Back to the Archimedes, Madorako and the man-in-white engage in conversation about knowing one another. Figuring that the man-in-white's been watching this entire time, Madorako wonders if the former had planned this whole thing for Viole to end up with the Thorn. The man-in-white, despite giving off a smile, denies it that he's just here as a substituion for the Great Teacher that's supposed to watch over the Workshop Battle. The man-in-white then states that it's about time to announce the winners of said Workshop Battle, which is announced to be Khun and Wangnan's Team Sweet-and-Sour. Aboard the escape vehicle, Ranker Hachuling teleports in the remaining E-rank Regulars left at the waiting room to the escape vehicle as all of Viole's companions are now completely reunited, and ready to leave the Workshop Battle.

Elsewhere, Endorsi drops Viole and company out of the Bong Bong fairy outside the Thorn's mountain while Shibisu's group reunite with them all being carried by Vespa. The two sides are glad to see one another, which they're then greeted by Quant driving the escape vehicle. Meanwhile, the companions on the Archimedes, such as Dan, Prince, Miseng, Goseng, and Blarode are seen being gathered by Hachuling for transform to the escape vehicle, which they're seen having killed FUG gambler Miya after she surrendered out of the Growth Tournament. Back at the island, Quant informs everyone that they need to escape as soon as possible. Viole and company make their way to the escape vehicle, but are greeted by one of Madorako's FUG Rankers looking to take the Thorn back.

Elsewhere, Endorsi drops Viole and company out of the Bong Bong fairy outside the Thorn's mountain while Shibisu's group reunite with them all being carried by Vespa. The two sides are glad to see one another, which they're then greeted by Quant driving the escape vehicle. Viole and company make their way to the escape vehicle, but are greeted by one of Madorako's FUG Rankers looking to take the Thorn back.

In the high Archimedea room, Madorako stands over the defeated Io and Punk, but he's unable to believe what he's seeing on the television screens that FUG's actions at the Workshop Battle is being recorded for the whole Tower to see. Madorako figures that he needs to hurry, but he's then greeted by the man-in-white. Seeing the man-in-white, Madorako finds it unbelievable who he's looking upon. Outside the Thorn's mountain, the remaining members of the Mad Dog team, Baragav and Ron, make their escape from the Workshop Battle. Ron looks back at the battle going on at the mountain, and claims that the two of them will return to one day take the Slayer-Candidate role away from Viole.

The Thorn is seen floating above Viole's shoulder as a red thorn-like object that's about half the size of him. Viole feels the power of the Thorn flowing within him, and could tell that something about him feels different. He then returns to standing opposite Reflejo, who also notices that something about the Slayer-Candidate seems different.

Aboard the Archimedes, the Workshop guards regain control having captured the remaining intruders that have escaped. Io and Punk are excited at the thought that they can resume the tournament in order to get their hands on Emily. However, their attention, as well as Madorako's, are brought to the sight of Endorsi up in the sky kicking Baragav down to the island.

Viole could tell that using the Thorn is draining his stamina greatly, and states to Reflejo that they should finish this quickly. Reflejo thinks back to making FUG's long-awaited dream a reality, and refuses to accept Viole as the organization's god despite being chosen as the Thorn's user. Viole agrees that he's no god, and is just FUG's illusion to cover their own weakness as he charges toward Reflejo. Khun and Rak provide back-up using the teleporting Mad Shocker combo once more to get Reflejo off-balance as Viole lands a major blow against Reflejo that finally knocks off his metal mask; claiming that he's done playing as FUG's god.

Meanwhile, at that exact moment, Endorsi smashes the falling Baragav against the island; ready for her date with Bam. However, Baragav survives the crater impact much to Endorsi's disappointment. Witnessing Endorsi, the audience, as well as Io and Punk, begin to realize that something is amiss seeing the Workshop Battle continuing despite the postponement. Madorako wonders if Endorsi appearing means that Reflejo failed, and decides that it's time to begin the operation. A FUG Ranker wearing purple clothes working for Madorako appears at the end of the Archimedes ready to drop the solution down onto the island.

Within the Thorn's mountain, Viole is left really exhausted after hitting Reflejo with his Thorn powered shinsu blast. Now without his mask, an exhausted Reflejo shows off his true face towards Viole and company, and admits to finding it hilarious that god allowed such an undeserving person to have the Thorn. He states that he will be sure to correct god's mistake as Reflejo thinks back to a tragedy in his past where Reflejo's tribe was killed, and his eyes were cut out, for looking upon the beautiful Jahad Princess, Yulia, who he doesn't believe deserved to be given such beauty and Jahad Princess status.

Reflejo informs Viole, Khun, and Rak that the solution will now be poured into their room, and kill everyone in the process. He also claims that he's fine with dying if it means that FUG's dream will become reality as the purple clothed FUG Ranker begins to pour the Archimedes solution down upon the Thorn's mountain.

Hatz arrives at Endorsi and Baragav's crater location with Ron Mei now as his hostage. Despite claims that it's against his character, Hatz informs them that all he's doing is evening out the playing field given that the Mad Dog had taken hostages themselves. Pointing out that Baragav injured his right foot absorbing the fall from the sky, Hatz asks for the Mad Dog team to surrender since it's now obvious that Endorsi and him are the real winners. Ron agrees to surrender, but warns them that Viole is about to be killed by the Archimedes solution, which causes Endorsi and Hatz to race off to the Thorn's mountain.

Back to the Thorn's mountain, the entrance into the room collapses as Reflejo reveals that his plan was to trap everyone here since he was prepared to die since the very beginning. Khun quickly calls Shibisu to ask how things are going on his side, but is informed that they're still looking for the hostages, and have lost contact with Endorsi, who could have used the Bong Bong fairy to get them out. At that point, Shibisu's group is greeted by Sia, who's chosen to side with Viole, and shows his teammates the location of the other hostages.

Moments later, Shibisu informs Khun that they found the location of Horyang and Nobic, and have regained contact with Endorsi and Hatz, who are getting closer to the Thorn's mountain. However, Endorsi can't use the Bong Bong fairy due to exhausting its use against Baragav and Ron. The solution begins to pour into the Thorn room as Endorsi yells out that she doesn't plan to lose Bam this time around.

Meanwhile, Lero-Ro and Quant continue to wait out the 30 minute time limit at their escape vehicle with the newly arrived Sophia and Beta, as well as the eliminated Regulars: Anaak, Ran, Miseng, and Paracule. With only five minutes remaining for Viole's rescue operation, they notice the Archimedes beginning FUG's operation of pouring the solution down onto the island. Lero-Ro spots the purple-clothed FUG Ranker being the one pouring the solution, and finds it unbelievable that FUG is overstepping the boundaries by interfering with the E-rank Workshop Battle. He gives the order to Quant, as well as Hachuling aboard the Archimedes, that they're moving up the escape plan to rescue the E-rank Regulars from FUG. Meanwhile, inside the Thorn's mountain, the solution begins to destroy the room that Viole, Khun, Rak, and Reflejo are in.

Aboard the Archimedes, Io and Punk confront FUG Ranker Madorako about the stunt he's pulling pouring the solution down while everyone is still watching the Workshop Battle. They also threaten to axe their deal since this stunt is also putting Io and Punk in danger, but Madorako informs them that he was planning to axe the deal anyway since he decided to make the deal with Cassano rather than Io and Punk by handing the compressed flash item needed to get into Emily's facility over to the former. The FUG businessman reveals that Cassano has already escaped the Archimedes with Emily at hand, which enrages Io and Punk to the point of attacking the FUG Ranker. Madorako however, isn't threatened since Io and Punk went to such great lengths to keep their plan a secret from everyone in the Tower, and attacks the hosts in return since no one is around to protect them.

Meanwhile, the purple-clothed FUG Ranker pouring the solution is greeted by Lero-Ro's escape vehicle. Quant flying the ship distracts the FUG Ranker long enough to allow for Lero-Ro to blast the FUG member away from the object that's pouring the solution. The solution stops falling into the Thorn room as Viole and company realize that Lero-Ro's escape vehicle is already here to save them.

While Lero-Ro holds off the purple-clothed FUG Ranker, Khun asks how things are going on Shibisu's side, which is answered that they just found Nobic and Horyang thanks to FUG Team's Sia telling them the locations. Khun gives the order Shibisu's group to head for Lero-Ro's escape vehicle now that their side's job is complete. Meanwhile, Khun, Bam, and Rak will wait for Endorsi since their only chance of escaping the Thorn room they're trapped in is with her Bong Bong fairy's teleportation ability.

Meanwhile, Endorsi and Hatz reach the caved in entrance of the mountain room Bam and company are trapped in, but is annoyed that Bong Bong isn't working to get to the other side. Deducing that the Bong Bong fairy needs energy to reactivate, she notices the battery backpack left over from Hatz's Workshop guard disguise, and realizes that she has a means to power the Bong Bong back up.

Within the mountain, the Thorn room is calm for the moment due to the solution no longer being poured. Viole asks if Reflejo is fine with all of them dying working as a minion for someone else (Poken), but Reflejo answers that he is, and it's because Viole doesn't understand what it means to give hope to others through death. Reflejo states to Viole that he hates god for giving the new Slayer Candidate power that he wishes he himself had to change the Tower, as well as his own petty life, and uses the last of his shadow shinsu to destroy the platform they're all currently standing on.

Bam, Khun, Rak, and Reflejo all begin to fall towards the pool of Archimedes solution below them. Reflejo thinks about Princess Yulia one last time, and is glad that he will finally forget about her in death, as well as perform his last wish to provide FUG their great Irregular weapon. However, Reflejo's forced to watch Endorsi and Hatz teleport into the room with the Bong Bong fairy, and watches them teleport out with Viole, Khun, and Rak; leaving Reflejo alone in the room falling towards the Archimedes solution, which presumably kills him.

Back to the Archimedes, Madorako is shown to have easily defeated Io and Punk. However, he's greeted by the man-in-while that has been watching over the Workshop Battle this entire time. In return, Madorako finds it unbelievable who he's looking upon.

Outside the Thorn's mountain, the remaining members of the Mad Dog team, Baragav and Ron, make their escape from the Workshop Battle. Ron looks back at the battle going on at the mountain, and claims that the two of them will return to one day take the Slayer Candidate role away from Viole.

Lero-Ro is currently preoccupied dealing with the purple-clothed FUG Ranker in the sky, which forces Quant to step in to fight the newly arrived FUG Ranker. However, before they could engage in a fight, Madorako gives the order for the FUG Rankers to retreat. Madorako warns the FUG Rankers that any foolish moves at the moment could cost them everything due to the sudden appearance of the man-in-white who's powerful enough to destroy them. The two FUG Rankers retreat away from the Workshop Battle as Quant stops by Lero-Ro's location with the escape vehicle to pick him up.

Aboard the escape vehicle, Ranker Hachuling teleports in the remaining E-rank Regulars left at the waiting room to the escape vehicle as all of Viole's companions are now completely reunited, and ready to leave the Workshop Battle. Later at a resort, they spend the next hours partying now that the Workshop Battle is done with while Viole rests with his original teammates, Khun and Rak. Wangnan is also seen resting recovering from his injury.

Later that night, the man-in-white speaks with the person over the radio about how this Tower shapes people, as well as the major blow FUG took losing the Thorn, and losing their good relationship with Workshop. The man on the radio then asks the man-in-white who the real Jahad Prince is that's supposed to take the Tower's final test. However, the man-in-white, revealed to be one of the ten Great Family heads, Po Bidau Gustang, states to the man on the radio that he's being too impatient to get the answer, and that they should wait and see since Viole and company's adventure up the Tower has only just begun.

!!!Long Summary

Back in the tournment, Endorsi and Hatz stand off against Ron Mei and Baragav as the former threatens them for stalling her date with Viole. In return, Ron taunts her that she will get in trouble with the Jahad Empire like Anaak's mother being in love despite her Jahad Princess status, which provokes Endorsi into attacking her. However, Baragav easily deflects Endorsi's kick. Meanwhile within the mountain's Thorn room, Reflejo greets Viole's group, and informs them that he left Hwaryun just barely alive. Shadows begin to envelop Reflejo as he announces to the Slayer-Candidate that the final match of the Workshop Battle between them will now begin.

Back at the Archimedes, FUG Team's messenger to Madorako turns out to be Cassano, who informs the FUG Ranker of Reflejo's plan to fight Viole's group in the final match of the Workshop Battle. In return for the information, Madorako hands over the item that he was originally going to give to Workshop over to Cassano instead. The Devil of the Right Arm departs with the item as Madorako prepares once more to drop the Archimedes solution down on the island to kill Viole.

Elsewhere aboard the Archimedes, Traveller makes his way through a vent to evade the Workshop guards, as he continues to make his way towards Emily in order to get answers as to why she lured him and the other intruders to her. He makes it to the entrance of the room Emily is in, but sees that Cassano has arrived to see Emily as well.

Returning to the Thorn's mountain, Viole fights against the shadow-using Reflejo, but is forced on the defensive due to Reflejo taking advantage of Viole's desire to save everyone weakness; constantly using Hwaryun as his shield to keep Viole from truly attacking him. Watching the battle between Viole and Reflejo unfold, Khun deduces that there's an opening regarding Reflejo's usage of Hwaryun as his meat-shield, and calls out to Rak that he's got a plan.

Back to the Archimedes' Acorn Workshop, Traveller greets Cassano at the door to Emily's facility. Cassano uses a red solution key to open up Emily's door, and informs Traveller that as a reward for making it this far, the intruder should see the truth about what happened to Emily, and that the Devil of the Right Arm is planning to take her away from here. Traveller looks into Emily's room, and sees nothing but a giant water tank with Emily's name written on it.

Cassano explains to the confused Traveller that Workshop was actually doing two experiments: turning people into Living Ignition Weapons, and dissolving people that were turned into Living Ignition Weapons. The water tank they see before them is Emily having been the first successful person to be dissolved, and that despite Workshop deciding that she was no longer needed now that the experiment is a success, she was saved by Sophia to remain in this water tube within Workshop.

Eventually, Io and Punk took notice of what the dissolved Emily was capable of, and befriended Sophia to move Emily to the Archimedes so that they can take advantage of her abilities. They created the Emily chatting bot through the Archimedes control system, but needed funding to provide the terminals to the Regulars. As a result, Io and Punk relied on FUG Ranker Madorako's businessman skills to acquire the funds needed to get Emily's chatting bot fully functional. Once the Workshop Battle was over, they planned to move Emily to another location in secret.

Traveller finds Cassano's explanation hard to believe given that Emily begged him and the intruders to come save her, which Cassano informs him of the bad news that it was all a lie. Traveller is left frustrated wondering why Workshop would do something so cruel to a person, Cassano asks if Traveller wants to depart with him since he now has Emily in his possession. Traveller asks where they're headed, which the Devil of the Right Arm answers that a girl he knows that has the potential to change the Tower is finally here.

A flashback occurs where Cassano holds Horyang hostage trying to convince Ilmar to come with him to a new team he's joined that's planning to change the filthy world of the Tower. Horyang refuses since he now has companions, and a girl he likes, within said Tower, which causes Cassano to attack him as his way of saying good-bye. In the present, Sia Sia is seen watching over the unconscious Horyang.

Returning to the Reflejo fight, Khun and Rak get ready to enter the battle following the former's plan. Reflejo remains standing by with Hwaryun as his hostage while Viole remains unconscious after being hit by the last shadow Bang attack. The masked Regular looks up at he mountain hole believing that the Archimedes solution will pour in soon, and is happy to know that his most desired wish for FUG to get their weapon is about to come true. It's at this point that Khun and Rak attack Reflejo.

Rak throws the Mad Shock to bait Reflejo to defend his front, but is caught off-guard when Khun teleports the Mad Shocker with his lighthouse field to hit Reflejo from behind. Khun uses the opening to get in close to try to stab Reflejo, but like usual, the masked Regular moves Hwaryun into the path to take the stab. In return, Khun taunts the masked Regular that he expected Reflejo was going to pull this. Meanwhile, Viole continues to lie on the ground unconscious, but his Thorn finally begins to unravel.

Seeing Khun stab Hwaryun, Reflejo asks if he chose to give up the hostage to change the flow of battle, but is shocked to see Hwaryun get sucked into the knife. Khun reveals the knife to be the White Heavenly Mirror he won from the One Shot, One Opportunity game, and used one of the knife's three abilities to seal Hwaryun into the knife to protect her from Reflejo. Claiming that he doesn't need to rely on a hostage to kill them, an enraged Reflejo sends his shadow Bangs at Khun to finish him off, but has his attack intercepted by powerful shinsu Bangs from a now conscious Viole who now seems more powerful than before.

At Horyang's location, Sia stuggles to decide on who to side with since she wants to continue helping Viole, but also needs to help FUG since they promised to pay her a lot of money. She begins to hear the voices of Shibisu's rescue group getting closer, and is running out of time to choose a side.

Back to the Mad Dog fight, Hatz figures he and Endorsi need to change up their battle plan, and pulls out the metal rod he's been using as a sword. Endorsi finds this to be a joke, but Hatz informs her not to underestimate on what he can accomplish with a piece of metal, and states that he's serious about defeating FUG due to what they did to Bam. Endorsi thinks back to the moment after she escaped the FUG Dormitory where Rak told her everything that happened to Bam becoming FUG's Slayer Candidate, and admits that the sight of Ron Mei pisses her off seeing another blonde traitor (referring to Rachel).

Endorsi charges forward against Ron and Baragav while Hatz follows after her as support. Hatz manages to fight through Baragav's phantom wolves to distract the Mad Dog long enough for Endorsi to teleport Baragav away with her using the Bong Bong fairy. Endorsi and Baragav are teleported to a location high above the Workshop Battle island where she threatens to kick Baragav downward to crash into the island to see if his invincibility will allow him to survive the fall.

Back to the Reflejo battle, Viole stands ready to fight once more, but this time around, with the Thorn now fully awakened. Viole feels the power of the Thorn flowing within him, and could tell that something about him feels different. He then returns to standing opposite Reflejo, who also notices that something about the FUG Slayer seems different.

Prepared for the Thorn room battle, the Viole, Khun, Rak team feel that something is off about Reflejo. The latter shows off a giant scythe weapon swarming in shadow shinsu, which Khun figures that Reflejo has pulled out his trump card for this final match. Returning to Endorsi's fight after the Mad Dog had blocked her kick, it turns out that it was Baragav that won the Blood Tamara item during the One Shot, One Opportunity game, and that he used it on himself to gain its increased defense ability. Thus, the backlash from kicking Baragav's Blood Tamara enhanced body leaves Endorsi's leg damaged.

The Jahad Princess realizes that she has a tough fight on her hand, and retreats back to Hatz before Ron could capture her with a Lighthouse field. Seeing the injured Endorsi, Ron taunts her that thanks to Baragav's phantom wolves, as well as being given the Blood Tamara item, Baragav is now the most powerful Regular here. Annoyed that her date with Bam is getting stalled, Endorsi becomes irritated that Ron thinks Baragav is now a challenge for her. Meanwhile, Akraptor, Ehwa and Quaetro search around for the hostages, Horyang and Nobic, but are unable to locate them. Vespa informs Shibisu that she couldn't find anything scouting around the area, which leaves Shibisu worried since there's only 20 minutes left, and stumped as to where Horyang and Nobic were stashed away at.

Swinging his shadow scythe, Reflejo shows off his strength to Viole's group, which Khun admits that it's power is beyond that of an E-rank Regular. Reflejo explains that he's inherited a piece of FUG Ranker Poken's shadow, and using the power from the shadow allows for him to gain a temporary power-up to be as strong as a B-rank Regular. He offers Viole one last chance to give up, and will even hand of the hostages if the FUG Slayer does so, but Viole refuses since Reflejo words is something he no longer trusts.

With negotiations over, Reflejo squares off against the Viole, Khun, and Rak team. Rak struggles to get his new Mad Shocker weapon working, but Khun manages to immobilize Reflejo for a brief moment for Viole to move in, and rescue Hwaryun.

!!!Short Summary

After being summoned to what's left of the Growth Touranment's Item Store. Rak leaves to get the injured Wangnan out of here to a safe place, while Viole prepares himself to fight against Beta as the two begin to fight one another in close-combat. However, Viole struggles to get use to the new power of the Thorn within him as Beta gets the upper hand, which causes Ehwa and Khun to come to his aid. Meanwhile, Sophia and her guards continue to watch while Lauroe has fallen asleep again.

Khun calls Beta out to back off now that the Growth Tournament's over, but Beta taunts Viole that his friends are still trying to protect him despite his mere existence putting them in danger. Beta goes over his backstory that despite having to kill off the four other survivors in his experiment group on the promise of freedom, he's still forced to being connected to Workshop since his body can't last without Workshop's medicine. Powering up his Dionysos and Phobos ignitions at once, Beta orders him to cut the crap about believing he can have everything despite all the atrocities that Workshop has done for the FUG Slayer.

The two engage once more in combat as Khun shields Ehwa with his lighthouse field from the current fight while also providing Viole with back-up. Viole manages to stop Beta's Dionysos and Phobos ignitions using copied moves from the Rankers, Yu Hansung and Mule Love, and calls out Beta for forcing all the blame onto him despite the Living Ignition Weapon experiments being performed by others within FUG and Workshop.

An enraged Beta continues to attack asking how Viole doesn't believe he's part of this, but Viole calls out Beta's contradiction that he attacked Viole's friends despite them having nothing to do with all this, and states that Beta is the one who's completely twisted. Eventually, Viole manages to perform the Wave Explosion powered up by the Thorn through Beta's chest that forces the latter to his knees, and begins coughing up blood. Viole then points out that Beta isn't hating him out of revenge. He was just desperately looking for something to hate. Despite getting hit by the Wave Explosion, Beta gets up once more, and orders for Viole to stop being so arrogant.

Preparing Phobos once more, Beta orders for Viole to stop looking down on him, but is stopped in his tracks when he sees Khun and Ehwa prepared to defend the FUG Slayer. Viole asks for Beta to use this chance to stop fighting so that he can let his body heal given that it's reached its limit, or else it will bring misfortune to both of them. However, Beta becomes more unstable, and claims that as long as Viole feels misfortune, he doesn't care what happens to him. Despite charging forward once more, Beta has his effort stopped by Viole thanks to the Thorn powering up his immobilization Bang.

Realizing that Viole has become stronger than him thanks to the Thorn's power, Beta sarcastically congratulates Viole for now having everything he ever wanted compared to Beta who lost everything. However, Viole claims that everything is rightfully his since he's been fighting all this time to protect what's been most precious to him, which enrages Beta. Prepared to continue fighting, Sophia finally steps in to inform Beta that what Viole said about him not being Beta's true enemy is correct.

Beta remains confused by the statement, which Sophia explains that the Living Ignition Weapon experiments connected to Viole were completed long before the tests on Beta started; meaning that neither are connected with one another. The revelation shocks Beta, who thinks back to how Emily had told him that he was created to get revenge on Viole for the experiments, which leaves Beta questioning if Emily had been using him this entire time. Having reached his limit, Beta begins to cough up a lot of blood as the Workshop guards move in to secure Beta.

The Workshop Battle Regulars are forced to stand by, and watch as the guards move in to dispose of Beta despite not liking how this is turning out. However, the guard's attempt to kill Beta is stopped by the arrival of Shibisu's group (Akraptor, Hatz, Quaetro, and Rak), who are revealed to still be in the tournament due to a system error when the hosts bailed to help resolve the issue on the Archimedes. They help dispose of the surrounding guards as Lero-Ro also reveals himself out of his guard disguise, and informs the group that he's here to help the Regulars make it through the Workshop Battle.

Meanwhile, Reflejo gathers his FUG Team to prepare for battle against the Khun and Shibisu teams. With Cassano's help, Reflejo managed to capture Viole's rescue team (Hwaryun, Horyang and Nobic), and claims that they now have bait to bring Viole back to them. Knowing that Cassano put a tracker on Horyang, Reflejo admits that his logic was correct in keeping the Devil of the Right Arm on his FUG Team, but asks why he's chosen to betray his Workshop friend. In return, Cassano states that he just wants everything around him to be destroyed, and will be departing the FUG Team after receiving the item at the end of the Workshop Battle.

