* MoralPragmatist: Rosa, at the beginning of the episode. She believes Amy shouldn't have talked Keri out of pressing charges, because she'll lose her job, they won't find enough evidence to charge Seth, and even if they do, her name will be dragged through the mud, especially at the trial (two steps forward, one step back). Her reasoning was that if she signed the NDA, then at least she gets money and can keep her job. She ends up being half right; Keri leaves her job and will likely be blacklisted in the industry, but they find enough evidence to press charges against Seth, and a coworker at the firm steps forward.

Not really? It's too much of a general example to be classified as such because the detectives have been obsessed over unsolvable cases before (e.g. Terry's Kitties, Unsolvable). It's like saying that Pimento making out with Rosa is a callback to when they made out before.
