Added DiffLines:

* ArtisticLicenseLaw: During the jury deliberations, Stan is the only one deciding that "Martin Sugar"/Roger is "Guilty", and refuses to let any of the jurors leave, by using his position of foreman, until they reach a "unanimous decision", despite one of the other jurors pointing out the rest of them all agreeing to rule Roger "Not Guilty", resulting in the jurors eventually breaking down just so they can leave. In court proceedings however, in the event of a jury being unable to reach a unanimous decision, it is the duty of the jury to report such to the judge, upon which a mistrial is usually declared and a new trial is planned. The role of "foreman" offers no particular power over other jurors, they simply speak ''for'' the jury when in the courtroom, and Stan's refusal to let the other jurors leave until they agreed with him can be considered jury tampering.

!!Tropes:
* DidntThinkThisThrough: The lengths that Stan goes to in order to prove Roger's guilt actually involves ''him'' committing several crimes and he ends up getting arrested.
* LaserGuidedKarma: Stan ends the episode on trial, with Roger as a member of his jury.
* LeaningOnTheFourthWall: Stan lists [[WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy Brian Griffin]] as his all-time favorite fictional dog. Brian is then shown standing next to Stan and asking who he is.
-->'''Stan:''' Stop pretending I don't exist!
* SeriousBusiness: Stan treats jury duty as utterly sacred and patriotic.