A flashback to the 25th Floor occurs back to the point where Khun is departing with Rachel from the 2nd Floor team that was created through Bam's sacrifice. Shibisu catches up to Khun and complains that he doesn't like the way Khun is going about this, and asks if things would have been different had Bam still been alive. Khun replies that he doesn't know himself, and thinks that this has all been a dream, and hopes to eventually wake up from it.

Returning to the present, the members of Shibisu and Khun's teams watch the happy reunion between Viole, Khun and Rak. Ehwa admits that it's weird seeing Viole smile as Akraptor asks about Horyang's status. Viole apologizes that he couldn't bring Horyang with him, but Akraptor believes that the Arm Devil can handle things by himself. The FUG Slayer also asks about Wangnan's status, which Akraptor answers that even he's amazed that Wangnan survived an injury to the heart.

Viole turns his attention to an unconscious Beta being watched over by Sophia. The researcher claims that Beta will be fine, but is worried that Workshop will forever chase after him now that the orders been given to dispose of Beta. Sophia blames herself for not completing the experiment to make Beta happy, but Viole answers that there's a different reason Beta, and even Cassano and Horyang, are currently unhappy.

Khun and Shibisu discuss their current situation, which Khun deduces that they're trapped since FUG still has Rankers waiting for them aboard the Archimedes even if they manage to win the Workshop Battle against Reflejo's Team FUG. Lero-Ro answers for them that the higher-ups aboard the Archimedes are currently dealing with a problem that even the hosts, Io and Punk, had to return to help resolve. As a result, the Workshop Battle has been postponed for now. Meanwhile, a panicking Io and Punk discuss how things will turn out to be a disaster if the freed Archimedes intruders manage to reach Emily's facility while Ranker Madorako begins to get impatient at this setback.

Lero-Ro informs the group that a colleague of his has been stationed at the tournament's waiting room to help summon their remaining teammates to them. Next, Lero-Ro explains that there's a floating ship parked nearby that he and his colleague originally arrived to the Workshop Battle in. He also informs them that their eliminated friends have already been placed within it. Lero-Ro reveals to the Regulars that with the floating ship, they will all use it to escape the Workshop Battle.

Meanwhile, Reflejo's Team FUG get into position with Viole's rescue team as their hostages. Reflejo gives the order to send the message to Viole that the final battle will soon begin.

Aboard the Archimedes, Madorako continues to watch the intruders make their escape, and realizes he messed up upon spotting Lero-Ro's ship prepared to escape with Viole and company while the tournament's still going on. Madorako figures that it's about time for his side to make a move, but at this point, is greeted by a messenger from the arena wishing to speak with him.

Back to the Item Store, Rak is seen buying an item called a Mad Shocker while Lero-Ro expains that they're ready to leave now that Bam has officially returned to them. He reassures the Regulars that they will escape due to Wolhaiksong, the people he works for, having a ship stationed outside the Workshop Battle prepared to pick them up before FUG could catch up to them. The Regulars are amazed as to why this is happening, which Lero-Ro answers that it's because Wolhaiksong's Irregular leader, Urek Mazino, had met Viole previously, and wishes to see him again. It's at this point that they receive a call from Reflejo using Hwaryun's Pocket.

Meanwhile, the Viole, Khun and Rak team enter the Thorn's mountain to face Reflejo. Knowing that Emily helped him get Bam back, Khun worries that Emily could prove to be a dangerous weapon if it's used to deceive people, but lets it go to deal with the current problem. The three of them enter the former Thorn room, and see a beaten Hwaryun lying unconscious.

Lero-Ro gets the word to his two colleagues to remain on standby for the 30 minute time limit. Quant waits on the escape vehicle after clearing out its Workshop guards, and having the eliminated Regulars (Anaak, Ran, and Miseng) already on board. The green masked colleague remains in the tournament's waiting room with the remaining Regulars (Goseng, Prince, Verdi, Blarode, and Dan) that are not in the tournament ready to be summoned to the escape vehicle.

Hearing that Lero-Ro is planning an escape, Sophia begs him to take Beta along so that he can enjoy freedom instead of being disposed of by Workshop. Sophia reveals that she was an orphan from the middle area similar to Horyang and Cassano, but was able to get job as a Workshop researcher due to having high intellect. She wanted to help the orphan children by making them powerful through the experiments, but finally realizes she was wrong after Viole had told her that it wasn't the experiments, but just her interacting with them, such as giving them their names, that made them happy.

She beg's Lero-Ro once more to take Beta along so that he, as well as Viole, Horyang, and Cassano, can experience happiness, which Lero-Ro decides to do so. At this point, Beta wakes up from being unconscious, and thinks back to how Cassano had set him up with the help of Emily to fight against Viole, and wonders what it is that the Devil of the Right Arm is planning.

Endorsi and Hatz stand off against Ron Mei and Baragav as the former threatens them for stalling her date with Viole. In return, Ron taunts her that she will get in trouble with the Jahad Empire like Anaak's mother being in love despite her Jahad Princess status, which provokes Endorsi into attacking her. However, Baragav easily deflects Endorsi's strike using his Blood Tamara item reward to damage Endorsi's leg. The Jahad Princess realizes that she has a tough fight on her hand.

Back to the mountain's Thorn room, Reflejo greets Viole's group, and informs them that he left Hwaryun just barely alive. Shadows begin to envelop Reflejo as he announces to the FUG Slayer that the final match of the Workshop Battle between them will now begin. The Viole, Khun and Rak team feel that something is off about Reflejo as the masked Regular shows off a giant scythe weapon swarming in shadow shinsu.

Returning to Endorsi's fight after Baragav had blocked her kick, she retreats back to Hatz before Ron could cature her with a lighthouse field. Seeing the injured Endorsi, Ron taunts her that thanks to Baragav's phantom wolves, as well as being given the Blood Tamara item, Baragav is now the most powerful Regular here. Annoyed that her date with Bam is getting stalled, Endorsi becomes irritated if Ron thinks Baragav is now a challenge for her.

Meanwhile, Akraptor, Ehwa and Quaetro search around for the hostages, Horyang and Nobic, but are unable to locate them. Vespa informs Shibisu that she couldn't find anything scouting around the area, which leaves Shibisu worried since there's only 20 minutes left, and stumped as to where Horyang and Nobic were stashed away at.

Meanwhile, Lero-Ro and Quant continue to wait out the 30 minute time limit at their escape vehicle with the newly arrived Sophia and Beta, as well as the eliminated Regulars: Anaak, Ran, Miseng, and Parakewl. With only five minutes remaining for Viole's rescue operation, they notice the Archimedes beginning FUG's operation of pouring the solution down onto the island. Lero-Ro spots the purple-clothed FUG Ranker being the one pouring the solution, and finds it unbelievable that FUG is overstepping the boundaries by interfering with the E-rank Workshop Battle. He gives the order to Quant, as well as Hachuling aboard the Archimedes, that they're moving up the escape plan to rescue the E-rank Regulars from FUG. Meanwhile, inside the Thorn's mountain, the solution begins to destroy the room that Viole, Khun, Rak, and Reflejo are in.

Endorsi thinks back to when she, Ehwa, Rak, and Parakewl had escaped the FUG dormitory using her Bong Bong fairy's teleportation. Rak finishes up his explanation about everything he knows regarding how Bam became FUG's Slayer Candidate, which shocks Endorsi hearing that Rachel betrayed Bam during the final exam of the 2nd Floor. She also puts together what Rak said about Rachel and FUG having joined forces at the time, and asks Rak if what he's referring to is that FUG had set this all up from the beginning.

At Lero-Ro's escape vehicle, Sophia is seen watching over Beta having brought him to the ship to allow him to escape. Anaak, Ran, Miseng, and Parakewl are seen within the vehicle as well begging for the Rankers to finally get this ship moving. Quant complains about how much longer this hostage rescue operation is going to last, and states that there's only five minutes left within the 30 minute limit before it becomes a given that they need to escape right away. Ranker Quant asks Lero-Ro to finally get this ship moving to reunite with Urek Mazino, because he's sick of being in this messy place. However, Lero-Ro orders him to stop whining, and to wait out the entire 30 minute time limit. At this moment, Lero-Ro's attention is brought to the Thorn's mountain, and sees the Archimedes solution being poured down onto the island.

Meanwhile, Khun, Bam, and Rak will wait for Endorsi since their only chance of escaping the Thorn room they're trapped in is with her Bong Bong fairy's teleportation ability.

At Reflejo's location in the Thorn's mountain, he and Cassano are seen having brutally defeated the Hwaryun, Horyang, and Novick rescue team. With the three of them now as his hostages. Reflejo states to his FUG Team that this is going to be Viole's last battle. Cassano looks down at the unconscious Horyang as Reflejo admits that he never expected the former to have actually put a tracking device into Horyang's Pocket so that they could locate Viole's rescue team.

Meanwhile, at the northern end of the island, Mad Dog stands near an unconscious Novick as Horyang is seen unconscious at another location. With Hwaryun at his hostage nearby, Reflejo gives the order to his team to inform Jue Viole Grace that they will now begin the final match of the Workshop Battle.

Reflejo answers that he just damaged her a little given that guides are a rare asset to have in the Tower when they're working for ya. He warns Viole that if he doesn't attempt to come rescue them now, he will kill all three of his rescuers by making them suffer pain until they breath their last breath. Hearing the threat enrages Viole as Reflejo states that they will begin the final match. He provides the terms that Viole's side will win if he manages to save his three comrades: Hwaryun, Horyang, and Novick. However, even if the FUG Team loses, he will keep Hwaryun given that she's a guide, which stuns Viole. Reminding Viole of the Thorn's mountain, Reflejo states that he will be waiting for the FUG Slayer's arrival within the room that the Thorn use to be.

Khun thinks to himself that he's quite thankful knowing that Bam hasn't changed one bit, and gives the order that the reunited team of he, Bam, and Rak will be the ones that go to rescue Hwaryun within the Thorn's mountain. The other two, Horyang and Novick, will be rescued by the rest of the group. Shibisu tries to object to the order, but Khun ignores it, and asks Lero-Ro how much of a window they have to perform the rescue. Lero-Ro answers that it would be a 30 minute window at most, but staying in the Workshop Battle any longer will put them all in danger once the FUG Rankers finally make it here.

Khun thinks about the 30 minute time limit, and deduces that it might be a narrow enough window to pull it off. However, Shibisu objects since it will take most of the time just arriving to the FUG Team's location, and then getting back to Lero-Ro's escape vehicle. Despite Shibisu's comment, Khun gives the order that Quaetro and Shibisu will go for the Novick rescue while Akraptor and Ehwa will go for their Sweet and Sour teammate, Horyang. He then reminds the group of what he said earlier that he, Bam and Rak will be the ones who take on Reflejo, who's holding Hwaryun hostage. Khun then asks for Lero-Ro to choose to escape the Workshop Battle if they don't make it within 30 minutes so that, at the very least, those that were eliminated already could escape. With his orders given, Khun states that this feels like the right thing to do playing the Workshop Battle out against the FUG Team rather than escape without the hostages.

Viole asks a question of his own how Khun knew about the Bong Bong fairy being in Endorsi's possession, which Khun answers that it was obvious given that everyone knew about Endorsi obtaining an extra Archimedes ticket during the One Shot, One Opportunity game. He also shows Viole the Emily terminal, and explains that it was Emily that explained to him what the Bong Bong fairy was able to do. Viole finds it surprising that Khun has an Emily terminal, which Khun explains that it's thanks to Emily that he was able to communicate with Hwaryun when she was performing Viole's rescue alongside Horyang and Novick. Thinking it over, Khun gives off a worried looking face as he looks back down at his Emily terminal. He admits to himself that he's been depending on Emily more than anything he's never had in his possession; especially since it helped him get Bam back.

Moments mater, Ehwa and Akraptor meet up with Quaetro, who informs them of the bad news that he hasn't found anything on his end. The bad news ends up disappointing Ehwa. Meanwhile, Vespa catches up to Shibisu to inform him that she scouted out the area, but found no sign of the hostages, which Shibisu deduces that Horyang and Novick must have been hidden somewhere. Complaining about where the hell they could have stashed the hostages, Shibisu realizes that their current situation isn't good since they only have 20 minutes left before they need to retreat to Lero-Ro's escape vehicle.

Returning to Endorsi's side, she and Hatz continue to stand opposite Ron Mei and Baragav. Hatz thinks over their current situation, and knows that they have to resolve this fight themselves knowing that Bam's group is still fighing Reflejo, and that Shibisu's group is still searching for Horyang and Novick. He states to Endorsi that they need to change the plan, which confuses the Jahad Princess. Figuring that he's been too soft up until this point, Hatz states to Endorsi that they need to go on the attack.

With their situation dire, Khun calls Shibisu on his pocket about how the search for Horyang and Novick is going, which Shibisu answers that he hasn't yet. Shibisu asks how things are going on Khun's side, which Khun answers that while they managed to save Hwaryun, they've run into a problem. Khun points out that the fight against Reflejo was a trap to make sure that the Archimedes solution would be poured down onto them, which shocks Shibisu.

Khun asks how things are going on Shibisu's side, which the latter answers that they're just now reaching the locations of Novick and Horyang that had been provided by Sia. Vespa is seen carrying Shibisu and Sia towards Novick while the Ehwa, Akraptor and Quaetro group are seen coming across Horyang. Glad to hear their side is about done, Khun orders Shibisu to get his group out of here as soon as possible. Shibisu asks what's going on, which Khun answers that Lero-Ro's escape vehicle is already here to get them away form the Workshop Battle.

Vespa falls to the ground in exhaustion as Shibisu, Ehwa, Akraptor, Quaetro, and even Sia, all reunite with the group to inform them that they've brought the two hostages, Novick and Horyang, with them. They also notice the weird needle object floating above Viole's shoulder, which Viole points out that that it's the Thorn weapon that's become a part of him. At this point, Lero-Ro's escape vehicle appears before them as Quant yells to them from the cockpit that this is no time to slack off, and got to escape from this place as soon as possible.

With negotiations over, Reflejo squares off against the Viole, Khun, and Rak team. Rak struggles to get his new Mad Shocker weapon working, but Khun manages to immobilize Reflejo for a brief moment for Viole to move in, and rescue Hwa Ryun.

Returning to the Thorn's mountain, Viole fights against the shadow-using Reflejo, but is forced on the defensive due to Reflejo taking advantage of Viole's desire to save everyone weakness; constantly using Hwa Ryun as his shield to keep Viole from truly attacking him. Watching the battle between Viole and Reflejo unfold, Khun deduces that there's an opening regarding Reflejo's usage of Hwa Ryun as his meat-shield, and calls out to Rak that he's got a plan.

Returning to the Reflejo fight, Khun and Rak get ready to enter the battle following the former's plan. Reflejo remains standing by with Hwa Ryun as his hostage while Viole remains unconscious after being hit by the last shadow Bang attack. The masked Regular looks up at he mountain hole believing that the Archimedes solution will pour in soon, and is happy to know that his most desired wish for FUG to get their weapon is about to come true. It's at this point that Khun and Rak attack Reflejo.

Rak throws the Mad Shock to bait Reflejo to defend his front, but is caught off-guard when Khun teleports the Mad Shocker with his lighthouse field to hit Reflejo from behind. Khun uses the opening to get in close to try to stab Reflejo, but like usual, the masked Regular moves Hwa Ryun into the path to take the stab. In return, Khun taunts the masked Regular that he expected Reflejo was going to pull this. Meanwhile, Viole continues to lie on the ground unconscious, but his Thorn finally begins to unravel.

Seeing Khun stab Hwa Ryun, Reflejo asks if he chose to give up the hostage to change the flow of battle, but is shocked to see Hwa Ryun get sucked into the knife. Khun reveals the knife to be the White Heavenly Mirror he won from the One Shot, One Opportunity game, and used one of the knife's three abilities to seal Hwa Ryun into the knife to protect her from Reflejo. Claiming that he doesn't need to rely on a hostage to kill them, an enraged Reflejo sends his shadow Bangs at Khun to finish him off, but has his attack intercepted by powerful shinsu Bangs from a now conscious Viole who now seems more powerful than before.

Beta powers up his Phobos shinsu blasts, and fires them upon Viole; claiming that he will kill all of them. Khun manages to shield Ehwa and himself with his lighthouse field while Viole continues to charge forward. Having seen the success Lauroe had against the Dionysos leg, Viole utilizes a shinsu control style done by Ranker Yu Han Sung to create a technique of his own, the Straight-Line Long Pierce. Using four Bangs, Viole uses the four at once to create one large piercing attack that stabs into the Phobos ignition. Beta then attempts to use his Dionysos ignition to stomp on Viole, but realizes that the leg has been blocked by Khun's lighthouse field. Khun orders for Beta to move his Dionysos feet away, which annoys Beta greatly.

At Reflejo's location in the Thorn's mountain, he and Cassano are seen having brutally defeated the Hwa Ryun, Horyang, and Novick rescue team. With the three of them now as his hostages. Reflejo states to his FUG Team that this is going to be Viole's last battle. Cassano looks down at the unconscious Horyang as Reflejo admits that he never expected the former to have actually put a tracking device into Horyang's Pocket so that they could locate Viole's rescue team.

Even the guide, Hwa Ryun, didn't expect Cassano to pull such a stunt on the friend he was part of the Living Ignition Weapon experiments with. Reflejo offers his gratitude for this accomplishment, and states that he made the correct decision to keep the Devil of the Right Arm in his FUG Team. Cassano asks if Reflejo has the item he promised him, which Reflejo answers that he has it, but will only have it handed over after they finish the Workshop Battle.

Cutting off Reflejo mid-sentence, Cassano replies that it doesn't matter since he plans to depart from FUG all-together soon after the Workshop Battle finishes. In return, Reflejo asks why Cassano has chosen to do something like this, which the Devil of the Right Arm answers that he just wants everything around him, including Reflejo and Viole, to be destroyed. Watching Cassano walk away, Reflejo looks down at the unconscious Hwa Ryun.

Meanwhile, at the northern end of the island, Mad Dog stands near an unconscious Novick as Horyang is seen unconscious at another location. With Hwa Ryun at his hostage nearby, Reflejo gives the order to his team to inform Jue Viole Grace that they will now begin the final match of the Workshop Battle.

Lero-Ro explains to the Regulars that Urek Mazino currently has the highest rank amongst all Rankers. A man who has the strength of an entire Great Family. He's also the founder of Wolhaiksong. Lero-Ro then reminds the group that similar to Bam, he's an Irregular, and that their meeting during the 21st Floor test has led to him gaining in interest in Viole. He points out to Viole that the real reason he's here at the Workshop Battle is because Urek wants to meet with Viole again, which shocks Bam. Before Viole could remind the group that there's still others trapped on the other side of the island with the FUG Team, he gets a call on his Pocket from Yuto. Viole asks Hwa Ryun over the Pocket if she managed to escape, but is greeted by Reflejo's voice pointing out how surprised he was to find out that the FUG Slayer managed to escape the Thorn's mountain back to his friends.

Viole quickly realizes who he's speaking to as Reflejo points out that it was foolish of the FUG Slayer to rush out leaving his rescue group behind. A bloodied, and beaten, Hwa Ryun is seen behind Reflejo as he taunts Viole that he gave her a courtesy lesson. Viole yells through the pocket what he did to Hwa Ryun, which catches Khun and Shibisu's attention hearing Hwa Ryun's name mentioned again given that she was also with them on the 2nd Floor.

Reflejo answers that he just damaged her a little given that guides are a rare asset to have in the Tower when they're working for ya. He warns Viole that if he doesn't attempt to come rescue them now, he will kill all three of his rescuers by making them suffer pain until they breath their last breath. Hearing the threat enrages Viole as Reflejo states that they will begin the final match. He provides the terms that Viole's side will win if he manages to save his three comrades: Hwa Ryun, Horyang, and Novick. However, even if the FUG Team loses, he will keep Hwa Ryun given that she's a guide, which stuns Viole. Reminding Viole of the Thorn's mountain, Reflejo states that he will be waiting for the FUG Slayer's arrival within the room that the Thorn use to be.

The call from Hwa Ryun's Pocket cuts off as Khun is left confused about why she was her in the tournament to begin with. Viole explains how she had swapped places with FUG teammate Yuto during the Workshop Battle, which shocks everyone. Shibisu is left amazed hearing for the first time that Hwa Ryun was a part of FUG this whole time while Khun thinks to himself that that was a revelation he had already known for awhile.

Watching Viole explain Hwa Ryun's hostage situation to the rest of the group, Khun puts together that since Yuto and Hwa Ryun were the same person during the Workshop Battle, it was Hwa Ryun that had been providing him the information about Bam's rescue operation over the Emily terminal. He deduces that what happened to Hwa Ryun is no longer an issue they have to deal with here, but knows that this is something that Bam won't be able to ignore. Just as he guessed, Viole announces to the group that he will face Reflejo's FUG Team to rescue his three saviors.

Khun thinks to himself that he's quite thankful knowing that Bam hasn't changed one bit, and gives the order that the reunited team of he, Bam, and Rak will be the ones that go to rescue Hwa Ryun within the Thorn's mountain. The other two, Horyang and Novick, will be rescued by the rest of the group. Shibisu tries to object to the order, but Khun ignores it, and asks Lero-Ro how much of a window they have to perform the rescue. Lero-Ro answers that it would be a 30 minute window at most, but staying in the Workshop Battle any longer will put them all in danger once the FUG Rankers finally make it here.

Khun thinks about the 30 minute time limit, and deduces that it might be a narrow enough window to pull it off. However, Shibisu objects since it will take most of the time just arriving to the FUG Team's location, and then getting back to Lero-Ro's escape vehicle. Despite Shibisu's comment, Khun gives the order that Quaetro and Shibisu will go for the Novick rescue while Akraptor and Ehwa will go for their Sweet and Sour teammate, Horyang. He then reminds the group of what he said earlier that he, Bam and Rak will be the ones who take on Reflejo, who's holding Hwa Ryun hostage. Khun then asks for Lero-Ro to choose to escape the Workshop Battle if they don't make it within 30 minutes so that, at the very least, those that were eliminated already could escape. With his orders given, Khun states that this feels like the right thing to do playing the Workshop Battle out against the FUG Team rather than escape without the hostages.

Viole asks a question of his own how Khun knew about the Bong Bong fairy being in Endorsi's possession, which Khun answers that it was obvious given that everyone knew about Endorsi obtaining an extra Archimedes ticket during the One Shot, One Opportunity game. He also shows Viole the Emily terminal, and explains that it was Emily that explained to him what the Bong Bong fairy was able to do. Viole finds it surprising that Khun has an Emily terminal, which Khun explains that it's thanks to Emily that he was able to communicate with Hwa Ryun when she was performing Viole's rescue alongside Horyang and Novick. Thinking it over, Khun gives off a worried looking face as he looks back down at his Emily terminal. He admits to himself that he's been depending on Emily more than anything he's never had in his possession; especially since it helped him get Bam back.

Khun remains suspicious that being highly dependant on the Emily terminal could lead to someone abusing it in order to deceive other people. He also deduces that Emily could end up being the most fearsome weapon to come out of the Workshop Battle, but decides to leave it alone for the time being since worrying about the Emily weapon doesn't matter at the moment. Khun hears Bam state that it's about time for them to enter, which Khun agrees with. Meanwhile, Rak begins to sweat trying to figure out how he's supposed to work his new Mad Shocker weapon from the Item Store. Khun explains that at this point, Endorsi and Hatz must have already encountered Ron and the Mad Dog while the Vespa, Akraptor and Ehwa group are continuing to make their way towards Horyang's location. He states that once all three hostages are saved as quickly as possible, they will all turn around to aim for Lero-Ro's escape vehicle. The Viole, Khun and Rak team enters the former Thorn room where they see a beaten Hwa Ryun fall to the ground before them. Viole calls out to her hoping she's still alive.

Returning to the Thorn's room in the mountain, Viole continues to call out to the unconscious Hwa Ryun hoping that she will answer him. Reflejo appears out of the darkness to inform them that she's still just barely alive, and states that just as he expected, it was Viole that would come to this location. Khun and Rak are surprised by the sight of Reflejo as the masked FUG Regular asks if it's about time for them to begin the final match of the Workshop Battle. Shadows begin to swarm all around Reflejo as he prepares to fight against Viole, Khun and Rak.

