At '''King's Landing''', we are in Maester Pycelle's laboratory where Cersei and Qyburn are serving a massive wound on the side of Gregor Clegane's abdomen. Oberyn's cause was not in vain after all, since his spear was coated with deadly Manticore poison prolonging The Mountain's justly deserved suffering.
