The father of the titular "little victim" is credited as Walter, not Walley.

* ValuesDissonance: Due to changing times. A social worker would be in charge of the case than the police and there are many more protections to the child, which the doctors and social worker would be able to take the child away from both parents. However, for its time the episode aired, it shows how difficult it is to prove child abuse. Unless someone witnesses the offender in the act or the offender confesses, most allegations of child abuse cannot be substantiated. And to treat it purely as a social problem denies justice to the victim of the abuse - the child.