Looking at Reflejo, Khun wonders what's going on while Rak points out that their opponent looks like burning charcoal. Despite thinking that Reflejo was being overconfident thinking that he could take on Viole's group all by himself, Khun figures that this is some trump card Reflejo is displaying towards them. Looking torwards the beaten Hwa Ryun, Khun deduces that this is looking like a bad situation for them having to both worry about the hostage, as well as Reflejo's trump card. Viole speaks to Reflejo that beating up Hwa Ryun was unnecessary if the FUG Team's goal was just to bait him out, which Reflejo answers that it was just to educate her a little bit. He also informs Viole that her injuries are so bad that it could result permanent damage, which shocks the FUG Slayer.

Reflejo claims that their choice was a shameful one since that was his last offer he was going to provide before being forced to kill everyone. Khun orders for Viole to counter with his shinsu Bangs, which the latter does so. An explosion occurs as his shinsu quickly destroys the shadow Bang that Reflejo created. Creating his shinsu platform to charge at Reflejo, Viole orders for Khun to secure Hwa Ryun, which Khun agrees to do. Rak is then ordered to go as well, who yells that even though he doesn't know how to use the Mad Shocker spear just yet, he will face Reflejo with it head on.

Khun sets his lighthouses in place, and creates a lighthouse field utilizing up to four of them to immobilize Reflejo, but the masked Regular taunts Khun if the latter truly believes that he can be held back by a lighthouse field. Khun doesn't find it surprising that Reflejo can't be contained, but taunts the latter that he succeeded if he managed to distract Reflejo even for just a moment. Khun then points out that Reflejo's real opponent is now in position as Viole appears behind the shadow user. Ready to attack, Viole claims that he's here to take back Hwa Ryun, which Reflejo replies to do so if the FUG Slayer thinks he can do it.

Returning to the battle against Reflejo, the masked Regular holds the beaten Hwa Ryun in front of him after Viole made the claim that he will take her back. The action leaves Viole unable to move as Reflejo taunts the FUG Slayer by asking why he's not choosing to attack him. Viole is left annoyed that Reflejo is choosing to use the hostage as a meat-shield to protect himself further as Reflejo attempts to swing at the FUG Slayer with his shadow scythe.

Watching the fight between Reflejo and Viole, Khun thinks over Reflejo's claim about him being a shadow creature that has lived for thousands of years for the sake of FUG's wish, and is amazed to see how deep the masked Regular's obsession for FUG is. Rak adds in that the person they're fighting has turned out to be a total freak. Khun deduces that this fight has become a bit tricky since they're stuck in Reflejo's flow of the battle as long as Hwa Ryun remains his hostage. He then hears Reflejo ask if now's a good time to put an end to this Workshop Battle.

Viole is able to withstand the Demon Moon Shadow attack, and aims to use his shinsu Bangs to counterattack at Reflejo directly, but is left stunned, and unable to fire, upon seeing Reflejo hold up Hwa Ryun in front of him once more. Reflejo taunts Viole that he knows the FUG Slayer will never shoot stuck in this position trying to save a hostage. The masked Regular claims that this weakness of trying to save everybody is the reason that Viole is now stuck in his battle flow, and will result in his death. More beams of shadow shinsu drop down upon Viole as the FUG Slayer screams out in pain having to withstand the shinsu attack.

He thinks over the situation, and realizes that Reflejo's usage of Hwa Ryun as a meatshield has kept Viole in check to make sure that Viole can't go all out with the Thorn against him. The fact that Reflejo has figured out Bam's personality hasn't helped either, which overall, gives Reflejo a big edge to seize complete victory. Seeing no openings in Reflejo, Khun wonders if there's any way to defeat him. He then catches on to something when he puts together that Reflejo seems to always use Hwa Ryun as his shield. Khun calls out to Rak that he's come up with an idea to finally defeat the shadowy charcoal jerk.

Khun sees that it's a weapon designed for throwing, and claims that Rak is an idiot for using it in close-combat. Khun next gets to the point for Rak to throw the Mad Shocker along with his lighthouse, and if they manage to pull this off, their original three-man team will get to go on vacation, which Rak agrees to. Within the Thorn's former mountain room, Reflejo stands on a small platform still holding the hostage, Hwa Ryun. Reflejo thinks to himself that he was worried about having to face the power of the Thorn, but begins to think that he didn't actually have anything to worry about. The masked Regular then looks up to the hole at the top of the mountain, and figures that it's about time for FUG Ranker Madorako to drop the melting solution from the Archimedes into the room. Reflejo is glad to think that his mult-thousand year long wish is finally about to come true, but suddenly hears a voice yelling for the alligator to do it. Placing his lighthouses like a staircase towards Reflejo's platform, Khun orders for Rak to begin as the alligator uses the lighthouses to jump closer to Reflejo's location.

Trying to dodge out of the way, the left portion of Reflejo's body shadow is struck by the Mad Shocker spear. Reflejo is left surprised by the power of the Mad Shocker as he sees Khun appear out of his lighthouse directly on his left with a knife ready to strike. Reflejo realizes that Khun managed to ambush him at close-range, but figures that it doesn't matter since he still has a hostage shield. The masked Regular positions Hwa Ryun into the path of Khun's knife. Khun ends up stabbing Hwa Ryun, but taunts Reflejo that he saw this coming, which not only confuses Reflejo, but Rak as well. Meanwhile, Viole continues to lie unconscious nearby after being overwhelmed by Reflejo's shadow Bangs as the Thorn floating above his shoulder begins to unravel.

Rak remains confused as to why Khun actually chose to stab into the hostage, Hwa Ryun, and yells at the blue turtle asking what he just did. Reflejo is confused himself, and asks if Khun has chosen to give up on the hostage, but Khun gives off a smile. He continues to taunt the masked Regular that despite giving things up being his usual style, today is going to end differently, and has chosen not to abandon anyone. The knife that's been stabbed into Hwa Ryun begins to glow as she turned into white light, and gets sucked into the weapon.

Reflejo remains confused about what just happened as Khun holds out the small glowing knife before him. Khun explains that the knife is actually one of the two One Shot, One Opportunity item rewards, the White Heavenly Mirror. He states to Reflejo that the knife comes with three abilities, and one ability that he just used with it was to seal a person by stabbing their heart, which will result in the stabbed person getting teleported into the knife. Khun shows the image of Hwa Ryun now inside the White Heavenly Mirror, which shocks Reflejo and Rak.

Khun continues to taunt Reflejo that he caught on how the masked Regular appears to have a durability issue since he kept having to rely on using Hwa Ryun as a hostage shield to protect himself. Reflejo is left irritated by the claim as Khun states that there's definitely a chance they can defeat him given that Reflejo is fearing that his body won't be able to last against them. Khun taunts Reflejo that he should have taken better care of his hostage as the masked Regular yells out that he doesn't need to hold Hwa Ryun captive to fight against Viole and company. Reflejo powers up many shadow Bangs, and claims that he will kill everyone right here and now.

Reflejo and Khun inspect Viole's unraveled Thorn, and wonder if that's the weapon's true form. Rak flies down to Viole's location atop Khun's lighthouse, and asks if the black turtle is ok, which Viole answers that he is. Rak informs him of what Khun pulled off to save Hwa Ryun from Reflejo using the White Heavenly Mirror.

With their situation dire, Khun calls Shibisu on his pocket about how the search for Horyang and Novick is going, which Shibisu answers that he hasn't yet. Shibisu asks how things are going on Khun's side, which Khun answers that while they managed to save Hwa Ryun, they've run into a problem. Khun points out that the fight against Reflejo was a trap to make sure that the Archimedes solution would be poured down onto them, which shocks Shibisu.

The 38th story arc of the ''Webcomic/TowerOfGod'' series consisting of chapters 95 - 107 from the second season. The arc centers around the final match of the Workshop Battle between the combined Koon and Leesoo teams going up against Reflejo's FUG Team, who have taken Viole's rescuers hostage. Meanwhile, an escape plan is made by Lero-Ro to help Viole and his companions escape the Workshop Battle before the FUG Rankers put their plan in motion.

After being summoned to what's left of the Growth Touranment's Item Store. Rak leaves to get the injured Wangnan out of here to a safe place, while Viole prepares himself to fight against Beta as the two begin to fight one another in close-combat. However, Viole struggles to get use to the new power of the Thorn within him as Beta gets the upper hand, which causes Yihwa and Koon to come to his aid. Meanwhile, Sophia and her guards continue to watch while Laure has fallen asleep again.

Koon calls Beta out to back off now that the Growth Tournament's over, but Beta taunts Viole that his friends are still trying to protect him despite his mere existence putting them in danger. Beta goes over his backstory that despite having to kill off the four other survivors in his experiment group on the promise of freedom, he's still forced to being connected to Workshop since his body can't last without Workshop's medicine. Powering up his Dionysos and Phobos ignitions at once, Beta orders him to cut the crap about believing he can have everything despite all the atrocities that Workshop has done for the FUG Slayer.

The two engage once more in combat as Koon shields Yihwa with his lighthouse field from the current fight while also providing Viole with back-up. Viole manages to stop Beta's Dionysos and Phobos ignitions using copied moves from the Rankers, Yu Han Sung and Mule Love, and calls out Beta for forcing all the blame onto him despite the Living Ignition Weapon experiments being performed by others within FUG and Workshop.

Preparing Phobos once more, Beta orders for Viole to stop looking down on him, but is stopped in his tracks when he sees Koon and Yihwa prepared to defend the FUG Slayer. Viole asks for Beta to use this chance to stop fighting so that he can let his body heal given that it's reached its limit, or else it will bring misfortune to both of them. However, Beta becomes more unstable, and claims that as long as Viole feels misfortune, he doesn't care what happens to him. Despite charging forward once more, Beta has his effort stopped by Viole thanks to the Thorn powering up his immobilization Bang.

Beta remains confused by the statement, which Sophia explains that the Living Ignition Weapon experiments connected to Viole were completed long before the tests on Beta started; meaning that neither are connected with one another. The revelation shocks Beta, who thinks back to how Emile had told him that he was created to get revenge on Viole for the experiments, which leaves Beta questioning if Emile had been using him this entire time. Having reached his limit, Beta begins to cough up a lot of blood as the Workshop guards move in to secure Beta.

The Workshop Battle Regulars are forced to stand by, and watch as the guards move in to dispose of Beta despite not liking how this is turning out. However, the guard's attempt to kill Beta is stopped by the arrival of Leesoo's group (Akraptor, Hatsu, Quaetro, and Rak), who are revealed to still be in the tournament due to a system error when the hosts bailed to help resolve the issue on the Archimedes. They help dispose of the surrounding guards as Lero-Ro also reveals himself out of his guard disguise, and informs the group that he's here to help the Regulars make it through the Workshop Battle.

Meanwhile, Reflejo gathers his FUG Team to prepare for battle against the Koon and Leesoo teams. With Cassano's help, Reflejo managed to capture Viole's rescue team (Hwa Ryun, Horyang and Novick), and claims that they now have bait to bring Viole back to them. Knowing that Cassano put a tracker on Horyang, Reflejo admits that his logic was correct in keeping the Devil of the Right Arm on his FUG Team, but asks why he's chosen to betray his Workshop friend. In return, Cassano states that he just wants everything around him to be destroyed, and will be departing the FUG Team after receiving the item at the end of the Workshop Battle.

A flashback to the 25th Floor occurs back to the point where Koon is departing with Rachel from the 2nd Floor team that was created through Baam's sacrifice. Leesoo catches up to Koon and complains that he doesn't like the way Koon is going about this, and asks if things would have been different had Baam still been alive. Koon replies that he doesn't know himself, and thinks that this has all been a dream, and hopes to eventually wake up from it.

Returning to the present, the members of Leesoo and Koon's teams watch the happy reunion between Viole, Koon and Rak. Yihwa admits that it's weird seeing Viole smile as Akraptor asks about Horyang's status. Viole apologizes that he couldn't bring Horyang with him, but Akraptor believes that the Arm Devil can handle things by himself. The FUG Slayer also asks about Wangnan's status, which Akraptor answers that even he's amazed that Wangnan survived an injury to the heart.

Koon and Leesoo discuss their current situation, which Koon deduces that they're trapped since FUG still has Rankers waiting for them aboard the Archimedes even if they manage to win the Workshop Battle against Reflejo's Team FUG. Lero-Ro answers for them that the higher-ups aboard the Archimedes are currently dealing with a problem that even the hosts, Io and Punk, had to return to help resolve. As a result, the Workshop Battle has been postponed for now. Meanwhile, a panicking Io and Punk discuss how things will turn out to be a disaster if the freed Archimedes intruders manage to reach Emile's facility while Ranker Madoraco begins to get impatient at this setback.

Aboard the Archimedes, Madoraco continues to watch the intruders make their escape, and realizes he messed up upon spotting Lero-Ro's ship prepared to escape with Viole and company while the tournament's still going on. Madoraco figures that it's about time for his side to make a move, but at this point, is greeted by a messenger from the arena wishing to speak with him.

Back to the Item Store, Rak is seen buying an item called a Mad Shocker while Lero-Ro expains that they're ready to leave now that Baam has officially returned to them. He reassures the Regulars that they will escape due to Wolhaiksong, the people he works for, having a ship stationed outside the Workshop Battle prepared to pick them up before FUG could catch up to them. The Regulars are amazed as to why this is happening, which Lero-Ro answers that it's because Wolhaiksong's Irregular leader, Urek Mazino, had met Viole previously, and wishes to see him again. It's at this point that they receive a call from Reflejo using Hwa Ryun's Pocket.

Leesoo is left confused hearing Hwa Ryun's name again being a part of FUG, which Viole explains that Yuto from his FUG Team had swapped out with Hwa Ryun so that the latter can help him escape said organization. Viole announces that he wishes to fight Reflejo's FUG Team to save the hostages despite this being his chance to escape. The group objects to his wish, but Koon is glad to see that Baam's characteristic where his opinion never changes hasn't left him, and decides to go along with it.

Koon asks Lero-Ro how much time they have to perform the rescue, which Lero-Ro answers that there's only a window of 30 minutes before the FUG Rankers retake control of this situation to block off their escape. Despite it being a very narrow window, Koon gives the order that Quaetro and Leesoo will go for Novick, Akraptor and Yihwa will go for Horyang, and the reunited team of himself, Viole, and Rak, will face Reflejo to save Hwa Ryun. Leesoo continues to object claiming that the window is too small for just them. However, it's at this point that they're greeted by the person that Vespa was able to summon into the tournament since Team Leesoo was never officially eliminated due to the tournament malfunction.

Switching over to the northern side of the tournament island, the FUG Team stands ready for the arrival of Viole and his allies. Ron Mei and Varagarv are suddenly greeted by the Bong Bong fairy dropping off Hatsu, and an enraged Androssi who's irritated that her summon took so long, before them. Meanwhile, the Viole, Koon and Rak team enter the Thorn's mountain to face Reflejo. Knowing that Emile helped him get Baam back, Koon worries that Emile could prove to be a dangerous weapon if it's used to deceive people, but lets it go to deal with the current problem. The three of them enter the former Thorn room, and see a beaten Hwa Ryun lying unconscious.

Lero-Ro gets the word to his two colleagues to remain on standby for the 30 minute time limit. Quant waits on the escape vehicle after clearing out its Workshop guards, and having the eliminated Regulars (Anak, Ran, and Miseng) already on board. The green masked colleague remains in the tournament's waiting room with the remaining Regulars (Goseng, Prince, Verdi, Blarode, and Dan) that are not in the tournament ready to be summoned to the escape vehicle.

She beg's Lero-Ro once more to take Beta along so that he, as well as Viole, Horyang, and Cassano, can experience happiness, which Lero-Ro decides to do so. At this point, Beta wakes up from being unconscious, and thinks back to how Cassano had set him up with the help of Emile to fight against Viole, and wonders what it is that the Devil of the Right Arm is planning.

Androssi and Hatsu stand off against Ron Mei and Varagarv as the former threatens them for stalling her date with Viole. In return, Ron taunts her that she will get in trouble with the Zahard Empire like Anak's mother being in love despite her Zahard Princess status, which provokes Androssi into attacking her. However, Varagarv easily deflects Androssi's strike using his Blood Tamara item reward to damage Androssi's leg. The Zahard Princess realizes that she has a tough fight on her hand.

Back to the mountain's Thorn room, Reflejo greets Viole's group, and informs them that he left Hwa Ryun just barely alive. Shadows begin to envelop Reflejo as he announces to the FUG Slayer that the final match of the Workshop Battle between them will now begin. The Viole, Koon and Rak team feel that something is off about Reflejo as the masked Regular shows off a giant scythe weapon swarming in shadow shinsoo.

Returning to Androssi's fight after Varagarv had blocked her kick, she retreats back to Hatsu before Ron could cature her with a lighthouse field. Seeing the injured Androssi, Ron taunts her that thanks to Varagarv's phantom wolves, as well as being given the Blood Tamara item, Varagarv is now the most powerful Regular here. Annoyed that her date with Baam is getting stalled, Androssi becomes irritated if Ron thinks Varagarv is now a challenge for her.

Meanwhile, Akraptor, Yihwa and Quaetro search around for the hostages, Horyang and Novick, but are unable to locate them. Vespa informs Leesoo that she couldn't find anything scouting around the area, which leaves Leesoo worried since there's only 20 minutes left, and stumped as to where Horyang and Novick were stashed away at.

Swinging his shadow scythe, Reflejo shows off his strength to Viole's group, which Koon admits that it's power is beyond that of an E-rank Regular. Reflejo explains that he's inherited a piece of FUG Ranker Poken's shadow, and using the power from the shadow allows for him to gain a temporary power-up to be as strong as a B-rank Regular. He offers Viole one last chance to give up, and will even hand of the hostages if the FUG Slayer does so, but Viole refuses since Reflejo words is something he no longer trusts.

With negotiations over, Reflejo squares off against the Viole, Koon, and Rak team. Rak struggles to get his new Mad Shocker weapon working, but Koon manages to immobilize Reflejo for a brief moment for Viole to move in, and rescue Hwa Ryun.

Back at the Archimedes, FUG Team's messenger to Madoraco turns out to be Cassano, who informs the FUG Ranker of Reflejo's plan to fight Viole's group in the final match of the Workshop Battle. In return for the information, Madoraco hands over the item that he was originally going to give to Workshop over to Cassano instead. The Devil of the Right Arm departs with the item as Madoraco prepares once more to drop the Archimedes solution down on the island to kill Viole.

Elsewhere aboard the Archimedes, Traveller makes his way through a vent to evade the Workshop guards, as he continues to make his way towards Emile in order to get answers as to why she lured him and the other intruders to her. He makes it to the entrance of the room Emile is in, but sees that Cassano has arrived to see Emile as well.

Returning to the Thorn's mountain, Viole fights against the shadow-using Reflejo, but is forced on the defensive due to Reflejo taking advantage of Viole's desire to save everyone weakness; constantly using Hwa Ryun as his shield to keep Viole from truly attacking him. Watching the battle between Viole and Reflejo unfold, Koon deduces that there's an opening regarding Reflejo's usage of Hwa Ryun as his meat-shield, and calls out to Rak that he's got a plan.

Back to the Archimedes' Acorn Workshop, Traveller greets Cassano at the door to Emile's facility. Cassano uses a red solution key to open up Emile's door, and informs Traveller that as a reward for making it this far, the intruder should see the truth about what happened to Emile, and that the Devil of the Right Arm is planning to take her away from here. Traveller looks into Emile's room, and sees nothing but a giant water tank with Emile's name written on it.

Cassano explains to the confused Traveller that Workshop was actually doing two experiments: turning people into Living Ignition Weapons, and dissolving people that were turned into Living Ignition Weapons. The water tank they see before them is Emile having been the first successful person to be dissolved, and that despite Workshop deciding that she was no longer needed now that the experiment is a success, she was saved by Sophia to remain in this water tube within Workshop.

Eventually, Io and Punk took notice of what the dissolved Emile was capable of, and befriended Sophia to move Emile to the Archimedes so that they can take advantage of her abilities. They created the Emile chatting bot through the Archimedes control system, but needed funding to provide the terminals to the Regulars. As a result, Io and Punk relied on FUG Ranker Madoraco's businessman skills to acquire the funds needed to get Emile's chatting bot fully functional. Once the Workshop Battle was over, they planned to move Emile to another location in secret.

Traveller finds Cassano's explanation hard to believe given that Emile begged him and the intruders to come save her, which Cassano informs him of the bad news that it was all a lie. Traveller is left frustrated wondering why Workshop would do something so cruel to a person, Cassano asks if Traveller wants to depart with him since he now has Emile in his possession. Traveller asks where they're headed, which the Devil of the Right Arm answers that a girl he knows that has the potential to change the Tower is finally here.

A flashback occurs where Cassano holds Horyang hostage trying to convince Ilmar to come with him to a new team he's joined that's planning to change the filthy world of the Tower. Horyang refuses since he now has companions, and a girl he likes, within said Tower, which causes Cassano to attack him as his way of saying good-bye. In the present, Xia Xia is seen watching over the unconscious Horyang.

Returning to the Reflejo fight, Koon and Rak get ready to enter the battle following the former's plan. Reflejo remains standing by with Hwa Ryun as his hostage while Viole remains unconscious after being hit by the last shadow Bang attack. The masked Regular looks up at he mountain hole believing that the Archimedes solution will pour in soon, and is happy to know that his most desired wish for FUG to get their weapon is about to come true. It's at this point that Koon and Rak attack Reflejo.

Rak throws the Mad Shock to bait Reflejo to defend his front, but is caught off-guard when Koon teleports the Mad Shocker with his lighthouse field to hit Reflejo from behind. Koon uses the opening to get in close to try to stab Reflejo, but like usual, the masked Regular moves Hwa Ryun into the path to take the stab. In return, Koon taunts the masked Regular that he expected Reflejo was going to pull this. Meanwhile, Viole continues to lie on the ground unconscious, but his Thorn finally begins to unravel.

Seeing Koon stab Hwa Ryun, Reflejo asks if he chose to give up the hostage to change the flow of battle, but is shocked to see Hwa Ryun get sucked into the knife. Koon reveals the knife to be the White Heavenly Mirror he won from the One Shot, One Opportunity game, and used one of the knife's three abilities to seal Hwa Ryun into the knife to protect her from Reflejo. Claiming that he doesn't need to rely on a hostage to kill them, an enraged Reflejo sends his shadow Bangs at Koon to finish him off, but has his attack intercepted by powerful shinsoo Bangs from a now conscious Viole who now seems more powerful than before.

At Horyang's location, Xia stuggles to decide on who to side with since she wants to continue helping Viole, but also needs to help FUG since they promised to pay her a lot of money. She begins to hear the voices of Leesoo's rescue group getting closer, and is running out of time to choose a side.

Back to the Mad Dog fight, Hatsu figures he and Androssi need to change up their battle plan, and pulls out the metal rod he's been using as a sword. Androssi finds this to be a joke, but Hatsu informs her not to underestimate on what he can accomplish with a piece of metal, and states that he's serious about defeating FUG due to what they did to Baam. Androssi thinks back to the moment after she escaped the FUG Dormitory where Rak told her everything that happened to Baam becoming FUG's Slayer Candidate, and admits that the sight of Ron Mei pisses her off seeing another blonde traitor (referring to Rachel).

Androssi charges forward against Ron and Varagarv while Hatsu follows after her as support. Hatsu manages to fight through Varagarv's phantom wolves to distract the Mad Dog long enough for Androssi to teleport Varagarv away with her using the Bong Bong fairy. Androssi and Varagarv are teleported to a location high above the Workshop Battle island where she threatens to kick Varagarv downward to crash into the island to see if his invincibility will allow him to survive the fall.

Aboard the Archimedes, the Workshop guards regain control having captured the remaining intruders that have escaped. Io and Punk are excited at the thought that they can resume the tournament in order to get their hands on Emile. However, their attention, as well as Madoraco's, are brought to the sight of Androssi up in the sky kicking Varagarv down to the island.

