Sophia plans to make a new tattoo (big, aggressive panther on her loin), despite all Rita's and Lyuba's attempts to talk her out of it, stating possible bad consequences (Rita) and just how silly she would look (Lyuba). She ignores them. Kupitman learns about Sophia's plans, and panics: when her parents would find out, this would end badly for both of them. He then asks her wether she's that certain that tattoo masters would be... well, "masters", not some random back-alley half-wits, who would embarrass her, him and their whole family. This fails to convince her, as she's that desperate to for once go against her family's strict rules. Sophia actually does the tattoo... a small rose on her ankle. Turns out that tattoo master (after witnessing just how scared she was of his needles) himself talked her out of doing that aggressive tattoo she wanted initially, stating that it wouldn't fit her fragile, sensitive nature, and suggested something else. She then the "symbolism" of that rose, which makes Kupitman angry (while Lyuba and Rita bursts into laugh).

One of the doctors, surgeon Dmitry Vasilyevich, asks Kisegach to buy him new operating table, and she agrees (despite stating that it would consume a big chunk of their budget). Dmitry then thanks Bykov, who suggested him when time is right to ask for such things (and when it isn't, so he may avoid wasting his time): he, as Kisegach's husband, knows when she's in the right mood. As a reward, he gifts Bykov two hockey tickets, for VIP places. Kisegach, meanwhile, feels extreme boredom due to nobody bothering her with their demands. Kisegach realises that people who don't bother her, instead goes to Bykov. Bykov assures her that this is just their trust, but Kisegach then remembers that just before she talked with surgeon, Bykov spent a long time "stealthy" mentioning that Surgery needs new operating table, bad. What if he tries to "usurp" some of her power for himself? He assures her that she just imagines things... and then starts just as "subtly" programming her to buy new gear for dentist (who already promised Bykov the ticket for paid fishing at good spot).

Alexei is bothered by two kids playing "spies" (with him being their "objective"). At firs, he plays along, but them constantly following him quickly ceases being funny, so he orders them to leave him alone. Meanwhile, Maxim, who thinks that Kisegach dislikes him, tries to gift her flowers and apologise for that incident when he stole Bykov's passport, but with no reaction whatsoever. Alexei thinks that he just must leave her alone, but Max thinks that he needs a plan "B". Like, gifting her candies. This fails, too, but he has yet another plan (which worked flawlessly back in school): pretend that he fell in love with her. People in love tend to cause such feelings like pity, sympathy, but never hatred. Maxim tries to gift Kisegach chocolate, and then perfume, but she quickly recognises his real motifs. But, thankfully for Max, he ''has'' a way to win some sympathy: he must spy on Bykov and find evidences that he tries to "usurp" some of her power.

Maxim needs Alexei's help (for which he asks in rather insulting manner). Fortunately for him, Alexei knows who may help: those kids who bothered Alexei for a whole day; they even have a toy helicopter-attached videocamera! When they eavesdrops Bykov's plan (lay low, so Kisegach would stop suspecting that something is wrong, so they would continue with new strength), Kisegach confronts Bykov about the whole scheme. He reveals just why he does it; he started when she was on maternity leave, since it was the only way to deal with their problems back then, and continued even after... because why not? This way, she wouldn't be overworked and would have more time on their baby. And any presents Bykov receives (which were their own initiative, Bykov never asked for them) goes straight to their family; he even states some which Kisegach used, too. This doesn't convince her, after which Bykov asks her to at least reveal who's a snitch, which she immediately does, resulting in Maxim receiving ''ten'' night shifts.

* CallBack: Maxim states Kisegach's cold treatment of him is caused by her still being angry at him for that incident when he stole Bykov's passport to get into internship (she then almost kicked him out on the spot). Alexei, in same conversation, also mentioned that time when they stole furniture from Gynaecology, only to being busted.
* ChekhovsGun: In the episode where Sophia tried to find a "new image", Sophia mentioned plans to make a tattoo. She didn't forget about it, and now decided to actually do it, kickstarting her plot.

Sophia still plans to make new tattoo (big, aggressive panther on her loin), despite all Rita's and Lyuba's attempts to talk her out of it, stating possible bad consequences (Rita) and just how silly she would look (Lyuba). She ignored them.

One of doctors, surgeon Dmitry Vasilyevich, asked Kisegach to buy him new operating table, and she agreed (despite stating it would eat big chunk of their budget). Dmitry then thanked Bykov, who suggested him when time is right to ask for such things (and when it isn't, so he may avoid wasting his time): he, as Kisegach's husband, knows when she's in the right mood. As a reward, he gifted Bykov two hockey tickets, for VIP places. Kisegach, meanwhile, feels extreme boredom due to nobody bothering her with their demands.

Alexei is bothered by two kids playing "spies" (with him being their "object"). At first he played along, but them constantly following him quickly ceased being funny, so he ordered them to leave him alone.

Maxim, who thinks what Kisegach dislikes him, tried to gift her flowers and apology for that incident when he stole Bykov's passport, but with no reaction whatsoever. Alexei thinks he just must leave her alone, but Max thinks he needs plan "B". Like, gifting her candies. This failed, too. But he has yet another plan (which worked flawlessly in school): pretending what he fell in love with Kisegach. People in love tend to cause such feelings like pity, sympathy, but not hatred.

Kisegach realised what people who didn't bothered her, instead go to Bykov. Bykov assured her what this is just their thrust, but Kisegach then remembered what just before she talked with surgeon, Bykov spent long time "stealthy" mentioning what Surgery needs new operating table, bad. What if he tries to "usurp" some of her power for himself? He assured her what she just imagines things... and then started just as "subtly" programming her to buy new gear for dentist (who already promised Bykov ticket for paid fishing at good spot).

