[[AC:Le Spooky Corn Maze...of Doom!]]
[[quoteright:1000:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_10_10_104538_pm.png]]

Harvey and his friends say that Les Squirrels' corn maze from last year was not scary, so Les Squirrels work to make this Halloween's maze the scariest ever.

!!Tropes:
* AlmostKiss: The walls of the corn maze collapse to reveal Piri Piri and Rooter about to kiss each other. This is quickly interrupted once they realize they’re free from the maze and they act like nothing happened.
* CheapCostume: Kratz goes as the “Spirit of Fall,” which is just his regular outfit with leaves taped all over him, because the store was out of costumes.
* CompanyCrossReferences: The card indicating a flashback to last year’s Halloween is read by a French narrator, a reference to an iconic gag in fellow Nickelodeon show, ''[[WesternAnimation/SpongebobSquarepants Spongebob Squarepants]]''.
* DistinctionWithoutADifference: Played for laughs.
-->'''Rooter:''' Phew! It wasn’t a monster, it’s just Princess.
-->'''Kratz:''' I guess those things are different...?
* DoomyDoomsOfDoom: Used in the episode’s title.
* {{Flashback}}: The episode starts with a look back at the previous year’s Halloween and Les Squirrels’ lame and super easy corn maze.
* GoneMadFromTheIsolation: Willy, who has clearly been lost in the maze alone for quite some time, is beginning to lose it to say the least.
* HalloweenEpisode: Harvey and his friends spend Halloween lost in a spooky corn maze.
* HandRubbing: Jean Luc does this before letting out an EvilLaugh when Harvey and his friends go into the new and improved corn maze.
* InstantlyProvenWrong: Harvey says, “At least we still have the light of the sun.” Immediately after that, the sun rapidly sets.
* LetsSplitUpGang: The group splits up to go look for Princess after she runs off and disappears. Needless to say, this wasn’t a good idea.
* LostInTheMaize: The corn maze this year is so scary and impossible that Harvey and his friends get lost in it for hours.
* MobileMaze: Les Squirrels have somehow managed to create a labyrinthine corn maze that shifts its walls when people’s backs are turned.
* NakedPeopleAreFunny: Foo’s costume is a pumpkin. The tip of his antenna is painted green, but otherwise he’s completely naked. The camera only shows him from the back at first with his bare butt front and center. He puts his pants back on shortly after.
-->'''Fee:''' I told you they wouldn’t get it. Better put these back on. ''Buncha prudes.''
* OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: Harvey goes as a werewolf mailman for Halloween.
* PungeonMaster: Les Squirrels, apparently. Their maze is filled with signs featuring corn-themed puns.
* {{Sadist}}: Les Squirrels clearly take great joy in watching the kids suffer in fear and confusion as they watch them try to navigate their corn maze via security cameras.
* SaveTheJerk: Being the AllLovingHero that he is, Harvey goes back to save Les Squirrels as the underground tunnels are caving in on them.
* ShoutOut: Rooter is dressed as [[Franchise/{{Rambo}} Rambo]].
* SpecialEditionTitle: The title sequence gets a creepier version of the theme song, along with Halloween-themed versions of the pictures usually shown.
* ATasteOfTheirOwnMedicine: Harvey, Fee, and Foo decide to teach Les Squirrels a lesson by making them feel as scared as the kids felt in the maze.
* TheWallsAreClosingIn: Four walls of corn box in Harvey, Fee, and Foo and threaten to squish them until Foo digs them a tunnel to safety.
* YouFool: Jean Luc’s reaction when he finds out that Foo dug tunnels all around their underground base and the ceiling is about to collapse on them.

[[AC:Harvey Isn't Scary]]
[[quoteright:1000:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_10_10_112221_pm.png]]

Harvey and his friends tell a scary story, but Harvey just can't seem to come up with anything truly frightening.

!!Tropes:
* AbsurdPhobia: All of the kids’ fears can be considered this as they’re all rather ridiculous, except for the twins’ very valid fear of being separated.
* DramaticThunder: Thunder crashes and lightning strikes as Foo suggests they hide in a creepy house on a hill.
* FauxHorrific: Harvey’s ideas of what’s scary:
** A coat that’s missing two buttons so it can never be closed all the way.
** A TV that’s stuck on a boring channel because the remote is out of batteries.
** Toaster Tarts fresh out of the toaster that are still cold in the middle.
** A blanket that’s too short so they have to decide between either their feet or their shoulders being cold.
* GiantFootprintReveal: In Rooter’s part of the story, Foo is playing in a pond that’s revealed to be a giant footprint.
* GoneHorriblyRight: Fee’s advice to Harvey on how to be scary works a little too well.
* HalloweenEpisode: A continuation of the same Halloween night as “Le Corn Maze…of Doom!”
* IAmAMonster: Harvey calls himself a monster and [[RunningAwayToCry runs away to cry]] when he realizes how much he terrified his friends.
* IKnowWhatYouFear: Harvey is able to read his friends so well that he can figure out their biggest fears and exploit them for his scary story.
* ItWasADarkAndStormyNight: A variation with how Rooter starts off the story:
-->'''Rooter:''' It was a dark, cold night...
* LoudGulp: Harvey nervously gulps when he gets a second chance to prove that he can be scary.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: When Harvey realizes he used his power of empathy for evil:
-->'''Harvey:''' What have I done? I didn’t see that my power to warm hearts could also kill them!
* RealAfterAll: Once everyone leaves, Seth, the quiet fox character with glasses that the group had been ignoring the whole episode, morphs into a monster that one can only assume is the real Blargus.
* RealDreamsAreWeirder: Piri Piri bases her part of the story on a dream she had, so of course it makes no sense.
* SurprisinglyHappyEnding: To make it up to his friends for scaring them so badly, Harvey changes the end of the story to make it happy for everyone - even the Blargus.
* SuspiciouslySpecificDenial: Mikey returns after nobody comes looking for him and claims that he “wasn’t out there crying or anything” as he wipes his eye.
* UrbanLegend: Rooter starts the episode by telling the legend of the Blargus, a monster that eats children if their campfire stories aren’t scary enough.
* WhatDoTheyFearEpisode: The episode turns into this as each of the character’s biggest fears are revealed.
** Foo: The sound of corduroy
** Rooter: Being weak
** Kratz: Expired frozen meals
** Piri Piri: The pessimistic baby from her dream
** Mikey: Losing his headphones
** Fee: The twins losing each other
