Mostly minor edits; exchanged "killing" for "shooting"

->'''June''': She got [someone] killed and she doesn't feel sorry about it.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Lydia has Ryan taken away by child services after her tryst with the principal goes awry. Noelle only wanted to help Lydia with her personal life, and the principal does not approve. It is hinted that Lydia took this drastic step to get back at both of them: Noelle for having so many relationships so "easily," and the principal for not being ready to sleep with her.

* GoneHorriblyRight: June’s torment of Ofmatthew after her betrayal leads to a rather gruesome outcome.

** Then, while participating in the Circle of Shame against June, June rats Ofmatthew out for her concern about being pregnant, forcing Lydia to put Ofmatthew in the circle and for June and the other handmaids to shame her.

* NotGoodWithRejection: Lydia towards the principal of which she has an attraction to. Given that he was widowed three years prior, he isn't quite ready to reciprocate and that he wants to take this slow. Lydia does not take this well ''at all''.

* ParentalNeglect: The young child in Aunt Lydia's flashbacks suffers from this. While his mother absolutely loves him very much, she can't provide adequate food for his lunches, leaves him at school without answering phone calls, and allows his hygiene to suffer. Lydia would be within her rights (and legally obligated) to remand him into state custody if this behavior was ongoing and unchanging.

* SoundtrackDissonance: The killing of Ofmatthew is followed by a jaunty rendition of "Que Sera Sera" in the credits.

** Constant bullying can lead to a huge backlash especially if the person being bullied is already emotionally compromised.

Dewicked trope

* AdultFear: Having a relatively healthy pregnancy for nine months only for the baby to die in birth is the worst that can happen to any mother. Even the Commander's wife is completely broken by this.

* RealityEnsues:
** There is a reason why homebirths are considered to be risky, especially without the proper medical equipment. Had such equipment been available, they would have seen that Ofandy's baby is in distress (with the cord wrapped around her neck) and that an emergency C-Section would have been ordered. So much for Gilead valuing the birth of a child.

What The Hell Hero happens when a character in-universe calls out the hero, which only really happens in the next episode, when Janine calls out June for taking her revenge on Ofmatthew way too far.

* WhatTheHellHero: June is relentless in her quest to take revenge on Ofmatthew and has no regrets in taking it as far as she does.
