** Creator/GreyDeLisle Griffin once again voicing Wonder Woman, Lois Lane, and Giganta.

** In the Italian dub of ''WesternAnimation/TransformersEarthSpark'', Creator/AntonioAngrisano, Creator/AntonellaBaldini and Creator/DarioOppido reprise their roles as Optimus Prime, Elita-1 and Megatron from ''WesternAnimation/TransformersWarForCybertronTrilogy''
* In ''WesternAnimation/VoltronTheThirdDimension'' three actors reprise their roles from ''[[Anime/{{Voltron}} Voltron: Defender of the Universe]].'' Neil Ross reprises his role as Keith, Michael Bell is once again Lance and B.J. Ward is Princess Allura.

** In season 4, Miles Morales is voiced by Creator/OgieBanks, reprising the role from ''VideoGame/MarvelHeroes'' . Likewise, Creator/SethGreen reprises his ''Film/GuardiansOfTheGalaxy2014'' role as Howard the Duck.

* ''WebAnimation/DCSuperHeroGirls'' :

* ''WesternAnimation/SkylandersAcademy'' : Richard Steven Horvitz, Jonny Rees (aka Greg Ellis), Bobcat Goldthwait, Billy West, and Fred Tatasciore are the only actors from the games to reprise their roles as Kaos, Jet-Vac, Pop Fizz, Food Fight and Snap Shot respectively.

* Creator/{{Jim Cummings|1952}}, who has voiced the Big Bad Wolf in many recent Disney projects, reprises the role for ''WesternAnimation/GoldieAndBear'' .
* ''WesternAnimation/TotalDramaRama'' sees many of ''WesternAnimation/TotalDrama'''s cast get replaced with TheOtherDarrin, but just as many reprise their characters: Creator/DrewNelson as Duncan, Creator/ScottMcCord as Owen, Creator/EmilieClaireBarlow as Courtney, Creator/KatieCrown as Izzy, Creator/KristinFairlie as Bridgette, and Creator/SarahGadon as Beth. Also, Creator/ChristianPotenza reprises Jude Lizowski from ''WesternAnimation/{{Sixteen}}'', a character who hadn't been seen on TV for 8 years.

* While it was obvious that Peter Cullen would once again voice Optimus Prime in ''WesternAnimation/TransformersPrime'', the biggest surprise was that they also got Frank Welker back as Megatron. This time, he did change the "iconic" G1 Megs voice, trading the "wheezy old man" voice for something sounding more rough and tough. [[spoiler: "Minus One", much like ''Revenge of the Fallen'' and ''Dark of the Moon'', also saw Welker reprise the role of Soundwave, who otherwise had no lines.]]

** "T.G.I.S.", the ''WesternAnimation/Ben10Omniverse'' episode where ''WesternAnimation/TheSecretSaturdays'' guest star, sees Creator/CoreyBurton reprise his role as [[spoiler: the [[BackFromTheDead resurrected]] [[BigBad V.V. Argost]]]] and "Store 23" features a gag where Creator/CharlieAdler reprise his roles as WesternAnimation/CowAndChicken. Sadly, regarding the former, the Saturdays themselves were subject to the TheOtherDarrin with Burton replacing Creator/DiedrichBader as Fiskerton.

** From ''WesternAnimation/GreenLanternTheAnimatedSeries'': Creator/JoshKeaton as Hal Jordan[=/=]ComicBook/GreenLantern and Creator/GreyDeLisle Griffin as [[spoiler: Aya]], although the latter is never directly called that

** From ''WesternAnimation/BatmanTheBraveAndTheBold'': Tara Strong as [[spoiler: [[TimeShiftedActor Child Batman]].]]

** The ShowWithinAShow version of ''WesternAnimation/DarkwingDuck'' from "Beware the B.U.D.D.Y. [[spoiler: At the end of "The Duck Knight Returns", Jim Starling, the original actor to play Darkwing Duck in this series, becomes Negaduck, who Jim Cummings also voiced in the original series, while this show's version of Drake Mallard (voiced by Chris Diamantopolous) becomes the new Darkwing Duck like Drake Mallard in the original series.]]

** In addition to Fred and Scooby as always, Creator/FrankWelker also reprises the role of [[spoiler: Speed Buggy]], who he previously voiced in [[WesternAnimation/JohnnyBravo Bravo Dooby Doo]].

*** Some of the voice actors from previous Star Wars works such as ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsCloneWars'' and the franchise's [[VideoGame/StarWarsBattlefrontII video games]] returned, which include Creator/JamesArnoldTaylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Creator/TomKane as Yoda, Creator/TerrenceCCarson as Mace Windu, and Creator/CoreyBurton as Count Dooku.

** And that show's sequel, ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsResistance'', brings back Creator/OscarIsaac and Creator/GwendolineChristie as Poe Dameron and Captain Phasma, their respective characters from the films. Carol Hennessey, who voiced Leia in ''WesternAnimation/LegoStarWarsAllStars'', reprises the role here.

** ''WesternAnimation/SpiderManFreshmanYear'': Creator/CharlieCox reprises his role as Comicbook/{{Daredevil}} from the [[Series/Daredevil2015 eponymous Netflix live-action series]].

* The [[AllCGICartoon CGI]] [[WesternAnimation/Rugrats2021 reboot]] of ''WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}}'' recast all the adults with more modern actors, largely out of necessity because many of the original actors either died, had retired, were unavailable or were too old to reprise their roles. However the titular babies (sans Kimi upon her re-debut due to Creator/DionneQuan having retired in 2015) have their original voices[[note]]Technically, Nancy Cartwright isn't Chuckie's original actor, but she took over the role after the late Creator/ChristineCavanaugh retired.[[/note ]] with [[Creator/ElizabethDaily E.G Daily]], Creator/NancyCartwright, Creator/KathSoucie, Cheryl Chase, Creator/CreeSummer and Creator/TaraStrong returning as Tommy Pickles, Chuckle Finster, Phil & Lil [=DeVille=][[note]]Soucie doesn't reprise her role as their mother Betty [=DeVille=] because she can no longer do Betty's voice[[/note]], Angelica Pickles, Susie Carmichael and Dil Pickles, respectively.