Returning to the Reflejo battle, Reflejo thinks about how Poken gave him a piece of his shadow because he deserved it, and prepares for battle to test to see if Viole is deserving of the Thorn. The two engage in close-combat, but to Reflejo's surprise, Viole manages to immobilize him despite being a user of shadow that has no shinsoo flow to control. Watching Reflejo get knocked back, Koon deduces that the god-like power of the Thorn is allowing Viole to do the impossible as Reflejo realizes that the Thorn has indeed chosen Viole as its user.

Viole could tell that using the Thorn is draining his stamina greatly, and states to Reflejo that they should finish this quickly. Reflejo thinks back to making FUG's long-awaited dream a reality, and refuses to accept Viole as the organization's god despite being chosen as the Thorn's user. Viole agrees that he's no god, and is just FUG's illusion to cover their own weakness as he charges toward Reflejo. Koon and Rak provide back-up using the teleporting Mad Shocker combo once more to get Reflejo off-balance as Viole lands a major blow against Reflejo that finally knocks off his metal mask; claiming that he's done playing as FUG's god.

Meanwhile, at that exact moment, Androssi smashes the falling Varagarv against the island; ready for her date with Baam. However, Varagarv survives the crater impact much to Androssi's disappointment. Witnessing Androssi, the audience, as well as Io and Punk, begin to realize that something is amiss seeing the Workshop Battle continuing despite the postponement. Madoraco wonders if Androssi appearing means that Reflejo failed, and decides that it's time to begin the operation. A FUG Ranker wearing purple clothes working for Madoraco appears at the end of the Archimedes ready to drop the solution down onto the island.

Within the Thorn's mountain, Viole is left really exhausted after hitting Reflejo with his Thorn powered shinsoo blast. Now without his mask, an exhausted Reflejo shows off his true face towards Viole and company, and admits to finding it hilarious that god allowed such an undeserving person to have the Thorn. He states that he will be sure to correct god's mistake as Reflejo thinks back to a tragedy in his past where Reflejo's tribe was killed, and his eyes were cut out, for looking upon the beautiful Zahard Princess, Yulia, who he doesn't believe deserved to be given such beauty and Zahard Princess status.

Reflejo informs Viole, Koon, and Rak that the solution will now be poured into their room, and kill everyone in the process. He also claims that he's fine with dying if it means that FUG's dream will become reality as the purple clothed FUG Ranker begins to pour the Archimedes solution down upon the Thorn's mountain.

Hatsu arrives at Androssi and Varagarv's crater location with Ron Mei now as his hostage. Despite claims that it's against his character, Hatsu informs them that all he's doing is evening out the playing field given that the Mad Dog had taken hostages themselves. Pointing out that Varagarv injured his right foot absorbing the fall from the sky, Hatsu asks for the Mad Dog team to surrender since it's now obvious that Androssi and him are the real winners. Ron agrees to surrender, but warns them that Viole is about to be killed by the Archimedes solution, which causes Androssi and Hatsu to race off to the Thorn's mountain.

Back to the Thorn's mountain, the entrance into the room collapses as Reflejo reveals that his plan was to trap everyone here since he was prepared to die since the very beginning. Koon quickly calls Leesoo to ask how things are going on his side, but is informed that they're still looking for the hostages, and have lost contact with Androssi, who could have used the Bong Bong fairy to get them out. At that point, Leesoo's group is greeted by Xia, who's chosen to side with Viole, and shows his teammates the location of the other hostages.

Moments later, Leesoo informs Koon that they found the location of Horyang and Novick, and have regained contact with Androssi and Hatsu, who are getting closer to the Thorn's mountain. However, Androssi can't use the Bong Bong fairy due to exhausting its use against Varagarv and Ron. The solution begins to pour into the Thorn room as Androssi yells out that she doesn't plan to lose Baam this time around.

Meanwhile, Lero-Ro and Quant continue to wait out the 30 minute time limit at their escape vehicle with the newly arrived Sophia and Beta, as well as the eliminated Regulars: Anak, Ran, Miseng, and Parakewl. With only five minutes remaining for Viole's rescue operation, they notice the Archimedes beginning FUG's operation of pouring the solution down onto the island. Lero-Ro spots the purple-clothed FUG Ranker being the one pouring the solution, and finds it unbelievable that FUG is overstepping the boundaries by interfering with the E-rank Workshop Battle. He gives the order to Quant, as well as Hachuling aboard the Archimedes, that they're moving up the escape plan to rescue the E-rank Regulars from FUG. Meanwhile, inside the Thorn's mountain, the solution begins to destroy the room that Viole, Koon, Rak, and Reflejo are in.

Aboard the Archimedes, Io and Punk confront FUG Ranker Madoraco about the stunt he's pulling pouring the solution down while everyone is still watching the Workshop Battle. They also threaten to axe their deal since this stunt is also putting Io and Punk in danger, but Madoraco informs them that he was planning to axe the deal anyway since he decided to make the deal with Cassano rather than Io and Punk by handing the compressed flash item needed to get into Emile's facility over to the former. The FUG businessman reveals that Cassano has already escaped the Archimedes with Emile at hand, which enrages Io and Punk to the point of attacking the FUG Ranker. Madoraco however, isn't threatened since Io and Punk went to such great lengths to keep their plan a secret from everyone in the Tower, and attacks the hosts in return since no one is around to protect them.

While Lero-Ro holds off the purple-clothed FUG Ranker, Koon asks how things are going on Leesoo's side, which is answered that they just found Novick and Horyang thanks to FUG Team's Xia telling them the locations. Koon gives the order Leesoo's group to head for Lero-Ro's escape vehicle now that their side's job is complete. Meanwhile, Koon, Baam, and Rak will wait for Androssi since their only chance of escaping the Thorn room they're trapped in is with her Bong Bong fairy's teleportation ability.

Meanwhile, Androssi and Hatsu reach the caved in entrance of the mountain room Baam and company are trapped in, but is annoyed that Bong Bong isn't working to get to the other side. Deducing that the Bong Bong fairy needs energy to reactivate, she notices the battery backpack left over from Hatsu's Workshop guard disguise, and realizes that she has a means to power the Bong Bong back up.

Within the mountain, the Thorn room is calm for the moment due to the solution no longer being poured. Viole asks if Reflejo is fine with all of them dying working as a minion for someone else (Poken), but Reflejo answers that he is, and it's because Viole doesn't understand what it means to give hope to others through death. Reflejo states to Viole that he hates god for giving the new Slayer Candidate power that he wishes he himself had to change the Tower, as well as his own petty life, and uses the last of his shadow shinsoo to destroy the platform they're all currently standing on.

Baam, Koon, Rak, and Reflejo all begin to fall towards the pool of Archimedes solution below them. Reflejo thinks about Princess Yulia one last time, and is glad that he will finally forget about her in death, as well as perform his last wish to provide FUG their great Irregular weapon. However, Reflejo's forced to watch Androssi and Hatsu teleport into the room with the Bong Bong fairy, and watches them teleport out with Viole, Koon, and Rak; leaving Reflejo alone in the room falling towards the Archimedes solution, which presumably kills him.

Back to the Archimedes, Madoraco is shown to have easily defeated Io and Punk. However, he's greeted by the man-in-while that has been watching over the Workshop Battle this entire time. In return, Madoraco finds it unbelievable who he's looking upon.

Outside the Thorn's mountain, the remaining members of the Mad Dog team, Varagarv and Ron, make their escape from the Workshop Battle. Ron looks back at the battle going on at the mountain, and claims that the two of them will return to one day take the Slayer Candidate role away from Viole.

Elsewhere, Androssi drops Viole and company out of the Bong Bong fairy outside the Thorn's mountain while Leesoo's group reunite with them all being carried by Vespa. The two sides are glad to see one another, but are greeted by Quant driving the escape vehicle, who informs them all that they need to escape as soon as possible. Viole and company make their way to the escape vehicle, but are greeted by one of Madoraco's FUG Rankers looking to take the Thorn back.

Lero-Ro is currently preoccupied dealing with the purple-clothed FUG Ranker in the sky, which forces Quant to step in to fight the newly arrived FUG Ranker. However, before they could engage in a fight, Madoraco gives the order for the FUG Rankers to retreat. Madoraco warns the FUG Rankers that any foolish moves at the moment could cost them everything due to the sudden appearance of the man-in-white who's powerful enough to destroy them. The two FUG Rankers retreat away from the Workshop Battle as Quant stops by Lero-Ro's location with the escape vehicle to pick him up.

Back to the Archimedes, Madoraco and the man-in-white engage in conversation about knowing one another. Figuring that the man-in-white's been watching this entire time, Madoraco wonders if the former had planned this whole thing for Viole to end up with the Thorn. The man-in-white, despite giving off a smile, denies it that he's just here as a substituion for the Great Teacher that's supposed to watch over the Workshop Battle. The man-in-white then states that it's about time to announce the winners of said Workshop Battle, which is announced to be Koon and Wangnan's Team Tangsooyook.

Aboard the escape vehicle, Ranker Hachuling teleports in the remaining E-rank Regulars left at the waiting room to the escape vehicle as all of Viole's companions are now completely reunited, and ready to leave the Workshop Battle. Later at a resort, they spend the next hours partying now that the Workshop Battle is done with while Viole rests with his original teammates, Koon and Rak. Wangnan is also seen resting recovering from his injury.

Later that night, the man-in-white speaks with the person over the radio about how this Tower shapes people, as well as the major blow FUG took losing the Thorn, and losing their good relationship with Workshop. The man on the radio then asks the man-in-white who the real Zahard Prince is that's supposed to take the Tower's final test. However, the man-in-white, revealed to be one of the ten Great Family heads, Po Bidau Gustang, states to the man on the radio that he's being too impatient to get the answer, and that they should wait and see since Viole and company's adventure up the Tower has only just begun.

Turning his attention back to Beta, Viole stands ready to fight Beta. Sophia is surprised to see that Viole has managed to make it here while Koon looks to his lighthouses, which have been badly damaged. Koon realizes that the damage was done holding off Beta's Phobos attack to keep the Pond of Calling in one piece long enough to get Viole here, and deduces that they won't be able to hold out for much longer. Meanwhile, Laure has fallen asleep once more.

The two engage in close-combat as Beta taunts the FUG Slayer that weak attacks are not going to work on him. Knocking Viole back, Beta taunts Viole once more that the FUG Slayer isn't functioning as good as he was expecting. Yihwa provides Yihwa some support with her fire-shinsoo, but Beta easily backs out of the way as Koon is seen dropping into the room from his lighthouse.

Looking at Beta, Koon orders for Beta to leave now that the Growth Tournament has come to a close, and states that he's getting irritated and angry that Beta's foolish antics are turning his reunion with Baam into a mess. Beta gives off a laugh, and taunts Viole again that this has turned out good for the FUG Slayer since his friends are still trying to protect him despite his mere existence putting them all in danger. Beta states that unlike Viole, he lost everything because of the FUG Slayer, which grabs Viole's attention.

Back to the present, Beta continues to say kill over and over as he tells Viole that he killed everyone as the only survivor of that experiment. However, he soon learned afterwards that his body is unable to hold itself up without the medicine provided by Workshop, and had come to the conclusion that everything was a lie just so the experiment could be performed. He yells to Viole that Workshop was never going to allow him to have friends or freedom, and yet he's standing before a FUG Slayer who wants everything despite all the atrocities people did to allow for the FUG Slayer to get this far. Calling out both Dionysos and Phobos ignitions at once, Beta orders for Viole to cut the crap. Viole charges forward, and asks for Koon to take care of Yihwa, which Koon agrees to do.

Beta powers up his Phobos shinsoo blasts, and fires them upon Viole; claiming that he will kill all of them. Koon manages to shield Yihwa and himself with his lighthouse field while Viole continues to charge forward. Having seen the success Laure had against the Dionysos leg, Viole utilizes a shinsoo control style done by Ranker Yu Han Sung to create a technique of his own, the Straight-Line Long Pierce. Using four Bangs, Viole uses the four at once to create one large piercing attack that stabs into the Phobos ignition. Beta then attempts to use his Dionysos ignition to stomp on Viole, but realizes that the leg has been blocked by Koon's lighthouse field. Koon orders for Beta to move his Dionysos feet away, which annoys Beta greatly.

The FUG Slayer asks why Beta is being contradictory since he's attacking Viole's friends despite them having nothing to do with the Living Ignition Weapon experiments. He claims that Beta is nothing but a twisted person as the Thorn unwraps even more to help power up Viole's next attack. With his hand still against Beta's chest, Viole performs the Wave Explosion technique that sends a blast of shinsoo through Beta's chest, and out his back. After taking the Wave Explosion, Beta falls to his knees, and begins to cough up blood. Looking down at Beta, Viole claims that Beta doesn't hate him out of revenge. He just desperately needed someone to hate.

Koon and Yihwa look upon the aftermath of the destruction left by Viole's Wave Explosion as the former wonders if it's now over. Wiping off the blood from his mouth, Beta questions what Viole is referring to by him just needing something to hate, and orders the FUG Slayer to stop being arrogant, which grabs Viole's attention. Powering up Phobos once more, Beta stands up, and yells at Viole to stop acting like he's nothing in comparison to the FUG Slayer. Sophia yells for Beta to stop as Beta claims that he will now kill the completed one. However, his effort is stopped as he sees Viole being protected by Koon's lighthouse barrier while Yihwa stands ready to support the FUG Slayer with her fire-shinsoo.

Viole prepares to fire a shinsoo Bang once more begging for Beta to stop as the latter charges forward. However, Viole performs the immobilization Bang that stops Beta in his tracks inches from hitting the FUG Slayer. Looking upon Viole, Beta realizes that the FUG Slayer used the power of the Thorn to give his immobilization Bang enough strength to stop him. Beta looks down in frustration, and admits in his head that once Viole has gained complete ignition control of the Thorn, he will be completely out of Beta's league even if Beta was fighting in perfect condition. Beta gives off a weak laugh, and offers Viole his congratulations that he now has everything he ever wanted. He points out that he has the strength, freedom, his friends, and even a girl, and yells out how everything turned out for the best for him. Coughing up blood, Beta once more offers his congratulations sarcastically; punching Viole with a simple punch, and calling him an asshole.

Viole explains that there was a time he was trapped in the darkness outside the Tower ever since he was born, and the only reason he's here now is because he followed the only light (Rachel) that led him into the inner Tower. Pointing Beta towards Koon and Yihwa, Viole continues to explain that these are people who he met within the Tower, and has shared many memories with them. Viole states that they are the most precious things in his life, because this is the first time he's ever had such experiences with such people. Viole claims that they are his, because he's been trying hard this entire time to protect them, which enrages Beta. However Sophia calls out to Beta once more.

Looking in Sophia's direction, Beta hears her begging him to stop all this since it's not Viole that turned him into this monster, which confuses Beta. The answer leaves Beta even more confused, which Sophia explains that the experiments done to Beta began after the experiments related to Viole's Living Ignition Weapon experiments had already ended. She reveals to Beta that they used the remaining data from said experiments to perform a new experiment of turning a common human into a complete Living Ignition Weapon. Basically, the experiments related to Viole, and the ones performed on Beta, were two entirely different scenarios. The revelation leaves Beta unable to say anything as Sophia begs him to stop this since what Beta should be hating is not the Slayer Candidate. Beta thinks over what's currently going on, and thinks back to how Emile had told him that his experiments were all for the sake of Viole's completion.

The thought stuns Beta in disbelief wondering if Emile had lied to him in order to be used for her own benefit. Beta begins to cough up more blood as Viole is left worried about him calling out his name. Sophia walks forward knowing that Beta needs a Workshop injection to bring his health back up. However, with a guard pointing a gun at her back, it's at this point that Sophia is ordered not to move by her Workshop guards, which leaves her confused.

Seeing Beta continue to cough up blood with the Workshop guards all around him ready to kill him off, Koon is left even more irritated that he's run into so many interferences during a reunion with an old friend. He wonders to himself why the Workshop guards are even here when the Growth Tournament is already over, and finds it suspicious that they all just stood by, and watched Viole and Beta battle it out.

Despite not liking the person known as Beta, Koon admits to himself that he doesn't like how this is all playing out the way Workshop wants it. The Workshop guards prepare to fire the killing blow on Beta with their rifles as Viole begs them to stop. However, the two guards that have secured Beta are both hit by a Bang of fire-shinsoo, and a beam of shinsoo. They all look in the direction that the two attacks came from, and see that Quaetro and Akraptor have arrived at what's left of the Item Store. Quaetro powers up another fire Bang asking if he can shoot them some more as Viole realizes that he's seeing another old teammate from Team Tangsooyook. The rest of their group also arrives with Rak, Leesoo, and Hatsu, all arriving at the Item Store, and knocking away the remaining Workshop guards.

Seeing Leesoo's team here, a confused Koon asks how they're still here despite giving up the Growth Tournament, which Leesoo explains that there seems to have been a system issue that resulted in them not being considered eliminated. And as a result, Io and Punk were left in a state of panic, and raced off to the Archimedes to find out what's going on. The guard that has Sophia secured prepares to fire at Sophia, but the former is then shot by another guard to protect her. The guard that protected Sophia then begins to speak; announcing to everyone that he wanted to stay out of the current fighting, and is probably going to get fired for this.

The guard states that he was going to leave anyway despite the firing being a sure thing at this point as Viole and Koon remain standing by in shock being able to recognize the voice coming from the guard. Taking off the helmet, Lero-Ro reveals himself to the rest of his former 2nd Floor students, which leaves Viole wondering what he's doing here. Seeing everyone's confusion as to why he's here, Lero-Ro explains that he's obviously here to help his Regular students.

Elsewhere, Ron Mei sits alongside Varagarv, and gives off a sigh in defeat that they failed to keep Viole from escaping. She also informs Varagarv that something seems to be going on aboard the Archimedes, and asks Mad Dog if it was better for her to give up earlier due to how bad things have turned out for them at this point. At this point, she gets a call on her Pocket from Reflejo ordering them to prepare for battle. Ron remains confused by the order, which Reflejo explains that he's caught some bait.

The story now flashes back to four years ago when Koon and Leesoo have led their team established on the 2nd Floor all the way up to the 25th Floor of the Tower. On the 25th Floor, Leesoo is seen running up to Koon, and asks if the latter is truly planning to depart from the team after all they've been through together.

Koon calls out Leesoo for coming after him, and asks how he plans to inform the rest of the team if they all found out about Koon trying to depart. However, Leesoo questions why Koon would leave like this without even providing a good-bye to the rest of he team. Koon answers that it's because he's already made up his mide to leave the team, and he asks for Leesoo to tell Rak about this later since it will surely piss him off once he hears that Koon has departed with Rachel. Leesoo is left complaining that Koon should do it himself given Rak's tough personality.

Giving up trying to convince Koon, Leesoo gives off a sigh, and asks how all of this happened. He asks Koon what would have happened to everyone had Rachel not betrayed them, and if Baam was still alive with the team, which Koon slowly answers that he doesn't know that answer himself. Koon answers that this all just feels like a dream at the moment, and hopes to get the feeling one day of finally waking up from that dream. He hopes to one day breath a sigh of relief that this was thankfully all just a dream, and return to the true reality.

Returning to the present, Rak is seen given Viole a hug; happy that the black turtle is back. Rak then gives off a laugh that the three of them have finally reunited as Viole and Koon smile down upon Rak. Hatsu and Leesoo look upon the three they consider to be the super team (Baam, Koon and Rak) as the latter states that they should probably be start to feel nervous about what those three could accomplish from here on out.

Everyone continues to hear Rak excited over the reunion as Akraptor walks up to Yihwa, and asks why she appears to be in a daze. Looking at Viole with a happy look on his face, Yihwa answers that it's because she never knew the FUG Slayer could give off a smile like that.

Looking at Viole himself, Akraptor asks why Yihwa is confused by this given that it's nice for Viole to be happy, which Yihwa answers that him being happy is the problem. Quaetro asks if Viole being happy is making her jealous, but before Yihwa could complain back, Viole walks up to them happy to see Akraptor again. Akraptor offers his congratulations for making it this far as FUG's Slayer Candidate despite being put through some tough times by them in order to finally return to his friends. However, Viole states that it's all thanks to his friends that he was able to return.

Yihwa is seen blushing at the sight of Viole as Akraptor points out that they don't deserve a lot of credit for Viole making it back. Akraptor then asks about Horyang, which Viole answers that he's still on the northern end of the island fighting against the FUG Team. Viole apologizes for not being able to bring him along, but Akraptor reassures the FUG Slayer that it's Horyang they're talking about. The devil Regular will surely find a way to make it back as well.

Rak and Yihwa are seen talking in the background about possibly getting a new spear for the latter given that they're at the Item Store despite it being damaged as Leesoo walks up to Koon. Leesoo asks why Koon is still looking a bit troubled despite having won the Growth Tournament, and even successfully returned Baam to the group. Koon answers that it's because their real problems begin now since they turned the Workshop Battle on their main enemy, FUG. He points out that there's still FUG Rankers waiting for them aboard the Archimedes even if they somehow managed to defeat the Regulars of the E-rank FUG Team to officially win the Workshop Battle.

Due to the mentioned FUG Rankers, Koon gives Leesoo the bad news that there's no means for them to escape after the Workshop Battle, which Leesoo sadly admits to be the case. Leesoo asks why the tournament has gone haywire due to the hosts, Io and Punk, quickly heading back to the Archimedes, which Lero-Ro answers him that it's because the Workshop Battle has been postponed for the time being.

Koon and Leesoo are surprised to see the former 2nd Floor Test Administrator before them, which Lero-Ro answers that he was off cleaning up the remaining Workshop guards that were sent to the Item Store. They ask what Lero-Ro means about the Workshop Battle being postponed, which the Ranker answers that the people within the upper levels of Workshop have encountered a problem. Meanwhile, the panicking Io and Punk are seen trying to make sense of the current situation.

Io remains shocked hearing that Emile's hanger has been broken into, which Punk answers that they were caught off-guard by some jerk that was pretending to be a Workshop guard. Knowing that it will become a huge scandal if the Archimedes intruders, which includes Traveller, reach Emile, the two hosts claim that they need to get control of this problem before the audience begins to notice that something is up. They decide to postpone the Workshop Battle for now, but are left disappointed that they're going to have to wait on the final match. Nearby, the businessman Ranker, Madoraco, hears Io and Punk's announcement of the Workshop Battle's final match being postponed, which leaves Madoraco annoyed knowing that there are rats aboard the Archimedes trying to stall the tournament.

Lero-Ro explains that the man at the waiting room is there in order to tweak the summoning system so that Koon and Leesoo's teams can summon the rest of their teammates into the Workshop Battle. He then informs them all that they will then be brought to the floating ship that allowed for Lero-Ro and his partner to get here in the first place. Lero-Ro adds that they also managed to already grab the teammates that were already eliminated from the Workshop Battle, which causes Koon to begin to realize what Lero-Ro is getting at. Lero-Ro answers that what Koon is thinking is correct. They are going to escape from here before the final match of the Workshop Battle begins.

Meanwhile, at the northern end of the island, Mad Dog stands near an unconscious Novick as Horyang is seen unconscious at another location. With Hwa Ryun at his hostage nearby, Reflejo gives the order to his team to inform Jyu Viole Grace that they will now begin the final match of the Workshop Battle.

Said announcement leaves Madoraco thinking to himself in frustration that his plan's been set back. Seeing Lero-Ro's ship parked in the tournament, Madoraco admits to himself that he messed up not realizing that an escape attempt was possible while the tournament is going on. The businessman Ranker deduces that while it will cause some damage to their side, they should start making a move of their own. At this point, one of Madoraco's bodyguards enters the businessman's office to inform him that a messenger from the arena has arrived to meet with him. Madoraco looks back at the person wanting to see him, and realizes that it's Cassano.

Returning to the Item Store, Rak and Yihwa are seen in the background purchasing a Mad Shocker item while the rest of the group are left amazed to hear of Lero-Ro's escape plan to get out of the Workshop Battle before the start of the final match. Lero-Ro replies that this is indeed an opportunity for all of them to escape together now that there's no longer any reason to be here with Viole summoned to their side. He states that escape is necessary before the FUG Rankers stationed aboard the Archimedes begin their next move.

