As a French person, I can say that what's said in the Thinly Veiled Dub Country Change description is straight up false. The secret agent also has Helium Speech in the original French dub.

* ThinlyVeiledDubCountryChange: The secret service are said to be so secretive, even the president doesn't know they exist. France has prime ministers, not presidents (though the council to elect the prime minister ''are'' known as a presidents council).
* VocalDissonance: One of the secret service agents has HeliumSpeech in the english dub, which makes taking him seriously ''really'' hard.
