*** Some Pokémon such as Scipion, Aaron, and Freyja are capable of Mega Evolving without a Mega Stone since they found alternative ways to do so.

** Stef can make a potion that splits the drinker into multiple copies depending on how much they drink it. She used this on herself to try escaping Dark Stanford without him noticing, [[spoiler:but he caught her red-handed when the Hypnos-Stone he stole detected her "apparently" locked in his prison and hiding in Belissima at the same time.]]

* {{Retcon}}: Originally, Timewrecker analyzed the Arena in Reboot Season 68 and concluded that all the weirdness inside was residue from the Voidlands' creation because the Arena was in the epicenter of the Great Destruction, but this was retconned in ASAS into either a mistake in his calculations or a lie about them because it didn't explain why the Arena behaved that way in the OT. It was revealed towards the end of CVG that the Gamemakers send a signal to the tributes to subconsciously manipulate them into behaving erratically.

** The Database Library has traditional Portal Books in its Restricted Section to ensure that visitors, especially young children, don't get accidentally lost inside them.

** In Season 290, [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure Iggy]] bragged to the other tributes that he's the "big bad boss" of the Arena. [[VideoGame/DiceyDungeons The Inventor]] responded by saying that she "battled bigger badder bosses before."

* PortalBook: Played with. [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Twilight Sparkle]] uses books from other worlds as the [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyEquestriaGirls Crystal Mirror's]] power source so she can go to those worlds through it.

* AlwaysIdenticalTwins: Cecil and Celine, and Penny and Jenny, are two pairs of identical Pokémon twins. While Cecil and Celine are Obstagoons, Penny and Jenny are Vaporeons, and it's unknown if the latter two chose to evolve into the same Eeveelution or if it was a lucky accident or coincidence.

* ModernizedGod: Satan wore EmoTeen clothes when Valecor visited him.

* TheMasquerade: Some worlds must be kept secret from others, such as [[VideoGame/{{Deltarune}} the Dark World to the Light World]], so the Gamemakers censor the footage of their inhabitants so they wouldn't be exposed to other worlds in their local broadcasting. [[spoiler:[[BrokenMasquerade It got broken]] when Noelle realized that she wasn't dreaming about her last season at the time, Reboot Season 196, because she woke up with her watch stolen by [[Film/HomeAlone Harry and Marv]] after she was revived. She lashed out at Susie [[LiarRevealed for lying to her about her not just about her Arena experiences, but also her adventure in Cyber World]], but Kris explained that it was for her and Berdly's protection as revealing the Dark World's existence to the Lightners might [[TheEndOfTheWorldAsWeKnowIt risk destroying both worlds with the Roaring.]] However, Noelle didn't forgive Susie immediately for the lie, though she and Berdly would do their best not to spread the secret to the other Lightners.]]

* DeathByAdaptation: While it applies to any tribute who dies in the Arena, [[VideoGame/{{Undertale}} Snowdrake's mother]] is a KilledOffForReal example. She's found alive in her home game, but after her death in Reboot Season 56, her nominator never revived her.

* TheAlibi: [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Twilight]] used a copy of Princess Luna's letter detailing the mission at [[VideoGame/{{Undertale}} Asriel's]] dream to clear her name after "Rodriguez" accused her of invading the Alebrijes' Land of Dreams to steal the Hypnos-Stone. [[spoiler:Unfortunately, "Rodriguez" turned out to be Blood Moon in disguise, and by the time Twilight returned to court with the letter, he had already escaped to the castle's basement while Coatl, who put Twilight and Joaquin on trial for the accusation, succumbed to the [[Franchise/{{Metroid}} X Parasite]] that Blood Moon secretly unleashed onto him and died to it.]]

** After the Sayaka Mission, Hazemaster decided to host a Halloween party at his museum to relax from it. It lasted well past Halloween itself because the guests had a [[TalentContest costume/talent contest]], with Dave winning it, Fira placing 2nd, and [[Literature/TheMagicSchoolBus Carlos]], [[VideoGame/{{Deltarune}} Ralsei]], and Mr. Godzilla tying for 3rd. Dave and Fira even got engaged to cap it off.

** In ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'', only Pearl[[note]]the one loyal to 6k1 since AR Pearl is loyal to Bale[[/note]] is shown to use her gemstone to [[BagOfHolding store as many items as needed]], while it's unclear if this ability is exclusive to her gem kind or not. In ASAS, it's implied that most, if not ''all'' Gems are capable of doing this, since Peridot[[note]]same case as Pearl[[/note]], despite lacking most Gem abilities such as shapeshifting due to being created with fewer resources, can store her trash can lid, which she uses as a sled or hoverboard, in her gemstone, too.

In the middle of the land is a castle that houses a magic crystal called the Hypnos-Stone that lets one view and enter the dreams of others, even outside New Durango, but the castle is protected with AntiMagic that prevents intruders from teleporting directly to it or inside it. They also can't teleport themselves or any items out of it since their dream powers are also suppressed, and only King Coatl knows how to disable the protective enchantment.

** Upon learning that [[spoiler:he's half-Alebrije because his late father Sebastian was a Full one, and that he's undergoing a {{metamorphosis}} into a Full Alebrije himself thanks to the Alebrije Touch and the Alebrije blood in his veins]], Knox freaked out and stormed out of King Coatl's quarters, not wanting to speak with him further.

* LargeAndInCharge: King Coatl of the Alebrijes' Land of Dreams is a colossal Alebrije, with his quarters being just as large as him. He towers over the already-giant Zuma and Rodriguez by three feet.

* NeverSleepAgain: The Hypnos-Stone is a magical artifact hidden in Coatl's castle that allows an Alebrije to look into a person's dreams from anywhere in the Multiverse. [[spoiler:Blood Moon successfully stole it for Dark Stanford, who used it to locate the remaining alternate Stanfords in their sleep, so everyone who was under his threat worried about not being able to go to bed, just to avoid detection.]]

* OfficialCouple: Besides the unusual pairings that hook up in the Arena, the nominators and their tributes have found love outside it in one way or another. Some of the notable pairings are Dave/Fira as per Season 108, James/Arthur as per Season 115 [[{{Polyamory}} (with Nick being added after Season 141)]], Tabby/Noire as per Season 125, George/Kayla as per Season 146, [[VideoGame/{{Undertale}} Asgore/Toriel]] as per Season 167, Henry/Tenn as per Season 206, June/Aaron as per Season 222, and [[spoiler:Kenny/Heidi as per Season 252]].

** In one of 6k1's dreams, [[VideoGame/{{Undertale}} Chara]] confronted her for neglecting to attend Asriel's first day of school because she spent the whole day away from him discovering her identity as a-spec. Chara said that 6k1 was "lucky" that nothing bad happened to Asriel that day, but it could've been worse because Dark Stanford could've [[spoiler:turned him back into Flowey]] behind 6k1's back and forced him to find another Altford for him. While Light Stanford is revealed to have ''millions'' of {{Alternate Sel|f}}ves, it's unknown if there ''was'' an Altford in the real Underground that was captured by him offscreen, or if they simply don't exist because a few worlds such as Tempest Zone are confirmed to ''not'' have an Altford.
