Once he is corrupted and calls himself Lycanthropy, it is clear that he's meant to be the corrupted flower from the game's last boss fight in the cave, who is fought to the song "Lycanthropy". * HeelFaceDoorSlam: A variant. In ''Pink Corruption Continued'', he calls for help as he feels his corruption slipping, then Stibnite breaks him out of the bubble that's purifying him. Although he was reforming against his will, the process is interrupted.
* ThatManIsDead: When Cube calls him Lythorus, he angrily declaims that name of his original self.
