* SoapPunishment: After reaching his breaking point, Hank grabs Rich in a headlock, drags him into the bathroom and washes his mouth out with soap. His screaming gets the rest of the employees and Buck to see if he's OK, and when Rich runs to Buck to tell him what Hank did, he admits it in full and delivers an ultimatum, demanding Rich to be gone or he quits. Buck asks whether the other employees agree with Hank and plan to do the same, and when they meekly nod their heads in agreement, Buck realizes he's about to lose his entire workforce for standing up to a single guy only he finds funny at this point and changes his tact, claiming that he never thought Rich was all that funny to begin with and fires him.

Rich: while he doesn't actually directly swear any more than any other character, he's completely unable to resist reacting to anything that could be twisted into something even remotely suggestive.

A new employee named Rich (voiced by Creator/BenStiller) becomes popular around Strickland Propane for telling lewd jokes, but Hank feels uncomfortable about them and the lawyer he talks to advises Hank to sue for sexual harassment (since telling raunchy jokes during work hours counts as harassment). Meanwhile, Dale trades smoking cigarettes for chewing tobacco.
