Touma's reunion with Luna is cut short when Reika kidnaps Luna. Touma chases after her, but is shot down in the river. Meanwhile, the siblings question what were the intentions of Master Logos when he released Bahat and colaborated with the Meggid. With the addition of Luna, the stolen Seikens and Wonder Ride Books are prepared for the creation of Book of All.

Touma wakes up from a nightmare about Kento and Luna and heads out with the others to stop Master Logos. That only saves him the trouble of having to chase them down, as their [=WRB=]s and Seikens fall into his hands one way or another. Kento, Ren and Desast also head into the battle with their own goals. The end as predicted by Kurayami is near. Or is it?