Kupitman learns about Sophia's plan to make new tattoo, and panics: when her parents would learn about it, this wouldn't end well for her... nor for him. He then asked her wether she's that certain what tattoo-masters would be... well, "masters", not some random back-alley half-wits, who would only embarrass her, him and all their family. This failed to convince her, too, because she just wants to go against her family's strict rules, for once.

Maxim tried to gift Kisegach chocolate, and then perfume, but she quickly recognised his real motifs. But, thankfully for Max, he ''has'' a way to win some sympathy: he must spy on Bykov and find evidences what he tries to "usurp" some of her power.

Sophia actually ''did'' that tattoo... small rose on her ankle. Turns out, what tattoo-master (after witnessing just how scared she was of his needles) himself talked her out of doing that aggressive tattoo she wanted initially, stating what it wouldn't fit her fragile, sensitive nature, and suggested something else. She then stated rose's "symbolism", which only made Kupitman angrier (while both Rita and Lyuba only laughed).

Maxim needs Alexei's help (for which he asked in rather insulting manner). Fortunately for him, Alexei knows who may help: those kids who bothered Alexei for whole day; they even have toy helicopter-attached videocamera! When they eavesdropped Bykov's plan (lay low, so Kisegach would stop suspecting what something is wrong, so they would continue with new strength), Kisegach confronted Bykov about whole scheme. He revealed just why he does it; he started when she was on maternity leave, since it was the only way the could deal with their problems back then, and continued even after... because why not? This way, she wouldn't be overworked and would have more time on their baby. And any presents Bykov receives (which were their own initiative, Bykov never asked for them) go straight to their family; he even stated some which Kisegach used, too. This didn't convinced her, after which Bykov asked her to at least reveal who's snitch. Which she did. So, ten night shifts it is!

!! This episode provides examples of:
* AllForNothing: Maxim, who after multiple failures tried to mend his relationship with Kisegach, only succeed at restoring it back to indifference... and won Bykov's wrath, because Kisegach without qualms revealed his involvement when asked, resulting in him receiving ''ten'' night shifts.
* BaitAndSwitch: Two kids playing "spies", and want to "spy" on Alexei. He told them what he doesn't want to see them again... because not being spotted is absolute must when you spy on someone.
* BeYourself: Sophia thinks she needs tattoo to show she isn't "nerd", and actually is free-spirited modern girl. Rita thinks she already is, and needs no tattoo to show it (and Lyuba outright considers tattoos to be "moronic"). After them, Kupitman tired to appeal to the fact what he "masters" may just turns out to be plain incompetent and embarrass her with terrible tattoo she didn't want. Neither one of them succeed at convincing her, because she just not wants to be herself anymore: she's ''that'' tired to being quiet, modest rule-abiding grey mouse, and wants to do something ''she'' wants, for once.
* CallBack:
** In episode when she tried to find "new image", Sophia mentioned plans to get tattoo. Turns out, she didn't forgot it, and decided to do it now, kickstarting her plot for this episode.
** Maxim states Kisegach's cold treatment of him is caused by her still being angry at him for that incident when he stole Bykov's passport to get into internship (she then almost kicked him out on the spot). Alexei, in same conversation, also mentioned that time when they stole furniture from Gynaecology, only to being busted.
* ChekhovsGun: Those kids (who at one point deployed toy helicopter-attached videocamera) spying on Alexei at first seemed to be just some random gags not relevant to main plot, but then their skills were requested by Maxim ([[ItMakesSenseInContext who was tasked by Kisegach to spy on Bykov]]).
* EmbarrassingTattoo: When Rita (who appealed to how silly it would look in old age) and Lyuba (who appealed to how silly it would look, period) both failed to convince Sophia to ''not'' do that tattoo, Kupitman then stated what she's not sure wether her masters, well, "masters", and what they can do plain bad work; cut to ImagineSpot with Kupitman revealing ''[[EpicFail swastika]]'' tattoo on Sophia's back. This actually more scared ''him'' than Sophia, who tried to calm him down.
* AGlassInTheHand: When Kupitman waited for Sophia (who ''still'' decided to make this tattoo even after all his attempts to talk her out of it), he was so nervous, he accidentally broke pencil in his hand.
* ImmediateSelfContradiction: Just after Bykov told Kisegach what [[BlatantLies he never tried to manipulate her into buying new operating table for Surgery]], he started similarly "subtly" programming her to buy new equipment for dentist.
* OccamsRazor: Maxim thinks Kisegach treats him so coldly due to still being angry for that time when he stole Bykov's passport from her. Alexei thinks what she's just irritated by Max bothering her constantly.
* ProductPlacement: Yet another one for "Snickers", this time full vending machine with their logo.
* SeriousBusiness: Sophia getting tattoo is treated as ''very'' reckless, dangerous or even outright moronic decision by anyone she asked (Kupitman overreacted the most, but his case at least understandable, since he knows just ''how'' her parents would react.
* StalkerWithACrush: {{Invoked|Trope}} by Maxim; he thinks what people in (unrequited) looks "cute" and forces other to feel pity and/or sympathy towards them, so the best way he can win back Kisegach's sympathy after angering her so many times before is to act like he fell in love with her. This plan ''somehow'' worked several times in the past, but when tried on Kisegach, she recognised his actual goal after third attempt to gift her something, after which she hired him to spy on Bykov (who plays his own game).
* StealthInsult: Maxim's help request sounded as poorly disguised insult rather than compliment.
