At the veterinarian office, Penny is taking phone calls while Trudy is busy. The vet gets a visit from famous singer Mariah Carey, whose pet monkey, Francois, is gravely ill from eating the ever-so-hazardous Proud Snax. Word quickly spreads of Mariah Carey's presence at the vet to the point where Penny's friends show up just to meet her, including Sticky, who hired a mariachi band to serenade her. Meanwhile, Oscar's monkey employee, Mr. Chips, gets injured from one of Oscar's antics at the Proud Snax factory. He takes Mr. Chips to the vet, where he also runs into Mariah. Without anyone noticing, Mr. Chips and Francois accidentally switch places with each other, resulting in Mr. Chips going to the hotel with Mariah, while Francois is lumped in with the Prouds. At the hotel, Mr. Chips is enjoying a life of luxury. Meanwhile, Francois is shown to be a very talented cook and pianist, the latter of which Oscar exploits until he eventually lands them both in jail for soliciting. Wizard Kelly bails the two out after catching wind of Francois's piano talent and hires him to perform at his show, going so far as to write down a very hefty check for Oscar. At the concert, Oscar forces Francois to carry a piano on his back to the stage. The latter soon finds Mr. Chips hanging out with Mariah. Enraged, Francois attacks Mr. Chips, and takes him to the janitor's closet to duke it out. Francois returns to Mariah, while Mr. Chips goes back to Oscar, and performs poorly on the piano, causing Oscar to lose his check. The next day, Oscar punishes Mr. Chips by assigning him to janitorial duty at the Proud Snax factory. That is, until Mr. Chips jumps into a Mariah Carey music video and rides away on a speedboat.
