* {{Determinator}}: Earth-96 Superman just won't quit, no matter how many Earth's he fails to safe. Nicely linked with his logo, he added some black to it to show that even in the darkest times, hope cuts through the darkness.

* DownerEnding: Earth-90 Flash sacrifices himself to stop the anti-matter wave, but a possessed Harbinger reappears and recreates the wave, destroying Earth-1. Pariah sends the Paragons to Vanishing Point, but in a case of KickTheDog, Lex Luthor selfishly writes his name over Earth-96 Superman's symbol, forcing Superman-96 back into the anti-matter wave and taking his place as the Paragon of Truth.

* ForegoneConclusion: A Flash would die in the Crisis. However, with there being multiple Flashes, and the Monitor never specifying which one, it was easy to tell that it wasn't going to be Barry of Earth-1.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Even the 100% charming, 100% affable Lucifer, does not like Constantine, only putting up with him because he needs to repay a favor.

** Kate compliments Kara over her hoopeful attitude and decides to come clean about taking the kryptonite from Earth-99's Bruce. She decides to let her keep it.

** After a whole season of Barry preparing to die in order to save everyone, he ends up being the only one from his team to still be alive.
** As Lois pointed out, she is in the center of one of the biggest news in all of history, but apparently no one is going to be around to read it.

* ALadyOnEachArm: Constantine, Diggle and Mia meet Lucifer just as he steps out of a club with two dates.

** When Elongated Man appears on the Waverider and becomes starstruck at the sight of so many heroes, Killer Frost tells the others not to pay him any mind as it's his first crossover.
** The last Paragon to be revealed is also literally the newest member of the Arrowverse cast as a whole.

** The reason Earth-2 fell to the anti-matter wave so early on is because it wasn't actually destroyed by the same wave. The Anti-Monitor used Earth-2 to test his anti-matter cannon, before unleashing it upon the remainder of the multiverse.

* SelfDestructMechanism: The anti-matter cannon has one after Earth-90's Flash is removed from the treadmill.

** The anti-matter wave, thought to have receded, suddenly emerges again, consuming the last universe, Earth-1.
** At the Vanishing Point, as the survivors regroup, Earth-96 Superman collapses then disappears, replaced by Luthor.

** Kate tries to make Kara desist from using the Book Of Destiny to restore the multiverse, pointing out that nobody knows what could happen to Kara or the Earths she wants to save.