Koon points out how even if they manage to escape, the FUG Rankers will surely catch up to them after a brief chase. He asks where they could possibly run away to, which Lero-Ro answers that there's actually a ship run by Wolhaiksong standing by waiting for them outside the Workshop Battle. The Regulars are left worried wondering if they can group up with a faction as dangerous as Wolhaiksong, which Lero-Ro points out that Viole has actually already met one of their higher members, Urek Mazino. Viole admits that to be the case, which shocks both Koon and Leesoo.

Lero-Ro explains to the Regulars that Urek Mazino currently has the highest rank amongst all Rankers. A man who has the strength of an entire Great Family. He's also the founder of Wolhaiksong. Lero-Ro then reminds the group that similar to Baam, he's an Irregular, and that their meeting during the 21st Floor test has led to him gaining in interest in Viole. He points out to Viole that the real reason he's here at the Workshop Battle is because Urek wants to meet with Viole again, which shocks Baam. Before Viole could remind the group that there's still others trapped on the other side of the island with the FUG Team, he gets a call on his Pocket from Yuto. Viole asks Hwa Ryun over the Pocket if she managed to escape, but is greeted by Reflejo's voice pointing out how surprised he was to find out that the FUG Slayer managed to escape the Thorn's mountain back to his friends.

Viole quickly realizes who he's speaking to as Reflejo points out that it was foolish of the FUG Slayer to rush out leaving his rescue group behind. A bloodied, and beaten, Hwa Ryun is seen behind Reflejo as he taunts Viole that he gave her a courtesy lesson. Viole yells through the pocket what he did to Hwa Ryun, which catches Koon and Leesoo's attention hearing Hwa Ryun's name mentioned again given that she was also with them on the 2nd Floor.

The call from Hwa Ryun's Pocket cuts off as Koon is left confused about why she was her in the tournament to begin with. Viole explains how she had swapped places with FUG teammate Yuto during the Workshop Battle, which shocks everyone. Leesoo is left amazed hearing for the first time that Hwa Ryun was a part of FUG this whole time while Koon thinks to himself that that was a revelation he had already known for awhile.

Watching Viole explain Hwa Ryun's hostage situation to the rest of the group, Koon puts together that since Yuto and Hwa Ryun were the same person during the Workshop Battle, it was Hwa Ryun that had been providing him the information about Baam's rescue operation over the Emile terminal. He deduces that what happened to Hwa Ryun is no longer an issue they have to deal with here, but knows that this is something that Baam won't be able to ignore. Just as he guessed, Viole announces to the group that he will face Reflejo's FUG Team to rescue his three saviors.

Leesoo objects stating that this is obviously set up to be a trap, which Lero-Ro agrees with despite understanding how Baam feels currently. He points out that it's too much of a risk to complete the Workshop Battle against the FUG Team when there's still the chance to escape using his floating ship. However, Viole states that he has to go since this is a problem that only surrounds him. Viole informs the group that Reflejo plans to kill his three rescuers if he doesn't go, which is countered by the group that he may not make it back this time. The FUG Slayer states that he will go no matter what the danger is, which causes Koon to give off a sigh in defeat knowing that Baam's the type of person who never changes his opinion.

Koon thinks to himself that he's quite thankful knowing that Baam hasn't changed one bit, and gives the order that the reunited team of he, Baam, and Rak will be the ones that go to rescue Hwa Ryun within the Thorn's mountain. The other two, Horyang and Novick, will be rescued by the rest of the group. Leesoo tries to object to the order, but Koon ignores it, and asks Lero-Ro how much of a window they have to perform the rescue. Lero-Ro answers that it would be a 30 minute window at most, but staying in the Workshop Battle any longer will put them all in danger once the FUG Rankers finally make it here.

Koon thinks about the 30 minute time limit, and deduces that it might be a narrow enough window to pull it off. However, Leesoo objects since it will take most of the time just arriving to the FUG Team's location, and then getting back to Lero-Ro's escape vehicle. Despite Leesoo's comment, Koon gives the order that Quaetro and Leesoo will go for the Novick rescue while Akraptor and Yihwa will go for their Tangsooyook teammate, Horyang. He then reminds the group of what he said earlier that he, Baam and Rak will be the ones who take on Reflejo, who's holding Hwa Ryun hostage. Koon then asks for Lero-Ro to choose to escape the Workshop Battle if they don't make it within 30 minutes so that, at the very least, those that were eliminated already could escape. With his orders given, Koon states that this feels like the right thing to do playing the Workshop Battle out against the FUG Team rather than escape without the hostages.

However, Leesoo complains once more that this will never get done in time within the 30 minute window. Viole tries to offer to go alone, but Koon orders him to shut up about thinking like that after finally being able to reunite after all this time. Koon thinks over the current situation, and deduces that it will definitely be possible. Since the tournament malfunctioned to keep Leesoo's team in the Workshop Battle, it may be possible that Vespa was able to finish the summon. Koon thinks over how the reply he got from Emile told him that she must be arriving soon. A voice is then heard arriving at the Item Store as everyone turns their attention to the entrance. The voice complains that they should have summoned her earlier now that everything is over as Koon confirms that their powerful ally to fight against the FUG Team is now here.

Switching over to Team FUG, Ron Mei is seen standing alongside her teammate, Varagarv. She looks out onto the battlefield, and asks Reflejo if Viole's team is truly going to take the bait. Reflejo answers that Viole will definitely arrive considering that he knows of Viole's past as someone who took the role of FUG's Slayer Candidate in order to protect his friends for the past seven years.

At this point, a shining red light is seen in the sky above Ron's location. The Bong Bong fairy appears before her, which surprises Ron. Appearing out of the Bong Bong teleportation is Androssi and Hatsu standing before Ron and Varagarv. Enraged that her summon took too long to enter the Workshop Battle, Androssi complains that her make-up has now gotten all messy. She questions what's going on, and complains how long it will take for her to finally get to be on her date with Baam. Seeing a powerful Zahard Princess standing before her, Ron begins to sweat, and questions why it's not Viole appearing before them.

Meanwhile, the Viole, Koon and Rak team make their way into the Thorn's mountain for the fight against Reflejo. Reaching the entrance to the former Thron room that Reflejo is supposedly waiting for them at, Koon asks if this location is correct, which Viole answers to be the case.

Viole asks a question of his own how Koon knew about the Bong Bong fairy being in Androssi's possession, which Koon answers that it was obvious given that everyone knew about Androssi obtaining an extra Archimedes ticket during the One Shot, One Opportunity game. He also shows Viole the Emile terminal, and explains that it was Emile that explained to him what the Bong Bong fairy was able to do. Viole finds it surprising that Koon has an Emile terminal, which Koon explains that it's thanks to Emile that he was able to communicate with Hwa Ryun when she was performing Viole's rescue alongside Horyang and Novick. Thinking it over, Koon gives off a worried looking face as he looks back down at his Emile terminal. He admits to himself that he's been depending on Emile more than anything he's never had in his possession; especially since it helped him get Baam back.

Koon remains suspicious that being highly dependant on the Emile terminal could lead to someone abusing it in order to deceive other people. He also deduces that Emile could end up being the most fearsome weapon to come out of the Workshop Battle, but decides to leave it alone for the time being since worrying about the Emile weapon doesn't matter at the moment. Koon hears Baam state that it's about time for them to enter, which Koon agrees with. Meanwhile, Rak begins to sweat trying to figure out how he's supposed to work his new Mad Shocker weapon from the Item Store. Koon explains that at this point, Androssi and Hatsu must have already encountered Ron and the Mad Dog while the Vespa, Akraptor and Yihwa group are continuing to make their way towards Horyang's location. He states that once all three hostages are saved as quickly as possible, they will all turn around to aim for Lero-Ro's escape vehicle. The Viole, Koon and Rak team enters the former Thorn room where they see a beaten Hwa Ryun fall to the ground before them. Viole calls out to her hoping she's still alive.

From a closed box on the ship, voices from the eliminated Regulars (Ran, Anak, and Miseng) are heard from it complaining about when they can be let out as the guard (the Ranker, Quant) questions to himself why he chose to follow Lero-Ro at that time. The guard complains to himself that he wants to ge tout of here right away as the eliminated Regulars yell at him to shut up.

Back to the present, Sophia explains to Lero-Ro that she didn't know after all this time that the experiments were making the children happy, and that it was actually her own interactions with them that brightened their spirits. Sophia begs once more for Lero-Ro to take Beta with him. She also asks that he take care of Ilmar, Cassano, and even Viole, who have all been subject to these kind of experiments, so that they can find just a little happiness. Thinking it over, Lero-Ro finally decides to accept, and gives his word to Sophia that he will be sure to bring them happiness. At this point, Beta wakes up, and has come to the conclusion that the one who set him up was Cassano. Sophia is happy to see Beta conscious again as Beta continues to claim that it was definitely Cassano who set him up using the Emile terminal to send him after Viole.

Returning to the Mad Dog's location in the Workshop Battle, Ron Mei finds it confusing why Androssi is standing before them, and asks the Zahard Princess where Viole is currently. Androssi orders her to shut up about looking for her boyfriend, which surprises Ron even more asking if Viole truly is her boyfriend. Androssi answers that to be the case, and orders Ron to stay out since there's a chance that the two of them can flee for love. Believing that Androssi is telling lies, Hatsu whispers to Androssi to remind her not to get into too much trouble here since they're just here to stall Mad Dog and Ron so that the others can rescue the hostages.

He also reminds her that once the hostages are grabbed, they need to run away, which Androssi replies back that she already knows this. She also asks for him not to stand too close to her since he apparently smells bad. Switching back to Ron and Varagarv, Androssi states that she heard about how they went back on their deal, which Ron answers that they did become of some specific reasons.

Ron also points out that this was why she got close to Anak when they were just having fun on the Archimedes before the Workshop Battle began. However, the plan didn't work out in the end since Viole escaped the trap in the Thorn room anyway. Androssi replies that the way Ron is speaking to her at the moment is pissing her off, but states that since she has a date to prepare for, she will go a little easy on her.

In return, Ron asks if Androssi will be ok with this if the Zahard Empire finds out about Androssi, a Zahard Princess, is dating a man. Ron opens her eyes, and continues to taunt her asking if this will end for Androssi similar to how Anak lost her mother. The battlefield between the two sides remains silent as Androssi charges forward. Hatsu calls out to Androssi to stop due to the latter being provoked as Varagarv steps in to block Androssi's kick. Androssi finds this amusing that Varagarv is acting as Ron's bodyguard, but is surprised to see her leg caught in some sort of black substance.

Varagarv taunts the Zahard Princess that her life is currently in danger as Ron gives off a laugh that this fight is turning out a bit easier than she originally thought. Pulling back her damaged leg, Androssi realizes that she's dealing with one of the special Workshop rewards that was provided by the One Shot, One Opportunity game, Blood Tamara.

Returning to the Thorn's room in the mountain, Viole continues to call out to the unconscious Hwa Ryun hoping that she will answer him. Reflejo appears out of the darkness to inform them that she's still just barely alive, and states that just as he expected, it was Viole that would come to this location. Koon and Rak are surprised by the sight of Reflejo as the masked FUG Regular asks if it's about time for them to begin the final match of the Workshop Battle. Shadows begin to swarm all around Reflejo as he prepares to fight against Viole, Koon and Rak.

Looking at Reflejo, Koon wonders what's going on while Rak points out that their opponent looks like burning charcoal. Despite thinking that Reflejo was being overconfident thinking that he could take on Viole's group all by himself, Koon figures that this is some trump card Reflejo is displaying towards them. Looking torwards the beaten Hwa Ryun, Koon deduces that this is looking like a bad situation for them having to both worry about the hostage, as well as Reflejo's trump card. Viole speaks to Reflejo that beating up Hwa Ryun was unnecessary if the FUG Team's goal was just to bait him out, which Reflejo answers that it was just to educate her a little bit. He also informs Viole that her injuries are so bad that it could result permanent damage, which shocks the FUG Slayer.

Viole realizes that Reflejo was never going to let her live after this to begin with as the masked Regular states that it's time for their final Workshop Battle fight to begin. Reflejo pulls out a giant scythe swarming with purple-shadows of shinsoo, and prepares for battle.

Returning to the Androssi and Mad Dog fight, her leg had just taken an unseen hit by Varagarv's Blood Tamara item. Androssi is left shocked by the hit to her leg while Varagarv taunts her that her actions are looking like a death wish. Hatsu is left amazed by what just happened not being able to see the Blood Tamara item strike Androssi as Ron prepares her lighthouse field to capture the Zahard Princess. However, Androssi uses the Bong Bong fairy's teleportation to escape back away from Ron and Varagarv.

Standing alongside Hatsu again, Androssi looks down at her bloody leg, and complains that her dress has been ruined. Ron taunts her if this means that she ruined her future date, which enrages Androssi. The former than explains to Androssi and Hatsu that Varagarv was created to be the perfect dog fighter. Ron points out that the blood-mixing has made Varagarv powerful, but still doesn't quite have the speed to catch up to a Zahard Princess. However, that all chances when they add the Blood Tamara item to Varagarv's skill-set, which stuns Androssi. Getting to the point of the Blood Tamara, Ron explains to Androssi and Hatsu that the item was dissolved into the owner, Varagarv, which allows for the Mad Dog to gain temporary invincibility. Now that Varagarv has a great offensive counter-attack with his phantom wolves, as well as the defensive capabilities that's been provided to him by the Blood Tamara, Ron claims that the Mad Dog is now the most strongest and invulnerable Regular amongst everyone here.

Ron asks if Androssi still believes that she can win, which the Zahard Princess finds amusing since it came off like Ron thinks that Varagarv is now a challenge for her. Androssi thinks to herself why everything is becoming so difficult just to get her date with Baam while Hatsu thinks to himself if Ron's claim about Varagarv having the strongest counter-attack and invincible defense is legit. He thinks back to when Varagarv was able to absorb Androssi's kick, and realizes that this must be the first time the Zahard Princess has come up against an opponent that's been able to withstand her overwhelming strength. Looking over to the damaged Androssi standing next to him, Hatsu figures that this is the worst enemy for someone like her to fight against. Hatsu is left hoping that things are going better on Leesoo's side since this fight is turning out to be more unpredictable than they thought.

Switching over to the other rescue groups, Akraptor and Yihwa are seen running across the battlefield as the latter calls out to Horyang hoping that he will answer his former Tangsooyook teammates. She complains to Akraptor that he should be helping call out for him for Goseng's sake, which an exhausted Akraptor complains back that he needs a break given that he's not a member of the Great Families like her.

Moments mater, Yihwa and Akraptor meet up with Quaetro, who informs them of the bad news that he hasn't found anything on his end. The bad news ends up disappointing Yihwa. Meanwhile, Vespa catches up to Leesoo to inform him that she scouted out the area, but found no sign of the hostages, which Leesoo deduces that Horyang and Novick must have been hidden somewhere. Complaining about where the hell they could have stashed the hostages, Leesoo realizes that their current situation isn't good since they only have 20 minutes left before they need to retreat to Lero-Ro's escape vehicle.

Back to the Thorn room, Reflejo swings his giant scythe swarming with shadowy-shinsoo towards the Viole, Koon, and Rak group, which they all manage to dodge out of the awy. Viole admits that the destructive power displayed by Reflejo is strong as Koon realizes that the incredible Regular they're dealing with isn't an ordinary E-rank. Koon asks Reflejo what he is, which Reflejo chooses to answer that he's known as the E-rank Regular, Reflejo; a piece of Ranker Poken's shadow that has been in hiding for thousands of years. Koon remains confused about the thought of a shadow being broken into pieces while Viole is left shocked to hear that Reflejo is connected to a high executive within FUG. Reflejo continues to explain that he was a lower man that had inherited a piece of Poken's shadow. He warns Viole's group that by relying on the strength of Poken's shadow, he will have the ability to ignore the Tower rules, and gain a temporary power-up that would allow for him to have the strength higher than a B-rank Regular.

Hearing the possibility of an E-ranker having the strength of a B-rank leaves Koon finding the claim to be complete nonsense. Reflejo then asks for Viole to give up since they can't beat him in his current state, and even offers them the location of the other hostages if he complies. However, Viole refuses the offer since Reflejo is no longer someone to him that he can believe. Viole also states that he's decided not to give up on himself, which Reflejo responds by powering up a Bang oh shadow shinsoo.

Reflejo claims that their choice was a shameful one since that was his last offer he was going to provide before being forced to kill everyone. Koon orders for Viole to counter with his shinsoo Bangs, which the latter does so. An explosion occurs as his shinsoo quickly destroys the shadow Bang that Reflejo created. Creating his shinsoo platform to charge at Reflejo, Viole orders for Koon to secure Hwa Ryun, which Koon agrees to do. Rak is then ordered to go as well, who yells that even though he doesn't know how to use the Mad Shocker spear just yet, he will face Reflejo with it head on.

Koon sets his lighthouses in place, and creates a lighthouse field utilizing up to four of them to immobilize Reflejo, but the masked Regular taunts Koon if the latter truly believes that he can be held back by a lighthouse field. Koon doesn't find it surprising that Reflejo can't be contained, but taunts the latter that he succeeded if he managed to distract Reflejo even for just a moment. Koon then points out that Reflejo's real opponent is now in position as Viole appears behind the shadow user. Ready to attack, Viole claims that he's here to take back Hwa Ryun, which Reflejo replies to do so if the FUG Slayer thinks he can do it.

Meanwhile aboard the Archimedes, the messenger meeting with Madoraco turns out to be Cassano, who informs the FUG Ranker of Reflejo's hostage plan in the Workshop Battle. Madoraco is amazed to hear that Reflejo took it upon himself to plan out the final match against Viole, and states to Cassano that this was good information that's been handed to him. Cassano then departs from the meeting, which the bodyguard asks Madoraco if this was the correct decision since Cassano left with the item that they promised would be given to Workshop. Madoraco replies that in the end, the item doesn't matter since the deal changed. He explains that they no longer have to keep the deal with the researchers of Workshop since they got scared the moment the intruder breakout happened. Madoraco also states that the information provided by Cassano proved to be more useful to him to hand the item over to the Devil of the Right Arm instead.

Aiming to end the Workshop Battle right away, Madoraco gives the order to prepare the Archimedes solution to be poured down upon the island. They will complete their objective before Viole manages to escape.

Elsewhere on the Archimedes, Traveller is seen making his way towards Emile through a tunnel as he spots a couple other intruders having been captured by some of the Workshop Guards. Realizing that the way is blocked, Traveller looks above him, and sees a vent entrance that he can crawl through. Traveller makes his way into the narrow vent, and begins to slowly crawl his way through. During the slow-crawl, Traveller thinks about Emile, and questions why she deceived all the intruders to lure them all to the Archimedes. He believes that he needs to find Emile to answer all his questions as Traveller's also left wondering how Baam's doing since he heard that the Workshop Battle was postponed.

Making it beyond the Workshop guards, Traveller drops out of the vent back into the Archimedes tunnel. Traveller continues to make his way down the tunnel towards the location he believes Emile to be at as he comes across a large door with red circles on it. However, before reaching the red-circled door, Traveller spots the Devil of the Right Arm, Cassano, approaching it ahead of him.

Falling back to a safe distance, Viole is left irritated that he's unable to keep up with Reflejo. Reflejo asks if Viole truly finds this surprising, and points out that no matter what, shinsoo control to stop him with the immobilization Bang won't work on him since he's nothing but a shadow creature with no consistent shinsoo flow inside him. The masked Regular warns Viole that he was prepared to be the perfect counter against a person with Viole's skillset, and knows everything that Viole is capable of doing against him, which leaves Viole silent.

Watching the fight between Reflejo and Viole, Koon thinks over Reflejo's claim about him being a shadow creature that has lived for thousands of years for the sake of FUG's wish, and is amazed to see how deep the masked Regular's obsession for FUG is. Rak adds in that the person they're fighting has turned out to be a total freak. Koon deduces that this fight has become a bit tricky since they're stuck in Reflejo's flow of the battle as long as Hwa Ryun remains his hostage. He then hears Reflejo ask if now's a good time to put an end to this Workshop Battle.

Beginning his Third Shadow: Death Moon Shadow technique, shadow shinsoo begins to gather above Reflejo. Koon realizes that the Third Shadow is an attack consisting of five shadow Bangs about to rain down on them, but is unable to cover them all with just his lighthouses. Viole steps in to deflect the shadow Bangs with shinsoo Bangs of his own. However, Reflejo thinks to himself that he he's had this battle won this the very beginning. The five Bangs from the Third Shadow technique gather to form one large Bang in front of Viole as Reflejo claims that the FUG Slayer has been his only target this entire time.

Viole is left shocked to see the five Bangs becoming one as a beam of shadow shinsoo known as the Demon Moon Shadow technique is shot from the combined five shadow Bangs towards the FUG Slayer. Koon is left irritated that Reflejo used them as bait to aim directly for Viole as he and Rak call out to their teammate hoping he will make it through this.

Viole is able to withstand the Demon Moon Shadow attack, and aims to use his shinsoo Bangs to counterattack at Reflejo directly, but is left stunned, and unable to fire, upon seeing Reflejo hold up Hwa Ryun in front of him once more. Reflejo taunts Viole that he knows the FUG Slayer will never shoot stuck in this position trying to save a hostage. The masked Regular claims that this weakness of trying to save everybody is the reason that Viole is now stuck in his battle flow, and will result in his death. More beams of shadow shinsoo drop down upon Viole as the FUG Slayer screams out in pain having to withstand the shinsoo attack.

An enraged Rak gets annoyed at witnessing Reflejo's dirty tactics, and claims that he will now kill the masked Regular for it However, Koon orders him to hold back for now since an attack would put the hostage's life in danger, which irritates Rak even further. Koon thinks to himself that this battle has become extremely troublesome due to how meticulous Reflejo is proving to be.

He thinks over the situation, and realizes that Reflejo's usage of Hwa Ryun as a meatshield has kept Viole in check to make sure that Viole can't go all out with the Thorn against him. The fact that Reflejo has figured out Baam's personality hasn't helped either, which overall, gives Reflejo a big edge to seize complete victory. Seeing no openings in Reflejo, Koon wonders if there's any way to defeat him. He then catches on to something when he puts together that Reflejo seems to always use Hwa Ryun as his shield. Koon calls out to Rak that he's come up with an idea to finally defeat the shadowy charcoal jerk.

Switching to the Acorn Workshop's red-circled door housing Emile, Cassano comes across the remains of the Level 60 Guguah Crab patrol that was protecting it. Cassano is amazed to think that it was Hatsu during the latter's escape that managed to pull this off, and assumed that the Guguah Crab's self-destruct mechanism would be enough to kill the swordsman Regular. As a result, Cassano deduces that Hatsu's skills have indeed improved since the last time they met one another. Before entering Emile's facility, Cassano is greeted by Traveller, who asks who the Devil of the Right Arm is. Cassano deduces that Traveller is one of the intruders that was deceived by Emile, and is surprised to see that one of them had managed to make it this far.

Traveller gets excited hearing Cassano talk about the intruders, and wonders if the Devil of the Right Arm is someone just like him. However, Cassano answers that he isn't. Cassano then pulls out a red tube, and puts it into the keyhole of Emile's door as her voice can be heard from the other side continuing to beg to be let out. The substance goes into the door as Cassano explains to Traveller that he's here to pull Emile out of Workshop. Traveller asks what Cassano means by pulling out as Cassano pulls his drained key away, and the red-circled door to Emile's facility finally opens.

With Emile's door open, Cassano turns back to Traveller, and informs him that since he's managed to make it here, he should face the truth with his own eyes. Traveller remains confused by the answer, which Cassano explains that Traveller should take a look at the Emile that has been deceiving him this entire time.

