** The White family also returns from the Season 21 finale, as do the ICE personnel from the beginning of the season, now adopting out kids whose parents were deported,[[CruelMercy but they got to stay because they were born in the United States and thus have birthright citizenship]] (with the entire process treated like it's an animal shelter).

Mayor [=McDaniels=] has Randy sent to prison after Tweek's parents provide footage of him blowing up local weed farms. [[AndThereWasMuchRejoicing There rest of the family celebrates]], but Randy consults president Garrison for advice on how to get out. Meanwhile, Jason White dies, and his parents adopt (and abuse) a Mexican child named Alejandro to fill the void.

* GagEcho: Through out this episode, Jeff and the Whites respond to the Spanish they hear from the migrant children is "Buen. Gracis. Y'tu?" [[note]]Good. Thanks. And you?[[/note]]

* {{Foil}}: The Whites can be seen as those to the Stotch parents, as they are both physically and emotionally abusive towards their children. However, Robert and Mrs. White are way worse than Stephen and Linda since the latter two have toned down a bit over the seasons.
* ForgottenFallenFriend: The students have to be reminded by Jason's dad that he was killed in an accident,

* ItsAllAboutMe: The Whites think their plight is more important than Randy's.

* UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist: It's a Whites heavy episode. ALL throughout this episode, the entire family, keep talking about how [[FirstWorldProblems "hard" their lives are]], thinking that it is because [[SmallNameBigEgo everyone is against them]]; and [[ShamelessSelfPromoter they will make sure EVERYONE knows of their problem regardless of the situation]].
** Bob think that nobody cares that police killed his son, there is no outrage because he was a White, when in actuality: his son's death was more of a traffic accident than an act of police brutality (much less one caught on camera).
*** In fact, he actually seems more mad at the town for [[AttentionWhore not acknowledging them for their lost]] [[SkewedPriorities than the actual DEATH of their son]], especially when the town is upset with Randy bombing people's yards (stating mostly because "nobody cares for the Whites"). He doesn't even try to confront the police who killed his son. He DID got over his son's death when they adopt Alejandro and other child, mostly cause there are MORE Whites now. He is only mad with Alejandro when is he is NOT acting like Jason.
** They showed up at the party celebrating Randy going to jail just to shame the crowd for not caring for their son's death... all the while ignoring how Randy hurt town overall; they only cared that Randy was going to jail meant that they can't get any weed now.
** They take in Alejandro, only to ignore his wants/needs and force him to be exactly like Jason.
** When they protesting for Randy and get ignored, they instantly think it is because they're White.
* WhiteMansBurden: [[SubvertedTrope SUBVERTED. HARD]]. With how the Whites [[ObliviouslyEvil "help"]] Alejandro.

** Mrs White, [[ExcessiveMourning while constantly crying for her dead son]], just lets Bob bullies Alejandro and gets all [[CrocodileTears teary with how Alejandro does things that "Jason would NEVER do"]].

** Of course, Bob White constantly talked out how nobody cared how his son was killed by police [[LessDisturbingInContext (in a random traffic accident)]], he and his (biological) family show [[StrawHypocrite NO qualms or ANY reaction]] to how their [[ParentalFavoritism son was being DELIBERATELY shot at by them]].

* CaptainOblivious: The Whites believe in Randy's innocence,[[ObviouslyEvil despite the overall recorded evidence against him as well as he less than subtitle self promotion of the stuff he WAS proud of]], mostly because they want to buy his weed. Their delusion was fueled even more with how [[ConfirmationBias President Garrison and Rudy Giuliani are in support of Randy too.]]
* CassandraTruth: Subverted. The townspeople believe Randy was right about the existence of Mexican Joker when Alejandro goes on his rampage, but it was just a ContrivedCoincidence and Randy really did blow up everyone's backyards.

* InsaneTrollLogic: Alejandro is believed to be responsible for Randy's acts of terrorism against home-growers, despite Alejandro being in a detention facility until ''after'' Randy's arrest. Not to mention the fact that there is ''video evidence'' of Randy blowing up a homegrown weed.

* ItsAllAboutMe: The Whites think their plight is more important than Randy's. Though in all fairness, they had just lost their son and were grieving. Still: Randy was caught on camera committing blowing up yards, and they were more upset that with him facing prison time: they can't get any weed to make themselves feel better.

* HypocriticalHumor: Randy says that he forgot about his family and that he wouldn't forget them anymore. The thing is, he only mentioned Sharon and Stan. What about poor Shelly, Randy?

Not to mention the fact there’s ''video evidence'' of Randy blowing up a homegrown weed farm. Played with in that this stupidity is pretty par for the course of the town.

The Mayor has evidence that Randy blew up his neighbors' yards in protest over homegrown weed and then blamed it on Mexican Joker. Now the citizens of South Park have had enough of Randy and Tegridy Farms and they just want to lock him up.
