He tells that that he's an elf from the North Pole named Tobias. He is crying because he broke a toy that was meant to be a present for Donny. So Stuffy and Chilly go to wake up Doc and they all come back together. But Doc doesn't have the piece she needs to fix the toy. So they travel to the North Pole to find the right piece, while at the same time trying to avoid Santa.