Traveller enters Emile's facility, and is shocked to see a giant water tube with Emile-01 written on the container. Looking upon Emile's water tube, Traveller questions how this is actually her, which Cassano answers that there were researchers who joined FUG two years ago that established two different studies on Living Ignition Weapons. One was the study to turn live humans into Living Ignition Weapons (Horyang, Cassano and Beta). The other study was what came afterwards; to dissolve a human who's already become a Living Ignition Weapon. Cassano continues to explain that the second study turned out to be a success after Emile had successfully been dissolved by the Workshop researchers into the giant water tube they are looking at right in front of them. Emile was then set to be discarded since she was only a test-subject to see if the Dissolving Living Ignition Weapon experiment would work. However, one woman, researcher Sophia, opposed of discarding Emile, and managed to have the water tube housing the dissolved Emile remain within the Acorn Workshop.

Bringing up Io and Punk, Cassano continues to explain to Traveller that the Workshop hosts became interested in Emile's Dissolving Living Ignition Weapon experiment as the power displayed by Emile was viewed as exceptional, and very useful to them. One day, Io and Punk approached Sophia pretending to be people that wanted to help Emile, and used their connections as the hosts of the Workshop Battle to lock Emile up in a water tank with the main system of the Archimedes airship to have full control over her.

Providing people with the Emile terminals, Io and Punk's goal was to recruit as many people as they could through Emile in order to regulate the people. However, they needed massive funding to pull this off, so Io and Punk turned to the businessman Ranker, Madoraco, to gather the needed money. A deal was then made between the Workshop hosts, and Madoraco, where they can let both sides intervene with the Workshop Battle as long as it continues to build towards their mutual goal regarding Emile. Closing out his explanation, Cassano states that once the Workshop Battle was finished, the plan was to secretly get the dissolved Emile out of the Archimedes.

Unable to believe what he's hearing, Traveller claims that Emile had told him beforehand that she's alive, but was locked up in a water tank. That she asked for Traveller, and the other intruders, to come rescue her from the Acorn Workshop. Cassano gives Traveller the bad news that everything Emile told him was a lie, and that she has been fooling him this entire time to lure everyone to the Archimedes. The Devil of the Right Arm also points out that it might just be Emile's delusions of still believing to have a physical body despite now being nothing but a consciousness within a water tank housing her dissolved body.

Looking at Emile's water tank, Traveller still can't believe that this was what Workshop was working on this entire time. Looking down in defeat, he questions how the Workshop researchers could do such a cruel thing. Cassano begins to walk away, but states to Traveller that he will gladly take him along since he's got one vacant spot. Traveller asks where Cassano is going, which the Devil of the Right Arm answers that a girl he knows has finally made it here, and that it's become their goal to change the rules of this ridiculous Tower. He states to Traveller that they will do it with the Emile weapon they now have in their possession.

At Horyang's location where he's been trapped as the FUG Team's hostage, he thinks back to when Cassano had dragged him to this spot. Prior to the start of the final match of the Workshop Battle, Horyang orders for Cassano to tell him what's going on, and what kind of deal he's made with FUG. Cassano answers that he's doing it because there's a goal he needs to accomplish, which confused Horyang. The Devil of the Right Arm points out that Horyang himself must have seen it. That Workshop is still performing the Living Ignition Weapon experiments to further their own greed by using others as their instruments. Cassano asks for Ilmar to join him claiming that he's found a path to change the filthy world that goes on within the Tower. However, Horyang refuses him since he's found teammates he cares about (Team Tangsooyook), and has fallen in love with a woman (Goseng). Horyang claims to Cassano that he's not going to save his own ass by using his friends as tools to escape, which leaves Cassano silent. Ilmar then claims that he will be sure to escape the Tower alongside the people he cares about, which Cassano claims that this is good-bye as he's last seen powering up his Devil Arm to use against Horyang. At the unconscious Horyang's location in the present, Xia Xia is seen looking over him from a distance.

Returning to Reflejo's location, Rak yells out to Koon if the latter truly has a plan, which Koon replies that the alligator needs to keep his voice down. Rak ignores it, and continues to yell for him to spill what the plan is, which Koon begins by asking if Rak really got his spear from the Item Store. Rak answers that he did indeed purchase a Mad Shocker spear from the shop, which Koon types into his lighthouse to search for information on the weapon.

Koon sees that it's a weapon designed for throwing, and claims that Rak is an idiot for using it in close-combat. Koon next gets to the point for Rak to throw the Mad Shocker along with his lighthouse, and if they manage to pull this off, their original three-man team will get to go on vacation, which Rak agrees to. Within the Thorn's former mountain room, Reflejo stands on a small platform still holding the hostage, Hwa Ryun. Reflejo thinks to himself that he was worried about having to face the power of the Thorn, but begins to think that he didn't actually have anything to worry about. The masked Regular then looks up to the hole at the top of the mountain, and figures that it's about time for FUG Ranker Madoraco to drop the melting solution from the Archimedes into the room. Reflejo is glad to think that his mult-thousand year long wish is finally about to come true, but suddenly hears a voice yelling for the alligator to do it. Placing his lighthouses like a staircase towards Reflejo's platform, Koon orders for Rak to begin as the alligator uses the lighthouses to jump closer to Reflejo's location.

Koon orders to do it as fast as he can, as Rak throws his Mad Shocker spear at directly at Reflejo's chest. The masked Regular prepares to counter taunting that their effort is no use, but is left confused when he sees Koon's lighthouse field appear in front of him to take the Mad Shocker spear. The field then appears behind Reflejo as the masked Regular realizes that Koon planned to teleport Rak's spear to come in from behind after being baited by the frontal attack.

Trying to dodge out of the way, the left portion of Reflejo's body shadow is struck by the Mad Shocker spear. Reflejo is left surprised by the power of the Mad Shocker as he sees Koon appear out of his lighthouse directly on his left with a knife ready to strike. Reflejo realizes that Koon managed to ambush him at close-range, but figures that it doesn't matter since he still has a hostage shield. The masked Regular positions Hwa Ryun into the path of Koon's knife. Koon ends up stabbing Hwa Ryun, but taunts Reflejo that he saw this coming, which not only confuses Reflejo, but Rak as well. Meanwhile, Viole continues to lie unconscious nearby after being overwhelmed by Reflejo's shadow Bangs as the Thorn floating above his shoulder begins to unravel.

Rak remains confused as to why Koon actually chose to stab into the hostage, Hwa Ryun, and yells at the blue turtle asking what he just did. Reflejo is confused himself, and asks if Koon has chosen to give up on the hostage, but Koon gives off a smile. He continues to taunt the masked Regular that despite giving things up being his usual style, today is going to end differently, and has chosen not to abandon anyone. The knife that's been stabbed into Hwa Ryun begins to glow as she turned into white light, and gets sucked into the weapon.

Reflejo remains confused about what just happened as Koon holds out the small glowing knife before him. Koon explains that the knife is actually one of the two One Shot, One Opportunity item rewards, the White Heavenly Mirror. He states to Reflejo that the knife comes with three abilities, and one ability that he just used with it was to seal a person by stabbing their heart, which will result in the stabbed person getting teleported into the knife. Koon shows the image of Hwa Ryun now inside the White Heavenly Mirror, which shocks Reflejo and Rak.

Koon continues to taunt Reflejo that he caught on how the masked Regular appears to have a durability issue since he kept having to rely on using Hwa Ryun as a hostage shield to protect himself. Reflejo is left irritated by the claim as Koon states that there's definitely a chance they can defeat him given that Reflejo is fearing that his body won't be able to last against them. Koon taunts Reflejo that he should have taken better care of his hostage as the masked Regular yells out that he doesn't need to hold Hwa Ryun captive to fight against Viole and company. Reflejo powers up many shadow Bangs, and claims that he will kill everyone right here and now.

Ordering Koon and Rak to die, Reflejo uses the Third Shadow: Death Moon Shadow technique once more to send shadow Bangs at Koon, but has his attack intercepted by many shots of shinsoo Bangs from below him. They all look down to the bottom of the room where Viole show his Bangs from as Koon and Rak begin to get excited that Baam is conscious again. However, seeing something red glowing at Viole's location, Koon feels that something about Baam seems different.

At Horyang's hostage location, Xia continues to watch over him, but begins to get annoyed that all of this has gone to hell. She questions why FUG chose to betray Viole, and complains about why they're forcing Viole to fight in the finals just for the sake of rescuing hostages.

Adding in that she has no idea where Cassano went, Xia is left wondering what she should be doing now since she's been tasked to just guard the hostages. Being stuck at a crossroads, she holds her head in pain not knowing if she should tell Viole about the hostage locations knowing that she needs Viole to make her dream come true, or wait it out on the FUG Team's side for the money that they promised to her. Suddenly, she begins to hear voices coming from Leesoo's rescue group searching for Horyang. Quaetro mentions if he should just burn the whole place down to make their search easier, but is ordered not to. Knowing that the rescue group is getting closer, Xia continues to struggle on deciding what she should do.

Returning to Androssi's side, she and Hatsu continue to stand opposite Ron Mei and Varagarv. Hatsu thinks over their current situation, and knows that they have to resolve this fight themselves knowing that Baam's group is still fighing Reflejo, and that Leesoo's group is still searching for Horyang and Novick. He states to Androssi that they need to change the plan, which confuses the Zahard Princess. Figuring that he's been too soft up until this point, Hatsu states to Androssi that they need to go on the attack.

Hatsu rummages through his bag, and thinks to himself that this is a bad idea since dragging out a fight goes completely against both Androssi's and his way of fighting. However, Hatsu reassures himself that they will definitely win, and be the ones that walk out with pride. The sword user pulls out a metal pipe claiming that he will cover Androssi, which the Zahard Princess finds confusing, and calls Hatsu an idiot using a simple iron rod as his new sword. However, Hatsu replies to her that she shouldn't underestimate the weapon simply because it looks like a simple piece of metal.

Androssi admits that she likes the attack plan, but questions Hatsu being unconvincingly out-of-character since he's not doing this for the sake of the team for once. Hatsu reassures her that his actions are indeed for the team, and that he's itching to blow up the two enemies standing before them. He also reminds Androssi of what FUG did to Baam by turning him into Jyu Viole Grace, which leaves her silent.

Androssi thinks back to when she, Yihwa, Rak, and Parakewl had escaped the FUG dormitory using her Bong Bong fairy's teleportation. Rak finishes up his explanation about everything he knows regarding how Baam became FUG's Slayer Candidate, which shocks Androssi hearing that Rachel betrayed Baam during the final exam of the 2nd Floor. She also puts together what Rak said about Rachel and FUG having joined forces at the time, and asks Rak if what he's referring to is that FUG had set this all up from the beginning.

Back to the present, Androssi stretches out her arms, and tells Varagarv and Ron to stop hyping her up for her date, which leaves Hatsu confused. Realizing that Ron is a blonde-haired Regular, Androssi points out that the sight of Ron is pissing her off given that she's a traitor similar to another blonde Regular (Rachel) that she got to know in the past. A confused Ron continues to smile, which Androssi points out that Ron's continued smile is pissing her off. Androssi charges forward, and orders for Hatsu to cover her, which Hatsu agrees to do as he charges in alongside her.

Ron finds it amusing how stupid their actions are, and claims that there's no way they can defeat Varagarv. The Mad Dog summons a couple phantom wolves, but is cut through by Hatsu. Standing before Varagarv, the swordsman Regular than uses his Demonic Fish Wheel Dance technique to enhance his metal pole with shinsoo, and then stabs into the Mad Dog's chest. Ron laughs that his attempt to damage the Blood Tamara enhanced Mad Dog was useless, but Hatsu thinks to himself that Ron hasn't noticed that his attack did indeed work since his shinsoo is disrupting Varagarv's means to control his phantom wolves. In his head, Hatsu thanks Cassano that his fights against him has made him stronger.

Using the Bong Bong fairy, Androssi teleports behind Varagarv. The later of which calls the Zahard Princess foolish since she's attempting to attack him once more despite the Blood Tamara making him invulnerable. However, Androssi ignores his comment, and asks for the mutt to just follow her. A moment later, Varagarv is shocked to realize that Androssi has teleported with him to a location in the sky high above the 30th Floor island being used for the Workshop Battle.

Looking down at the island, Varagarv finds the situation he's now in unbelievable as Androssi points out that even someone who claims to be invincible has to have a limit. She asks him if he will manage to survive if she kicks him downward from this height, which Varagarv realizes that Androssi plans to kill him through fall damage. Androssi states that the person who survives the fall will be the winner as she prepares to kick Varagarv down to the island.

Meanwhile, at the fight against Reflejo, he, Koon and Rak look down towards the location where Viole shot his Bangs up to stop Reflejo's shadow Bangs from killing Koon. They all spot a glowing red object at Viole's location, which Reflejo suddenly realizes what he's dealing with. Behind Viole, the Thorn has completely unraveled as a red object floating near Viole's head as the FUG Slayer stands ready to fight Reflejo once more.

Reflejo and Koon inspect Viole's unraveled Thorn, and wonder if that's the weapon's true form. Rak flies down to Viole's location atop Koon's lighthouse, and asks if the black turtle is ok, which Viole answers that he is. Rak informs him of what Koon pulled off to save Hwa Ryun from Reflejo using the White Heavenly Mirror.

Returning to the Archimedes, the Workshop Guards send out the word over their radios that they've captured the last of the escaped intruders. The two hosts are left excited by the news as Punk state that they can finally resume the Workshop Battle now that the intruder troublemakers are finally dealt with. Io adds in that they should focus on completing the tournament quickly so that they can receive Emile from Madoraco as quickly as possible. However, their attention is grabbed when they hear the Workshop Battle spectators cheering about something going above the Grand Stadium.

Looking up at the 30th Floor sky, Io and Punk are left confused by the sight of an object falling downward at a fast rate. FUG Ranker Madoraco notices the falling object at well, and realizes that it's Androssi using the Bong Bong fairy. Madoraco is left wondering what the Zahard Princess is trying to do.

Powering up his scythe with his shadow shinsoo, Reflejo charges toward Viole; thinking to himself that he will be sure to check if the new Slayer Candidate deserves the power of the Thorn. Using the Fifth Shadow: September Shadow technique, Reflejo powers up his scythe with shadow shinsoo, and strikes down at the spot Viole's standing. Viole dodges out of the way of the shadow scythe, but Reflejo thinks to himself that the dodge made an opening. He taunts Viole that the ever-changing shape of the shadow can't be avoided as the scythe's September Shadow technique mutates into a Cross Full Moon Shadow technique.

The September Shadow shinsoo at the edge of Reflejo's scythe turns into a cross shaped shadow that blocks all of Viole's exits from trying to dodge. Sticking his hands out in front of the scythe, Viole deduces that he has no choice but to somehow stop the Cross Full Moon Shadow, but Reflejo taunts the FUG Slayer once more that trying to stop this technique is useless. To Reflejo's surprise however, Viole managed to freeze his scythe weapon in place. Reflejo, and even Koon and Rak, are stunned at the sight of Viole managing to stop the Cross Full Moon Shadow scythe as Viole moves in to attack.

Viole manages to quickly get behind Reflejo, and knocks him back with a blast of shinsoo. Reflejo manages to regain his footing before getting knocked off the rock platform, but is left confused about why he was knocked back by a shinsoo attack considering that flow control shouldn't be affecting him.

Watching the fight between Viole and Reflejo unfold, Koon comes to the conclusion that the Thorn is playing a part in allowing for Baam to do the impossible by knocking back a shadow user with shinsoo. Despite it being impossible, Koon admits that he can't argue with it since he's witnessing it himself what the Thorn is capable of by seizing control of the nearby shinsoo. Koon is left amazed that the power of the Thorn is indeed a god-like power. Reflejo puts together the same deduction that Koon did, and realizes that the Thorn has indeed chosen Viole at its user.

Viole feels the Thorn's power flowing within him, and continues to try to make sense of it, as Koon checks up on him to see if Baam's ok. Viole answers that while using the Thorn is making him a bit tired, he can tolerate it for now. Turning to Reflejo, Viole says that he doesn't believe he can remain conscious for much longer using the power of the Thorn in his current condition, and states to the masked Regular that they should end this.

Viole charges toward Reflejo as the masked Regular prepares to use his Demon Moon Shadow technique. Hoping that Baam can hold out for just a bit longer, Koon yells that he won't allow Reflejo to act as he manages to block Reflejo's shadow Bangs with a quad-lighthouse barrier. Koon then yells for Rak to attack as the crocodile throws his Mad Shocker spear through Koon's lighthouse field. Koon then moves the lighthouses to the location of Reflejo's blind-spot, as the Mad Shocker drops in through the field.

Reflejo manages to get out of the way of the Mad Shocker, but is annoyed that the blind-spot attack made him lose his balance. Viole appears before Reflejo ready to attack the masked Regular, and states that he's sick of being prayed to, and denied to, as FUG's god. He yells at Reflejo that he's not their god anymore, and officially claims that he quits being a part of FUG. With the power of the Thorn, Viole fires a powerful shinsoo beam at Reflejo claiming that this is the end; breaking Reflejo's mask in the process. Meanwhile, at that exact same time during their fall from the sky, Androssi yells that it's time for her date as she smashes Varagarv into the ground.

The audience watching the Workshop Battle are all stunned in shock at what they just witnessed. Looking down at a giant crater that's been newly created on the battlefield, they see Androssi standing at the edge of it, and all begin to question why this is happening given that the tournament's supposed to be postponed for the time being. The hosts, Io and Punk, are also completely confused as to why the tournament is active while they've been away. Within the tournament, Androssi looks down within the crater, and is disappointed to see Varagarv getting up; admitting that the Mad Dog's durability is incredible.

Looking down at the island from the Archimedes, Madoraco watches Androssi's duel against Varagarv unfold, and wonders if her being here means that Reflejo's FUG Team is on the verge of failing. The FUG Ranker finds this to be disappointing, and gives his farewell to Reflejo claiming that he will fulfill FUG's cherished wish for him. A FUG Ranker wearing light-purple clothes is then seen floating in the sky at Madoraco's location.

Back to the Thorn's mountain, Reflejo lies unconscious after being knocked back by Viole's shinsoo attack that was powered by his Thorn. Viole pants in exhaustion as Koon and Rak appear before him to see if Baam's ok. Viole claims that he is, but Koon could tell that Baam is having trouble handling the power of the Thorn. Koon then looks to the active red Thorn floating near Viole, and admits that the power displayed by the weapon is amazing to push someone using a temporary B-rank power-up to such limits. He is left wondering just how powerful the Thorn will become once Baam gains full control of it, and knows for a fact that FUG won't let them go so easily while Baam controls such a powerful weapon that's necessary for FUG's life-long wish. Reflejo slowly gets up, and gives off a small laugh at how pitiful this situation turned out to be seeing the Thorn choose a rookie Slayer Candidate as its master.

Reflejo flashes back to a time when his eyes had been damaged, and blood continues to pour out of them. He screams out about his eyes hurting having been cut by a person that's standing before him. This person says to Reflejo that Miss Yulia will be chosen as a Zahard Princess soon, and scolds Reflejo for trying to sneak a peek at said daughter of the ten Great Families. The person orders for Reflejo to know his place, and leaves him amongst a crowd of dead bodies that also tried to see Yulia.

Returning to the present, Reflejo states to Viole, Koon, and Rak, that the solution will soon be poured into this place, which shocks the three of them. Koon questions if what Reflejo's talking about is the Archimedes solution meant to melt Viole into the Thorn, which Reflejo answers to be the case. He warns Viole and company that sometime soon, the solution will be poured into this place, and everything will be melted down. Reflejo claims that the three of them will die with him, which grabs Viole and company's attention. Reflejo orders for Viole and company to finally go to sleep to grant FUG's long-cherished wish as the FUG Ranker in purple clothes that was with Madoraco is seen preparing to pour the solution onto the island.

At Androssi's location, Varagarv continues to look up at the Zahard Princess from the crater that was created when he smashed into the ground. Androssi points out that she doesn't like men who try to be clingy towards her, but before they could continue their fight, Hatsu interrupts them. Hatsu arrives at the crater with Ron, and holds his metal pole up to her throat. He orders for Varagarv to withdraw from the tournament, or else he will kill his teammate. Hatsu points out that capturing the Mad Dog team's queen provides another way to end this without fighting, which causes Ron to give off a weak giggle. Looking up at Hatsu, Varagarv questions if he's chosen to take Ron hostage. Ron questions it as well since using her as a hostage goes against his character of fighting fair-and-square. However, Hatsu replies that this is perfectly fair for him considering that it was the Mad Dog team that first chose to fight using others as hostages.

Hatsu points out that taking Ron as a hostage only evens out the playing field, which annoys Androssi that his fastidious characteristic of needing fights to be perfect and accurate is taking over. Hatsu claims that despite things now finally being even, he warns Varagarv and Ron that they should stop trying to fight them since he and Androssi no longer have anything to lose. Varagarv realizes what Hatsu is referring to, and looks down at his bloody right foot that took the impact from crashing into the ground.

Seeing Varagarv's right foot injury, Androssi claims that this is proof that they are the winners against the man who has been deemed the strongest E-rank Regular. Hatsu then turns back to Ron, and states that the he and Androssi will gladly accept their challenge again once they become the strongest D-rank Regulars, which causes Ron to finally agree that she and Varagarv have lost this match.

However, Ron warns them that they should probably return to their comrades as soon as possible. She states to Hatsu and Androssi that the Zahard Princess' boyfriend is about to die soon, which confuses the both of them. They all look up at the solution container that's about to be poured down from the Archimedes onto Viole's location.

Within the Thorn's mountain, Koon objects to Reflejo's claim since the solution is going to kill him as well. However, Reflejo answers him that it doesn't matter since he was prepared to die to the solution from the very beginning. Viole and company spot the exit of the Thorn room collapsing as a shocked Koon asks if Reflejo's plan this whole time was to trap them in here, which Reflejo giggles to be correct. Reflejo states that he's told Viole before that everything was a plan to kill Viole, which the Slayer Candidate answers that Reflejo has gone too far since he's chosen to basically commit suicide for the sake of others.

With their situation dire, Koon calls Leesoo on his pocket about how the search for Horyang and Novick is going, which Leesoo answers that he hasn't yet. Leesoo asks how things are going on Koon's side, which Koon answers that while they managed to save Hwa Ryun, they've run into a problem. Koon points out that the fight against Reflejo was a trap to make sure that the Archimedes solution would be poured down onto them, which shocks Leesoo.

Zooming around the area, Vespa gets word to Leesoo that the hostages haven't been found yet. Leesoo questions what Koon means by what he just said, but is ordered by Koon to hurry up and find the hostages, or else they will all be dead within the next few moments. Koon asks if Androssi can be contacted since they can escape using the Bong Bong fairy, but Leesoo provides the bad news that they've lost contact with her, and Leesoo's group can't leave to search for her until they've found the hostages. Hearing Leesoo's talk with Koon grabs the attention of Akraptor and Yihwa, who begin to fear about their situation.

Yihwa questions to Akraptor and Quaetro what they're supposed to do now since they could all die at the rate they're going. She also begins to cry thinking back to the first time she saw Viole smile in the Item Store, and dreads that it's unfair how she will never get to see it on him again. However, it's at this point that Xia arrives before them asking if the group standing before her are indeed Viole's teammates.

Xia walks towards them as Akraptor stands ready to fight knowing that she's a member of Reflejo's FUG Team. However, Xia begs them to stand down as she's here to help them out. She informs Yihwa, Akraptor, and Quaetro that she can lead them to the hostages, which confuses them all. Yihwa questions how they can trust her given that she's an enemy within FUG, which an annoyed Xia replies that the Yeon Family member is a frustrating person to deal with. Xia yells at Viole's teammates that she just gave up the chance of a load of money from FUG in order to help them, and orders for the group to follow her before she changes her mind. She questions if Akraptor, Yihwa, and Quaetro have decided to die here, or escape with Viole, which leaves them all stunned in confusion.

Moments later, Koon gets word from Leesoo's group that they know where the hostages are located, which excites Viole's group. Reflejo remains confused as to how they pulled it off as Koon next asks if Leesoo managed to get in touch with Androssi. Leesoo answers that he did, and are currently all heading to the location of the Thorn's mountain. However, they've run into a problem. Koon asks what the problem is, which Leesoo answers that Androssi's stunt smashing Varagarv into the ground from the sky was noticed by the hosts, Io and Punk, and have begun to move.

