The SBPD SWAT team shows up, and the sole thief, Phil Stubbins, starts making demands to try and get away. Cameron Luntz, the commander of the SBPD’s SWAT team, takes over as chief negotiator, and Shawn finds himself more than a little annoyed when he discovers that Luntz is dating Juliet. However, while Shawn is poking around looking for clues, he discovers that there’s more to the situation than meets the eye, and the thief may actually be the victim of a larger conspiracy…
