* KickTheSonOfABitch: Mary is fine with leaving Alice for dead to save Beth, although she's at least willing to leave the choice of whom to save in Kate's hands.

* ToTheBatnoun: When Luke is told to use Kate's bike to get Beth out of the city, he makes her use its proper name : ''Bat''bike.

* AintTooProudToBeg: Alice abandons any semblance of pride in the face of death, pleading with Mary in every way she can think of to convince her to try and save her life. [[RealityEnsues Surprising no one but Alice]], Mary refuses.

* RealityEnsues:
** Alice has spent the entire season demonstrating that she's a vicious psychopath, committing murders left, right, and center, all while maintaining that [[ThatManIsDead Beth is gone]] and carrying out acts of intensely personal cruelty against both Kate and Mary. No one in their right mind, least of all Mary or Kate, would choose to save her over [[NiceGirl Beth]], even if Kate is torn up over the decision.
** [[HumanPopsicle Cryogenic freezing]] is proposed, but rejected as only a way to kill Beth a lot quicker.

* SupermanStaysOutOfGotham: One quick call to either Barry or Kara could have trivially gotten Beth out of Gotham City. Both characters are mentioned, but not in the context of anyone thinking to ask them for help.

* ContinuitySnarl: Having two different versions of one person on one Earth at once surely didn't bother Brainy, Toyman or Al the bar owner over at ''Series/Supergirl2015''.

* TheGuardsMustBeCrazy: The Crow outside of Mouse's room fails to recognise Alice (the most wanted person in Gotham), or catch the fact that [[FailedASpotCheck her uniform is too big for her]]. Also there's only one guard on duty (not to mention a Crow security officer going around without backup so Alice can KillAndReplace him).

* FromBadToWorse: Beth is dead while Alice is alive with an even greater grudge against her twin sister. Mouse has been removed from Crow custody, and the plastic surgeon who could testify on Jacob's behalf turns out to be Dr. Cartwright.

** August Cartwright likewise wants to kill Alice for his son "falling" for her.

** Alice learns of her multiverse twin. Worse, she finds out her alternate self was saved by Kate in that universe, sparing her a life of trauma.

** Alice learns of her multiverse twin.
** Kate reveals that she's Batwoman to Beth.

* WhamShot: Dr. Campbell removing a mask to reveal that he's Dr. Cartwright.

* NeverTheSelvesWillMeet: Beth says the Universe is literally NotBigEnoughForTheTwoOfUs. The two don't even have to meet or touch, as both will die unless one anomaly is removed.

* WhiteShirtOfDeath: Genre savvy viewers would know what's going to happen when Beth unzips her jacket to reveal the lighter colored jumper underneath.

* StayWithMeUntilIDie: After realising that Kate chose Beth over her, Alice asks Kate to stay with her in her final moments.

* ImprovisedWeapon: Mary uses the wallphone to beat Alice unconscious. Unfortunately, she [[NiceJobBreakingItHero leaves it near her]], causing Alice to pick it up and lead the Crows to Beth's location.

* SoMuchForStealth: Mary is using her position as the Commander's daughter to get through the Crow checkpoint, when suddenly Beth hidden in the back gasps in pain and gives herself away. Only Batwoman's intervention stops Beth from being shot.