Meanwhile, Androssi and Hatsu make their way on foot to the Thorn's mountain as the former informs Koon of bad news that her Bong Bong fairy isn't activating. Koon remains confused by the statement, which Androssi explains that she must have used it too much during the fight with the Mad Dog team. The Archimedes solution begins to pour into the Thorn mountain room as Koon asks what their back up plan is. Androssi answers that she doesn't know yet, but asks for them to hang in there for just a little while longer as she doesn't plan to let Baam go this time around.

At Lero-Ro's escape vehicle, Sophia is seen watching over Beta having brought him to the ship to allow him to escape. Anak, Ran, Miseng, and Parakewl are seen within the vehicle as well begging for the Rankers to finally get this ship moving. Quant complains about how much longer this hostage rescue operation is going to last, and states that there's only five minutes left within the 30 minute limit before it becomes a given that they need to escape right away. Ranker Quant asks Lero-Ro to finally get this ship moving to reunite with Urek Mazino, because he's sick of being in this messy place. However, Lero-Ro orders him to stop whining, and to wait out the entire 30 minute time limit. At this moment, Lero-Ro's attention is brought to the Thorn's mountain, and sees the Archimedes solution being poured down onto the island.

Upon closer look at the giant cylinder object at the edge of the Archimedes, Lero-Ro spots the purple-clothed FUG Ranker being the one that's pouring down the solution onto the island. Lero-Ro finds it unbelievable that FUG would try to pull the stunt while everyone's watching the Workshop Battle, and finds FUG idiotic for thinking they could get away with this. Given that the FUG Rankers aboard the Archimedes have begun to act, Lero-Ro deduces that they must be overstepping the boundaries, because Baam's group came out the winners over Reflejo's FUG Team. Lero-Ro gives the order to Quant that they need to get their escape vehicle moving much to the latter's confusion.

Lero-Ro explains that the 30 minute timer doesn't exist anymore, and they have no choice now but to go rescue Baam and company. He orders Quant once more to hurry up on getting the vehicle moving, which Quant confusingly accepts.

Meanwhile, aboard the Archimedes, Io and Punk confront FUG Ranker Madoraco over why he did such an idiotic stunt pouring the Archimedes solution down on the Workshop Battle island while everyone is still watching. Madoraco pretends to not know what they're talking about, but Io and Punk order him not to play dumb since they know that everything going on currently is because of him. They ask what Madoraco is trying to pull, and threaten to nullify the contract they have with the FUG Ranker since this stunt is too excessive to the point that it's putting the both of them in danger as well. Madoraco replies that he's perfectly ok with this since he was planning to end the contract anyway. He explains that he already gave the promised item to an E-rank Regular (Cassano), which confuses Io and Punk.

Madoraco explains that he handed the compressed flask item that was meant for Io and Punk over to an E-rank Regular that gave him valuable information in return, and that the deal was made while Io and Punk were dilly-dallying during the Workshop's postponement trying to calm the situation down regarding the escaped Archimedes intruders. Io and Punk can't believe what they're hearing as Madoraco points out to them that the E-rank Regular he gave the item to must have already escaped the Archimedes with Emile by now. Holding up guitars as their weapons, Io and Punk become enraged that Madoraco tricked them, and prepares to fight the businessman FUG Ranker. However, Madoraco replies that business is about making deals, and the E-rank Regular just had the better offer, which pisses off Io and Punk even further.

Madoraco begins to walk towards Io and Punk, and states that business is nothing more than give and take. He points out that Workshop no longer has anything beneficial for him, which confuses Io and Punk since Madoraco backing off on the deal here would still piss off the higher-ups of the entire Workshop. However, Madoraco points out that no one will know about this stun given how far Io and Punk went to hide their corruption.

FUG Ranker Madoraco threatens the two hosts that there's no one here to protect them. Madoraco then gives off a grin, and states that once he gets his hands on the Thorn with Viole melted into it, no one will notice if he causes the entire Archimedes ship to disappear.

Within the Thorn's mountain room, Koon watches the solution continue to get poured in through the hole high above the area, and is left frustrated knowing that they're in great danger. He thinks over the situation, and knows that Baam's completely exhausted to carry them up, and that his lighthouses are too damaged to float up after their battle with Reflejo. He also spots the purple-clothed FUG Ranker pouring down the Archimedes solution, and questions how the FUG organization could be so insance enough to pull this stunt in front of everyone watching the Workshop Battle. He figures that FUG wants the Thorn weapon with Viole melted into it no matter the cost; even if it means that the whole Tower knows that they pulled here, and turns everyone against the FUG organization. Koon wonders if there's truly anyway out of this, but at this point, he spots Lero-Ro's escape vehicle flying towards the purple-clothed FUG Ranker.

The FUG Ranker claims that he will blast Quant and company away with the ship along with them as he prepares a shinsoo Bang. However, before the purple-clothed Ranker could fire the attack, he realizes that Quant was a distraction as Lero-Ro appears in the sky nearby to fire a beam of shinsoo from his Workshop gun towards the FUG Ranker. The beam ends up knocking the FUG Ranker back, and smashes him into the Workshop Battle island.

Within the Thorn's mountain, Viole and company realize that for the time being, the solution being poured into the room has stopped. Koon asks what's going on, which Lero-Ro hears, and is glad to know that Baam, Koon, and Rak are still alive. Koon notices that Lero-Ro is flying above them outside the mountain hole, and questions why he's here, which Lero-Ro reminds him thathe's here to help the students.

Preparing his Workshop gun, Lero-ro states that it's time for all of them to get out of here. Lero-Ro informs the Baam team that Quant is nearby with the escape vehicle which excites Baam, Koon, and Rak. Koon notes that he's glad to hear that Quant actually does have some uses.

Lero-Ro then looks to the location where the purple-clothed FUG Ranker crahsed on the island, and spots him getting back up. He sees the FUG Ranker unshaken, and preparing to fight as Lero-Ro orders for Baam's group to hurry since he doesn't believe he will be able to hold out for much longer against a Ranker of FUG.

Koon asks how things are going on Leesoo's side, which the latter answers that they're just now reaching the locations of Novick and Horyang that had been provided by Xia. Vespa is seen carrying Leesoo and Xia towards Novick while the Yihwa, Akraptor and Quaetro group are seen coming across Horyang. Glad to hear their side is about done, Koon orders Leesoo to get his group out of here as soon as possible. Leesoo asks what's going on, which Koon answers that Lero-Ro's escape vehicle is already here to get them away form the Workshop Battle.

Koon gives Leesoo the order to use Vespa to carry his group up to Lero-Ro's escape vehicle. Given her speed, Vespa can definitely get Leesoo's side all to safety. Leesoo asks in return what Koon's escape plan for Baam and Rak is, which Koon answers that they will wait for Androssi and Hatsu to arrive since their only chance of escaping is to rely on her Bong Bong fairy. If it turns out that Androssi's Bong Bong fairy can't be used, Koon leaves off saying that they will be sure to find another way out.

Meanwhile, the purple-clothed FUG Ranker jumps back up into the air to battle Lero-Ro. He fires a crystal-like spiral shinsoo technique towards Lero-Ro, who manages to deflect the attack. Lero-Ro deduces that this will be difficult for him since he doesn't have his lighthouses with him currently as the purple-clothed FUG Ranker states that he's amazed by the former's skill being a nameless Ranker that can hold out against him. The FUG Ranker states that he doesn't understand why Lero-Ro's interfering with FUG's plans, but states that he pities his opponent for his reckless, and foolish, sense of justice. Lero-Ro finds it amusing that the purple-clothed FUG Ranker thinks his actions are reckless, and informs the FUG member that he's clearly mistaken, which confuses said FUG Ranker.

Lero-Ro informs his opponent that he has other comrades aboard the Archimedes. One of which is a skilled hacker (Hachuling in his green-masked disguise is seen clicking away on his hacking terminal to get into the Archimedes' main control system). Lero-Ro informs the purple-clothed FUG Ranker that their hacker has taken control of the surveillance cameras on the Archimedes, and has been showing everything that's been going on in the Workshop Battle to the audience. He also adds that the cameras are being broadcasted to other areas in the Tower; meaning that Rankers, and other authorities within the Tower, are seeing what FUG is trying to pull in the Workshop Battle. One such images being shown is Madoraco easily defeating the Workshop hosts, Io and Punk. Lero-Ro mentions that his side made sure to keep the information about the Thorn hidden since he's also someone who knows how to keep secrets, which enrages the purple-clothed FUG Ranker. Lero-Ro then taunts the FUG Ranker that he wouldn't have gone this far if FUG didn't cross the line, and asks who it is now that's being more reckless.

Back to the Thorn's mountain, Androssi and Hatsu reach the entrance to the room that Reflejo and Baam's group were fighting in. However, they're confused as to why the entrance has been completely blocked off by giant boulders.

Androssi is left annoyed that she's not strong enough to break through this, and is left irritated that her Bong Bong fairy isn't working at such a critical moment. She claims that she's going to break the useless Bong Bong, but Hatsu begs her not to. Androssi realizes that this is something she needs to think hard on, and knows that she needs to come up with a solution to reactivate the Bong Bong fairy. She figures that Bong Bong needs to be recharged, and needs some sort of energy to start working again. The thought of energy continues to cross her mind as she catches the sight of a battery bag that Hatsu has on his back, which was part of his Workshop guard disguise. An excited Androssi realizes that she already has an energy source.

Inside the Thorn room, the platform Baam's group and Reflejo are standing on continues to break apart as Reflejo states to Viole that despite the ray of hope that people are coming to save him, it won't matter in the end since this place is about to collapse. In return, Viole asks if Reflejo is truly satisfied with that, which confuses Reflejo. Viole yells if Reflejo is truly satisfied with everyone dying like this just for the sake of FUG's glorious wish. To die as a minion that was simply being used by someone else. Reflejo answers that he's perfectly find with it, which shocks Viole even further. Reflejo explains to Viole that the latter is someone that would never understand the meaning of hope being provided by the cost of someone else's life. That someone like Viole, who holds the Thorn's power as an Irregular, but chooses to do nothing with it, would never understand.

Viole remains silent as to what Reflejo speaks of as the latter states that he hates god for not giving him said power. If he was given it, he would have went about changing the tower, and not thought twice about his current petty life. Reflejo calls upon his Eighth Shadow technique, which finally destroys the crumbling platform they're all standing on. The pool of Archimedes solution remains at the bottom of the room as Viole, Koon, and Rak fall towards it with the crumbling rocks of the platform. Reflejo falls as well, and thinks back to the beautiful sight of Yulia Zahard that led him down this path.

He thinks to himself that even inches from death, the thought of the Zahard Princess still hasn't left him, and will finally be able to forget it in death. Continuing to fall towards the solution, Reflejo figures that this is it, and his last wish for the FUG organization will finally come true here. However, he's shocked to hear a new voice calling out for Baam. Appearing before the falling Viole, Koon, and Rak, Androssi and Hatsu appear floating above them having been able to teleport into the room with the recharged Bong Bong fairy. Stepping on Rak, much to the crocodile's annoyance, Androssi sticks her hand out to Viole, and tells Baam that it's about time for them to go to the outside.

Viole gives one last look at the falling Reflejo, who finds it unbelievable that God would go to such lengths to keep the new Slayer Candidate safe. Viole grabs hold of Androssi's hand as the two of them, as well as Hatsu, Koon, and Rak, are finally teleported out of the Thorn's mountain using the Bong Bong fairy. Reflejo on the other hand, is left falling towards the pool of Archimedes solution.

Meanwhile, at the location that Madoraco defeated Io and Punk, the man in the white suit, who had been watching over the Workshop Battle this entire time, approaches the businessman FUG Ranker. Madoraco looks at the monitors in the room showing him defeating Io and Punk, and finds it troubling that he underestimated the people opposing FUG aboard the Archimedes.

Knowing that the enemy hacker screwed him over, Madoraco is left annoyed that he doesn't have much time left, and deduces that he needs to wrap things up quickly. Not noticing he's here, the man in the white suit finally speaks saying that the Catfish put on quite a show, which finally catches the FUG Ranker's attention. The man in the white suit drops his cigarette, and states to Madoraco that it's been while, which shocks the FUG businessman finding it unbelievable who's standing before him at this very moment.

Elsewhere, outside the Thorn's mountain, Ron is seen being carried away by Varagarv as the two of them make their escape from the Workshop Battle. An explosion at the mountain is heard as Ron notes that the fight between Rankers is indeed a fancy sight.

She states to Varagarv that it's a good thing they decided to leave early given that the Rankers fighting has taken over the Workshop Battle. However, she is left disappointed that they ended up losing all their other Mad Dog teammates during this tournament. She tries to cheer herself up stating that there's always next time to get a better result, such as finally managing to take away the Slayer Candidate position from Viole. The two of them continue to walk away as Ron gives off a laugh that they won't have to worry about that if Viole and company don't even escape from this place alive.

At another location on the island, Viole, Androssi, Hatsu, Koon, and Rak, all drop out of the Bong Bong fairy's teleportation onto the ground. Androssi looks back at the group, who are all shown to be completely exhausted. The annoyed Zahard Princess asks them not to fall down over something like this as they complain that Androssi being the one to drive the Bong Bong fairy around was rough for them. Meanwhile, Vespa appears flying to their location with everyone from Leesoo's group being carried on her arms and back. Leesoo and Yihwa are glad to see that Baam/Viole made it out alive while Viole, in return, is glad to see that all his companions made it out alive with him.

Vespa falls to the ground in exhaustion as Leesoo, Yihwa, Akraptor, Quaetro, and even Xia, all reunite with the group to inform them that they've brought the two hostages, Novick and Horyang, with them. They also notice the weird needle object floating above Viole's shoulder, which Viole points out that that it's the Thorn weapon that's become a part of him. At this point, Lero-Ro's escape vehicle appears before them as Quant yells to them from the cockpit that this is no time to slack off, and got to escape from this place as soon as possible.

At the waiting room, Hachuling is seen ordering the remaining E-rank Regulars to get moving. The defeated FUG gambler, Miya, is seeing lying on the ground unconscious; having been defeated by the group after she forfeited the Growth Tournament.

Meanwhile, the duel between Lero-Ro, and the purple-clothed FUG Ranker, continues in the sky above the Workshop Battle island. Lero-Ro asks how things are going on Quant's end if everyone managed to get above the escape vehicle as the purple-clothed FUG Ranker starts to become annoyed that Lero-Ro is slowly draining his energy playing keep-away. Quant informs Lero-Ro that the hostages are safe, which gives the latter hope knowing that the rescue mission of Viole's rescuers was a success, and all he has to do now is make sure the FUG Ranker he's currently fighting doesn't reach the escape ship. However, Quant also gives Lero-Ro bad news that a problem turned up on his end. Quant informs Lero-Ro that an enemy FUG Ranker has arrived at their location, which shocks Lero-Ro. Fearing for the worst, Quant asks what they should do given that all the E-rankers are currently too exhausted to even try to fight the Ranker, but Lero-Ro gives the order that they need to stop the FUG Ranker at all costs.

Everyone has their attention brought to Madoraco's voice ordering the FUG Rankers to stop all action, and give up the Thorn by returning to base. Madoraco warns the other FUG Rankers that they if they're to do anything foolish at the moment, the man-in-white standing before him could destroy their entire trade business. He orders the FUG Rankers once more to return as the newly arrived FUG Ranker standing before Viole and company sheaths his weapon, and begins to walk away.

Back at the Archimedes, Madoraco continues to stand before the man in white, and questions if the latter had been watching them this entire time. The man in white answers that Madoraco's prank went to far at this point, and finds it surprising that the FUG Ranker still recognizes him. Madoraco replies that it's impossible to forget the man in white given the latter's status as well as the fact that the cigarettes the man in white's been using is of the highest quality that only companies controlled by Madoraco sells.

Madoraco asks another question as to how long it was that they were playing in the palm of the man in white's hand, which the latter questions what he could possibly mean by that. The FUG Ranker starts to become suspicious, and begins to ask if the man in white was perhaps the person who originally offered the Thorn to FUG to see this result happen, but the man in white gives off a grin, and quickly cuts Madoraco off by stating that he doesn't know anything. The man in white explains that he was only here as the head of the E-rank Workshop tournament in place of the Great Teacher, and is only revealing himself now just to make sure that the FUG Rankers continue to play by the rules of the Workshop Battle.

Snapping his fingers, the man in white states that they should get to announcing the reward for the winners of the Workshop Battle, which grabs Madoraco's attention. Madoraco turns to the monitor, and sees a message written for everyone to see. The confused audience members who don't know what's been going on until this point also looks to the monitor, and sees the same message. That the winners of the Workshop Battle is the Tangsooyook Team run by Koon and Wangnan.

Meanwhile, within Lero-Ro's escape vehicle, Ranker Hachuling is seen warping in the E-rank Regulars that were stuck at the Workshop Battle's summon waiting room. At this point, all the E-rank Regulars are gathered in the vehicle as they all greet one another. However, Horyang still remains unconscious, which grabs the attention of Goseng, Miseng, and Prince. Everyone else is excited to be reunited as the escape vehicle flies by the Archimedes with monitors all around showing that Koon and Wangnan's Tangsooyook Team has won the Workshop Battle.

It's night time, and Viole and company are all resting at a resort somewhere on the 30th Floor. Aboard the Archimedes, the man in white return to his chair to look out the window at the 30th Floor. The man in white mentions how human are odd creatures since everything has become peaceful again despite the commotion that FUG brought to the Workshop Battle.

The discussion between the man in white and the person on the radio continues as the latter asks if this event at the Workshop Battle has caused Madoraco and his other FUG Ranker colleagues to back off. The man in white answers that they will since they're running a business that has no interest left in the Workshop Battle to gain a profit from. However, the man in white states that the loss of the Thorn here will hit FUG hard. That the relationship between FUG and Workshop has become strained to the point that it will be difficult for the two sides to make any deals for quite awhile.

Changing the subject, the man on the radio asks the man in white who the identity of the real Zahard Prince is that is supposed to be the person meant to take the Tower's final test. The man in white, revealed to be the head of one of the ten Great Families, Po Bidau Gustang, answers to the person on the radio that he's being too impatient to get the answer. Gustang informs the person on the radio that they should watch just a little bit longer as the journey of these E-rank Regulars surrounding Viole has only just begun.

Miseng sneaks a peak into a nearby room, and sees Viole, Koon, and Rak all sleeping together as voices in the back are heard yelling for more liquor to drink.

** For Reflejo. Looking upon the beautiful Zahard Princess Yulia had caused his eyes to get cut, as well as his tribe killed.

* DeadlyGame: The final match of the Workshop Battle is a fight to the death between Koon and Leesoo's teams against Reflejo's FUG Team.

* KnowWhenToFoldEm: Ron and Varagarv forfeit out of the Workshop Battle after Ron was taken hostage by Hatsu, and Varagarv's right foot got injured in a fight against Androssi.

!!Short Summary

After being summoned to what's left of the Growth Touranment's Item Store. Rak leaves to get the injured Wangnan out of here to a safe place, while Viole prepares himself to fight against Beta as the two begin to fight one another in close-combat. However, Viole struggles to get use to the new power of the Thorn within him as Beta gets the upper hand, which causes Yihwa and Koon to come to his aid. Meanwhile, Sophia and her guards continue to watch while Laure has fallen asleep again.

Koon calls Beta out to back off now that the Growth Tournament's over, but Beta taunts Viole that his friends are still trying to protect him despite his mere existence putting them in danger. Beta goes over his backstory that despite having to kill off the four other survivors in his experiment group on the promise of freedom, he's still forced to being connected to Workshop since his body can't last without Workshop's medicine. Powering up his Dionysos and Phobos ignitions at once, Beta orders him to cut the crap about believing he can have everything despite all the atrocities that Workshop has done for the FUG Slayer.

The two engage once more in combat as Koon shields Yihwa with his lighthouse field from the current fight while also providing Viole with back-up. Viole manages to stop Beta's Dionysos and Phobos ignitions using copied moves from the Rankers, Yu Han Sung and Mule Love, and calls out Beta for forcing all the blame onto him despite the Living Ignition Weapon experiments being performed by others within FUG and Workshop.

An enraged Beta continues to attack asking how Viole doesn't believe he's part of this, but Viole calls out Beta's contradiction that he attacked Viole's friends despite them having nothing to do with all this, and states that Beta is the one who's completely twisted. Eventually, Viole manages to perform the Wave Explosion powered up by the Thorn through Beta's chest that forces the latter to his knees, and begins coughing up blood. Viole then points out that Beta isn't hating him out of revenge. He was just desperately looking for something to hate. Despite getting hit by the Wave Explosion, Beta gets up once more, and orders for Viole to stop being so arrogant.

Preparing Phobos once more, Beta orders for Viole to stop looking down on him, but is stopped in his tracks when he sees Koon and Yihwa prepared to defend the FUG Slayer. Viole asks for Beta to use this chance to stop fighting so that he can let his body heal given that it's reached its limit, or else it will bring misfortune to both of them. However, Beta becomes more unstable, and claims that as long as Viole feels misfortune, he doesn't care what happens to him. Despite charging forward once more, Beta has his effort stopped by Viole thanks to the Thorn powering up his immobilization Bang.

Realizing that Viole has become stronger than him thanks to the Thorn's power, Beta sarcastically congratulates Viole for now having everything he ever wanted compared to Beta who lost everything. However, Viole claims that everything is rightfully his since he's been fighting all this time to protect what's been most precious to him, which enrages Beta. Prepared to continue fighting, Sophia finally steps in to inform Beta that what Viole said about him not being Beta's true enemy is correct.

Beta remains confused by the statement, which Sophia explains that the Living Ignition Weapon experiments connected to Viole were completed long before the tests on Beta started; meaning that neither are connected with one another. The revelation shocks Beta, who thinks back to how Emile had told him that he was created to get revenge on Viole for the experiments, which leaves Beta questioning if Emile had been using him this entire time. Having reached his limit, Beta begins to cough up a lot of blood as the Workshop guards move in to secure Beta.

The Workshop Battle Regulars are forced to stand by, and watch as the guards move in to dispose of Beta despite not liking how this is turning out. However, the guard's attempt to kill Beta is stopped by the arrival of Leesoo's group (Akraptor, Hatsu, Quaetro, and Rak), who are revealed to still be in the tournament due to a system error when the hosts bailed to help resolve the issue on the Archimedes. They help dispose of the surrounding guards as Lero-Ro also reveals himself out of his guard disguise, and informs the group that he's here to help the Regulars make it through the Workshop Battle.

Meanwhile, Reflejo gathers his FUG Team to prepare for battle against the Koon and Leesoo teams. With Cassano's help, Reflejo managed to capture Viole's rescue team (Hwa Ryun, Horyang and Novick), and claims that they now have bait to bring Viole back to them. Knowing that Cassano put a tracker on Horyang, Reflejo admits that his logic was correct in keeping the Devil of the Right Arm on his FUG Team, but asks why he's chosen to betray his Workshop friend. In return, Cassano states that he just wants everything around him to be destroyed, and will be departing the FUG Team after receiving the item at the end of the Workshop Battle.

A flashback to the 25th Floor occurs back to the point where Koon is departing with Rachel from the 2nd Floor team that was created through Baam's sacrifice. Leesoo catches up to Koon and complains that he doesn't like the way Koon is going about this, and asks if things would have been different had Baam still been alive. Koon replies that he doesn't know himself, and thinks that this has all been a dream, and hopes to eventually wake up from it.

Returning to the present, the members of Leesoo and Koon's teams watch the happy reunion between Viole, Koon and Rak. Yihwa admits that it's weird seeing Viole smile as Akraptor asks about Horyang's status. Viole apologizes that he couldn't bring Horyang with him, but Akraptor believes that the Arm Devil can handle things by himself. The FUG Slayer also asks about Wangnan's status, which Akraptor answers that even he's amazed that Wangnan survived an injury to the heart.

Viole turns his attention to an unconscious Beta being watched over by Sophia. The researcher claims that Beta will be fine, but is worried that Workshop will forever chase after him now that the orders been given to dispose of Beta. Sophia blames herself for not completing the experiment to make Beta happy, but Viole answers that there's a different reason Beta, and even Cassano and Horyang, are currently unhappy.

