Lupo and Bernard find out that he was killed by a woman named Tina Benko because he had been texting and driving. She got the information she needed from a website run by a group called the Flash Posse. The DA office goes after Jim Leary (Creator/RobCordry), who owns the site. Leary has done some fact-finding on his own on Bernard and the defense uses the information to make him look bad on the witness stand.
