Added DiffLines:

At first, Harry cannot accept that Sirius is dead. Lupin tries to drag him away and plans to round up his remaining friends. Dumbledore has immobilised most of the remaining Death Eaters and Moody is back on his feet. Bellatrix fights off both Kingsley and Dumbledore and escapes the room. In a fit of rage, Harry follows her into the Brain Room. He passes Ron, Luna and Ginny, who are stirring, and Hermione who is still unconscious. He pursues Bellatrix out of the Department of Mysteries and back to the Atrium.

Ever the {{Troll}}, Bellatrix taunts him over Sirius's death, and she is too powerful for Harry to defeat. But Harry has a reason to taunt her - the prophecy was smashed and Voldemort is not going to be happy. That is indeed the case, as Voldemort reveals when he suddenly appears. He then tries to kill Harry, but is stopped by the equally sudden appearance of Dumbledore. Dumbledore animates the statues on the nearby fountain. Two smaller statues go to fetch help, a witch statue traps Bellatrix and a wizard statue shields Harry, as Dumbledore and Voldemort engage in an epic duel.

Having seen with his own eyes that Voldemort is back, Fudge has no choice but to forgive Dumbledore and accept the truth. Without meeting resistance, Dumbledore instructs Fudge to let him and Hagrid return to the school and to remove Umbridge. He will spend half an hour at the Ministry explaining the night's events, while Harry is given a Portkey to take him back to Hogwarts.