Koon and Leesoo discuss their current situation, which Koon deduces that they're trapped since FUG still has Rankers waiting for them aboard the Archimedes even if they manage to win the Workshop Battle against Reflejo's Team FUG. Lero-Ro answers for them that the higher-ups aboard the Archimedes are currently dealing with a problem that even the hosts, Io and Punk, had to return to help resolve. As a result, the Workshop Battle has been postponed for now. Meanwhile, a panicking Io and Punk discuss how things will turn out to be a disaster if the freed Archimedes intruders manage to reach Emile's facility while Ranker Madoraco begins to get impatient at this setback.

Lero-Ro informs the group that a colleague of his has been stationed at the tournament's waiting room to help summon their remaining teammates to them. Next, Lero-Ro explains that there's a floating ship parked nearby that he and his colleague originally arrived to the Workshop Battle in. He also informs them that their eliminated friends have already been placed within it. Lero-Ro reveals to the Regulars that with the floating ship, they will all use it to escape the Workshop Battle.

Meanwhile, Reflejo's Team FUG get into position with Viole's rescue team as their hostages. Reflejo gives the order to send the message to Viole that the final battle will soon begin.

Aboard the Archimedes, Madoraco continues to watch the intruders make their escape, and realizes he messed up upon spotting Lero-Ro's ship prepared to escape with Viole and company while the tournament's still going on. Madoraco figures that it's about time for his side to make a move, but at this point, is greeted by a messenger from the arena wishing to speak with him.

Back to the Item Store, Rak is seen buying an item called a Mad Shocker while Lero-Ro expains that they're ready to leave now that Baam has officially returned to them. He reassures the Regulars that they will escape due to Wolhaiksong, the people he works for, having a ship stationed outside the Workshop Battle prepared to pick them up before FUG could catch up to them. The Regulars are amazed as to why this is happening, which Lero-Ro answers that it's because Wolhaiksong's Irregular leader, Urek Mazino, had met Viole previously, and wishes to see him again. It's at this point that they receive a call from Reflejo using Hwa Ryun's Pocket.

Reflejo informs Viole and company that he's captured the three people (Hwa Ryun, Horyang, and Novick) that performed the FUG Slayer's rescue in the Thorn's mountain, and should Viole not face the FUG Team in the final match of the Workshop Battle, he will kill the three hostages. He leaves off telling Viole that he will be waiting for the FUG Slayer's arrival with Hwa Ryun as his hostage at the mountain location where the Thorn used to be.

Leesoo is left confused hearing Hwa Ryun's name again being a part of FUG, which Viole explains that Yuto from his FUG Team had swapped out with Hwa Ryun so that the latter can help him escape said organization. Viole announces that he wishes to fight Reflejo's FUG Team to save the hostages despite this being his chance to escape. The group objects to his wish, but Koon is glad to see that Baam's characteristic where his opinion never changes hasn't left him, and decides to go along with it.

Koon asks Lero-Ro how much time they have to perform the rescue, which Lero-Ro answers that there's only a window of 30 minutes before the FUG Rankers retake control of this situation to block off their escape. Despite it being a very narrow window, Koon gives the order that Quaetro and Leesoo will go for Novick, Akraptor and Yihwa will go for Horyang, and the reunited team of himself, Viole, and Rak, will face Reflejo to save Hwa Ryun. Leesoo continues to object claiming that the window is too small for just them. However, it's at this point that they're greeted by the person that Vespa was able to summon into the tournament since Team Leesoo was never officially eliminated due to the tournament malfunction.

Switching over to the northern side of the tournament island, the FUG Team stands ready for the arrival of Viole and his allies. Ron Mei and Varagarv are suddenly greeted by the Bong Bong fairy dropping off Hatsu, and an enraged Androssi who's irritated that her summon took so long, before them. Meanwhile, the Viole, Koon and Rak team enter the Thorn's mountain to face Reflejo. Knowing that Emile helped him get Baam back, Koon worries that Emile could prove to be a dangerous weapon if it's used to deceive people, but lets it go to deal with the current problem. The three of them enter the former Thorn room, and see a beaten Hwa Ryun lying unconscious.

Lero-Ro gets the word to his two colleagues to remain on standby for the 30 minute time limit. Quant waits on the escape vehicle after clearing out its Workshop guards, and having the eliminated Regulars (Anak, Ran, and Miseng) already on board. The green masked colleague remains in the tournament's waiting room with the remaining Regulars (Goseng, Prince, Verdi, Blarode, and Dan) that are not in the tournament ready to be summoned to the escape vehicle.

Hearing that Lero-Ro is planning an escape, Sophia begs him to take Beta along so that he can enjoy freedom instead of being disposed of by Workshop. Sophia reveals that she was an orphan from the middle area similar to Horyang and Cassano, but was able to get job as a Workshop researcher due to having high intellect. She wanted to help the orphan children by making them powerful through the experiments, but finally realizes she was wrong after Viole had told her that it wasn't the experiments, but just her interacting with them, such as giving them their names, that made them happy.

She beg's Lero-Ro once more to take Beta along so that he, as well as Viole, Horyang, and Cassano, can experience happiness, which Lero-Ro decides to do so. At this point, Beta wakes up from being unconscious, and thinks back to how Cassano had set him up with the help of Emile to fight against Viole, and wonders what it is that the Devil of the Right Arm is planning.

Androssi and Hatsu stand off against Ron Mei and Varagarv as the former threatens them for stalling her date with Viole. In return, Ron taunts her that she will get in trouble with the Zahard Empire like Anak's mother being in love despite her Zahard Princess status, which provokes Androssi into attacking her. However, Varagarv easily deflects Androssi's strike using his Blood Tamara item reward to damage Androssi's leg. The Zahard Princess realizes that she has a tough fight on her hand.

Back to the mountain's Thorn room, Reflejo greets Viole's group, and informs them that he left Hwa Ryun just barely alive. Shadows begin to envelop Reflejo as he announces to the FUG Slayer that the final match of the Workshop Battle between them will now begin. The Viole, Koon and Rak team feel that something is off about Reflejo as the masked Regular shows off a giant scythe weapon swarming in shadow shinsoo.

Returning to Androssi's fight after Varagarv had blocked her kick, she retreats back to Hatsu before Ron could cature her with a lighthouse field. Seeing the injured Androssi, Ron taunts her that thanks to Varagarv's phantom wolves, as well as being given the Blood Tamara item, Varagarv is now the most powerful Regular here. Annoyed that her date with Baam is getting stalled, Androssi becomes irritated if Ron thinks Varagarv is now a challenge for her.

Meanwhile, Akraptor, Yihwa and Quaetro search around for the hostages, Horyang and Novick, but are unable to locate them. Vespa informs Leesoo that she couldn't find anything scouting around the area, which leaves Leesoo worried since there's only 20 minutes left, and stumped as to where Horyang and Novick were stashed away at.

Swinging his shadow scythe, Reflejo shows off his strength to Viole's group, which Koon admits that it's power is beyond that of an E-rank Regular. Reflejo explains that he's inherited a piece of FUG Ranker Poken's shadow, and using the power from the shadow allows for him to gain a temporary power-up to be as strong as a B-rank Regular. He offers Viole one last chance to give up, and will even hand of the hostages if the FUG Slayer does so, but Viole refuses since Reflejo words is something he no longer trusts.

With negotiations over, Reflejo squares off against the Viole, Koon, and Rak team. Rak struggles to get his new Mad Shocker weapon working, but Koon manages to immobilize Reflejo for a brief moment for Viole to move in, and rescue Hwa Ryun.

Back at the Archimedes, FUG Team's messenger to Madoraco turns out to be Cassano, who informs the FUG Ranker of Reflejo's plan to fight Viole's group in the final match of the Workshop Battle. In return for the information, Madoraco hands over the item that he was originally going to give to Workshop over to Cassano instead. The Devil of the Right Arm departs with the item as Madoraco prepares once more to drop the Archimedes solution down on the island to kill Viole.

Elsewhere aboard the Archimedes, Traveller makes his way through a vent to evade the Workshop guards, as he continues to make his way towards Emile in order to get answers as to why she lured him and the other intruders to her. He makes it to the entrance of the room Emile is in, but sees that Cassano has arrived to see Emile as well.

Returning to the Thorn's mountain, Viole fights against the shadow-using Reflejo, but is forced on the defensive due to Reflejo taking advantage of Viole's desire to save everyone weakness; constantly using Hwa Ryun as his shield to keep Viole from truly attacking him. Watching the battle between Viole and Reflejo unfold, Koon deduces that there's an opening regarding Reflejo's usage of Hwa Ryun as his meat-shield, and calls out to Rak that he's got a plan.

Back to the Archimedes' Acorn Workshop, Traveller greets Cassano at the door to Emile's facility. Cassano uses a red solution key to open up Emile's door, and informs Traveller that as a reward for making it this far, the intruder should see the truth about what happened to Emile, and that the Devil of the Right Arm is planning to take her away from here. Traveller looks into Emile's room, and sees nothing but a giant water tank with Emile's name written on it.

Cassano explains to the confused Traveller that Workshop was actually doing two experiments: turning people into Living Ignition Weapons, and dissolving people that were turned into Living Ignition Weapons. The water tank they see before them is Emile having been the first successful person to be dissolved, and that despite Workshop deciding that she was no longer needed now that the experiment is a success, she was saved by Sophia to remain in this water tube within Workshop.

Eventually, Io and Punk took notice of what the dissolved Emile was capable of, and befriended Sophia to move Emile to the Archimedes so that they can take advantage of her abilities. They created the Emile chatting bot through the Archimedes control system, but needed funding to provide the terminals to the Regulars. As a result, Io and Punk relied on FUG Ranker Madoraco's businessman skills to acquire the funds needed to get Emile's chatting bot fully functional. Once the Workshop Battle was over, they planned to move Emile to another location in secret.

Traveller finds Cassano's explanation hard to believe given that Emile begged him and the intruders to come save her, which Cassano informs him of the bad news that it was all a lie. Traveller is left frustrated wondering why Workshop would do something so cruel to a person, Cassano asks if Traveller wants to depart with him since he now has Emile in his possession. Traveller asks where they're headed, which the Devil of the Right Arm answers that a girl he knows that has the potential to change the Tower is finally here.

A flashback occurs where Cassano holds Horyang hostage trying to convince Ilmar to come with him to a new team he's joined that's planning to change the filthy world of the Tower. Horyang refuses since he now has companions, and a girl he likes, within said Tower, which causes Cassano to attack him as his way of saying good-bye. In the present, Xia Xia is seen watching over the unconscious Horyang.

Returning to the Reflejo fight, Koon and Rak get ready to enter the battle following the former's plan. Reflejo remains standing by with Hwa Ryun as his hostage while Viole remains unconscious after being hit by the last shadow Bang attack. The masked Regular looks up at he mountain hole believing that the Archimedes solution will pour in soon, and is happy to know that his most desired wish for FUG to get their weapon is about to come true. It's at this point that Koon and Rak attack Reflejo.

Rak throws the Mad Shock to bait Reflejo to defend his front, but is caught off-guard when Koon teleports the Mad Shocker with his lighthouse field to hit Reflejo from behind. Koon uses the opening to get in close to try to stab Reflejo, but like usual, the masked Regular moves Hwa Ryun into the path to take the stab. In return, Koon taunts the masked Regular that he expected Reflejo was going to pull this. Meanwhile, Viole continues to lie on the ground unconscious, but his Thorn finally begins to unravel.

Seeing Koon stab Hwa Ryun, Reflejo asks if he chose to give up the hostage to change the flow of battle, but is shocked to see Hwa Ryun get sucked into the knife. Koon reveals the knife to be the White Heavenly Mirror he won from the One Shot, One Opportunity game, and used one of the knife's three abilities to seal Hwa Ryun into the knife to protect her from Reflejo. Claiming that he doesn't need to rely on a hostage to kill them, an enraged Reflejo sends his shadow Bangs at Koon to finish him off, but has his attack intercepted by powerful shinsoo Bangs from a now conscious Viole who now seems more powerful than before.

At Horyang's location, Xia stuggles to decide on who to side with since she wants to continue helping Viole, but also needs to help FUG since they promised to pay her a lot of money. She begins to hear the voices of Leesoo's rescue group getting closer, and is running out of time to choose a side.

Back to the Mad Dog fight, Hatsu figures he and Androssi need to change up their battle plan, and pulls out the metal rod he's been using as a sword. Androssi finds this to be a joke, but Hatsu informs her not to underestimate on what he can accomplish with a piece of metal, and states that he's serious about defeating FUG due to what they did to Baam. Androssi thinks back to the moment after she escaped the FUG Dormitory where Rak told her everything that happened to Baam becoming FUG's Slayer Candidate, and admits that the sight of Ron Mei pisses her off seeing another blonde traitor (referring to Rachel).

Androssi charges forward against Ron and Varagarv while Hatsu follows after her as support. Hatsu manages to fight through Varagarv's phantom wolves to distract the Mad Dog long enough for Androssi to teleport Varagarv away with her using the Bong Bong fairy. Androssi and Varagarv are teleported to a location high above the Workshop Battle island where she threatens to kick Varagarv downward to crash into the island to see if his invincibility will allow him to survive the fall.

Back to the Reflejo battle, Viole stands ready to fight once more, but this time around, with the Thorn now fully awakened. Viole feels the power of the Thorn flowing within him, and could tell that something about him feels different. He then returns to standing opposite Reflejo, who also notices that something about the FUG Slayer seems different.

Aboard the Archimedes, the Workshop guards regain control having captured the remaining intruders that have escaped. Io and Punk are excited at the thought that they can resume the tournament in order to get their hands on Emile. However, their attention, as well as Madoraco's, are brought to the sight of Androssi up in the sky kicking Varagarv down to the island.

Returning to the Reflejo battle, Reflejo thinks about how Poken gave him a piece of his shadow because he deserved it, and prepares for battle to test to see if Viole is deserving of the Thorn. The two engage in close-combat, but to Reflejo's surprise, Viole manages to immobilize him despite being a user of shadow that has no shinsoo flow to control. Watching Reflejo get knocked back, Koon deduces that the god-like power of the Thorn is allowing Viole to do the impossible as Reflejo realizes that the Thorn has indeed chosen Viole as its user.

Viole could tell that using the Thorn is draining his stamina greatly, and states to Reflejo that they should finish this quickly. Reflejo thinks back to making FUG's long-awaited dream a reality, and refuses to accept Viole as the organization's god despite being chosen as the Thorn's user. Viole agrees that he's no god, and is just FUG's illusion to cover their own weakness as he charges toward Reflejo. Koon and Rak provide back-up using the teleporting Mad Shocker combo once more to get Reflejo off-balance as Viole lands a major blow against Reflejo that finally knocks off his metal mask; claiming that he's done playing as FUG's god.

Meanwhile, at that exact moment, Androssi smashes the falling Varagarv against the island; ready for her date with Baam. However, Varagarv survives the crater impact much to Androssi's disappointment. Witnessing Androssi, the audience, as well as Io and Punk, begin to realize that something is amiss seeing the Workshop Battle continuing despite the postponement. Madoraco wonders if Androssi appearing means that Reflejo failed, and decides that it's time to begin the operation. A FUG Ranker wearing purple clothes working for Madoraco appears at the end of the Archimedes ready to drop the solution down onto the island.

Within the Thorn's mountain, Viole is left really exhausted after hitting Reflejo with his Thorn powered shinsoo blast. Now without his mask, an exhausted Reflejo shows off his true face towards Viole and company, and admits to finding it hilarious that god allowed such an undeserving person to have the Thorn. He states that he will be sure to correct god's mistake as Reflejo thinks back to a tragedy in his past where Reflejo's tribe was killed, and his eyes were cut out, for looking upon the beautiful Zahard Princess, Yulia, who he doesn't believe deserved to be given such beauty and Zahard Princess status.

Reflejo informs Viole, Koon, and Rak that the solution will now be poured into their room, and kill everyone in the process. He also claims that he's fine with dying if it means that FUG's dream will become reality as the purple clothed FUG Ranker begins to pour the Archimedes solution down upon the Thorn's mountain.

Hatsu arrives at Androssi and Varagarv's crater location with Ron Mei now as his hostage. Despite claims that it's against his character, Hatsu informs them that all he's doing is evening out the playing field given that the Mad Dog had taken hostages themselves. Pointing out that Varagarv injured his right foot absorbing the fall from the sky, Hatsu asks for the Mad Dog team to surrender since it's now obvious that Androssi and him are the real winners. Ron agrees to surrender, but warns them that Viole is about to be killed by the Archimedes solution, which causes Androssi and Hatsu to race off to the Thorn's mountain.

Back to the Thorn's mountain, the entrance into the room collapses as Reflejo reveals that his plan was to trap everyone here since he was prepared to die since the very beginning. Koon quickly calls Leesoo to ask how things are going on his side, but is informed that they're still looking for the hostages, and have lost contact with Androssi, who could have used the Bong Bong fairy to get them out. At that point, Leesoo's group is greeted by Xia, who's chosen to side with Viole, and shows his teammates the location of the other hostages.

Moments later, Leesoo informs Koon that they found the location of Horyang and Novick, and have regained contact with Androssi and Hatsu, who are getting closer to the Thorn's mountain. However, Androssi can't use the Bong Bong fairy due to exhausting its use against Varagarv and Ron. The solution begins to pour into the Thorn room as Androssi yells out that she doesn't plan to lose Baam this time around.

Meanwhile, Lero-Ro and Quant continue to wait out the 30 minute time limit at their escape vehicle with the newly arrived Sophia and Beta, as well as the eliminated Regulars: Anak, Ran, Miseng, and Parakewl. With only five minutes remaining for Viole's rescue operation, they notice the Archimedes beginning FUG's operation of pouring the solution down onto the island. Lero-Ro spots the purple-clothed FUG Ranker being the one pouring the solution, and finds it unbelievable that FUG is overstepping the boundaries by interfering with the E-rank Workshop Battle. He gives the order to Quant, as well as Hachuling aboard the Archimedes, that they're moving up the escape plan to rescue the E-rank Regulars from FUG. Meanwhile, inside the Thorn's mountain, the solution begins to destroy the room that Viole, Koon, Rak, and Reflejo are in.

Aboard the Archimedes, Io and Punk confront FUG Ranker Madoraco about the stunt he's pulling pouring the solution down while everyone is still watching the Workshop Battle. They also threaten to axe their deal since this stunt is also putting Io and Punk in danger, but Madoraco informs them that he was planning to axe the deal anyway since he decided to make the deal with Cassano rather than Io and Punk by handing the compressed flash item needed to get into Emile's facility over to the former. The FUG businessman reveals that Cassano has already escaped the Archimedes with Emile at hand, which enrages Io and Punk to the point of attacking the FUG Ranker. Madoraco however, isn't threatened since Io and Punk went to such great lengths to keep their plan a secret from everyone in the Tower, and attacks the hosts in return since no one is around to protect them.

Meanwhile, the purple-clothed FUG Ranker pouring the solution is greeted by Lero-Ro's escape vehicle. Quant flying the ship distracts the FUG Ranker long enough to allow for Lero-Ro to blast the FUG member away from the object that's pouring the solution. The solution stops falling into the Thorn room as Viole and company realize that Lero-Ro's escape vehicle is already here to save them.

While Lero-Ro holds off the purple-clothed FUG Ranker, Koon asks how things are going on Leesoo's side, which is answered that they just found Novick and Horyang thanks to FUG Team's Xia telling them the locations. Koon gives the order Leesoo's group to head for Lero-Ro's escape vehicle now that their side's job is complete. Meanwhile, Koon, Baam, and Rak will wait for Androssi since their only chance of escaping the Thorn room they're trapped in is with her Bong Bong fairy's teleportation ability.

The battle between Lero-Ro and the purple-clothed FUG Ranker continues as the latter calls out the former's reckless actions for getting in the way of FUG's plan. However, Lero-Ro reveals that with the help of a hacker (Hachuling) aboard the Archimedes, they've managed to get word to the entire Tower of what FUG's trying to pull here. Lero-Ro adds that they left out the information about their attempt to combine an Irregular with the Thorn, which enrages the FUG Ranker knowing that the entire Tower will be against FUG under the belief that they're just doing an evil deed of interrupting the E-rank Workshop Battle.

Meanwhile, Androssi and Hatsu reach the caved in entrance of the mountain room Baam and company are trapped in, but is annoyed that Bong Bong isn't working to get to the other side. Deducing that the Bong Bong fairy needs energy to reactivate, she notices the battery backpack left over from Hatsu's Workshop guard disguise, and realizes that she has a means to power the Bong Bong back up.

Within the mountain, the Thorn room is calm for the moment due to the solution no longer being poured. Viole asks if Reflejo is fine with all of them dying working as a minion for someone else (Poken), but Reflejo answers that he is, and it's because Viole doesn't understand what it means to give hope to others through death. Reflejo states to Viole that he hates god for giving the new Slayer Candidate power that he wishes he himself had to change the Tower, as well as his own petty life, and uses the last of his shadow shinsoo to destroy the platform they're all currently standing on.

Baam, Koon, Rak, and Reflejo all begin to fall towards the pool of Archimedes solution below them. Reflejo thinks about Princess Yulia one last time, and is glad that he will finally forget about her in death, as well as perform his last wish to provide FUG their great Irregular weapon. However, Reflejo's forced to watch Androssi and Hatsu teleport into the room with the Bong Bong fairy, and watches them teleport out with Viole, Koon, and Rak; leaving Reflejo alone in the room falling towards the Archimedes solution, which presumably kills him.

Back to the Archimedes, Madoraco is shown to have easily defeated Io and Punk. However, he's greeted by the man-in-while that has been watching over the Workshop Battle this entire time. In return, Madoraco finds it unbelievable who he's looking upon.

Outside the Thorn's mountain, the remaining members of the Mad Dog team, Varagarv and Ron, make their escape from the Workshop Battle. Ron looks back at the battle going on at the mountain, and claims that the two of them will return to one day take the Slayer Candidate role away from Viole.

Elsewhere, Androssi drops Viole and company out of the Bong Bong fairy outside the Thorn's mountain while Leesoo's group reunite with them all being carried by Vespa. The two sides are glad to see one another, but are greeted by Quant driving the escape vehicle, who informs them all that they need to escape as soon as possible. Viole and company make their way to the escape vehicle, but are greeted by one of Madoraco's FUG Rankers looking to take the Thorn back.

Lero-Ro is currently preoccupied dealing with the purple-clothed FUG Ranker in the sky, which forces Quant to step in to fight the newly arrived FUG Ranker. However, before they could engage in a fight, Madoraco gives the order for the FUG Rankers to retreat. Madoraco warns the FUG Rankers that any foolish moves at the moment could cost them everything due to the sudden appearance of the man-in-white who's powerful enough to destroy them. The two FUG Rankers retreat away from the Workshop Battle as Quant stops by Lero-Ro's location with the escape vehicle to pick him up.

Back to the Archimedes, Madoraco and the man-in-white engage in conversation about knowing one another. Figuring that the man-in-white's been watching this entire time, Madoraco wonders if the former had planned this whole thing for Viole to end up with the Thorn. The man-in-white, despite giving off a smile, denies it that he's just here as a substituion for the Great Teacher that's supposed to watch over the Workshop Battle. The man-in-white then states that it's about time to announce the winners of said Workshop Battle, which is announced to be Koon and Wangnan's Team Tangsooyook.

Aboard the escape vehicle, Ranker Hachuling teleports in the remaining E-rank Regulars left at the waiting room to the escape vehicle as all of Viole's companions are now completely reunited, and ready to leave the Workshop Battle. Later at a resort, they spend the next hours partying now that the Workshop Battle is done with while Viole rests with his original teammates, Koon and Rak. Wangnan is also seen resting recovering from his injury.

Later that night, the man-in-white speaks with the person over the radio about how this Tower shapes people, as well as the major blow FUG took losing the Thorn, and losing their good relationship with Workshop. The man on the radio then asks the man-in-white who the real Zahard Prince is that's supposed to take the Tower's final test. However, the man-in-white, revealed to be one of the ten Great Family heads, Po Bidau Gustang, states to the man on the radio that he's being too impatient to get the answer, and that they should wait and see since Viole and company's adventure up the Tower has only just begun.
