* HeterosexualLifePartners: Oliver and Cooper ''both'' move from Oliver's old bedroom to their swinging new basement apartment together, there never being any indication that one of them might stay in the old bedroom and let the other have the basement to himself.

Cut trope. Can't tell if its replacement trope or any others are applicable.

Added DiffLines:

Katie's plans to start her mommy vlog in earnest are stymied with Franklin and Anna-Kat continuing to be home sick with mono. But she decides to try to make lemonade out of her lemons when she's forced to tutor them with the virtual lesson plans the school is providing. Meanwhile, Taylor gets an "A" on her first college assignment, leaving Katie and Greg skeptical. Greg is attempting to collect signatures for his city council nomination but isn't having much luck. Finally, Oliver and Cooper decide their bedroom is overcrowded and move to the basement, and Oliver wants a tutor for SAT prep but Katie refuses to pay for one. When Cooper decides to pay instead, ''and'' hire a construction team to reno the basement, Katie is worried that Oliver and Cooper are going to become spoiled with no work ethic, so she recruits the new waiter at Stewart & Kingston's who is forced to work there because he is dependent on his wealthy parents.

!!Tropes:
* CharacterDevelopment: Cooper does the unthinkable - to Oliver's horror and distress - and surrenders his credit cards to Katie rather than end up like Walker. He remarks "I'm one step closer to becoming an Otto!". Katie notes that it's the first time she's ever heard anyone say that with a measure of pride.

* HeterosexualLifePartners: Oliver and Cooper ''both'' move from Oliver's old bedroom to their swinging new basement apartment together, there never being any indication that one of them might stay in the old bedroom and let the other have the basement to himself.
* IronicAllergy: Franklin wants a snack, but when Katie bakes cookies, he turns out to be allergic to ''every'' ingredient in them. Katie has to give him two allergy shots.
* ShoutOut: Taylor's first college essay is on the subject of ''WesternAnimation/DoraTheExplorer''. Her TA praises her originality amidst a sea of papers about Einstein and Gandhi, but although he denies it one suspects he may be more interested in the person who handed in the paper than the paper itself.
