]] the females to test if they can give birth to half-Orc children. Not even his own followers are safe from his cruelty as [[BadBoss Gul'dan]] often throws away their lives to secure more control over the Horde and tries to slaughter the peaceful Frostwolf Clan after promising them safe passage through the portal.
