On the one hand, this is quite possibly the stupidest way they could’ve done a live-action Deadshot, as a crazy {{steampunk}} cowboy with a {{ComicBook/Cable}} scar over his eye and [[ImprobableAimingSkills magic bullets that turn into little missiles]] when he fires them.
