On a date with Rosa on the top of the ship, Wally suddenly falls sick. The rest of the crew begin searching for symptoms, despite him claiming he's fine. Later, they decide to use empathy to feel what Wally is going through, though they later resort to making Wally's blood move faster so the leukocytes, the white blood cells, can fight the viruses better. They make him run on a treadmill, drink hot tea and have a shot, though none of those things seem to work, and even make Wally paranoid. He eventually decides to run away and hide under the rain, despite the others still wanting to help him. He eventually falls into the river while running away, which makes him even more sick. Carlin wonders if something small enough to enter Wally's system to fight the viruses can exist, so they go to Pin for help. After looking at the Iron Nanny, they decide to make hundreds of smaller copies of it so they can enter Wally's immune system and fight the viruses. Eventually, he gets cured, and Pin activates the protocol that frees the tiny nannies from his body.
