When Rocky tells the kids that they can skip school, Richard, Principal Brown, Harold[[note]]Tobias' father[[/note]], and Dexter[[note]]Alan's father[[/note]] hijack the school bus to teach the kids a lesson about playing hooky, but the plan balloons into a high-speed chase from the police when it's revealed that the quartet have a ticking suitcase and are getting phone calls from an evil voice who want them to go through with the plan.
