** Averted with Peeta/Katniss for a while, as it was far too difficult to come up with a portmanteau ship name for their first names that didn't sound incredibly awkward ([=KatPee=] sounds like "cat pee", [=KatPeet=] like "cat feet", and Peeniss is just plain NSFW). Eventually, their fans combined Katniss's "The Girl Who Was On Fire" moniker with Peeta's background as a baker's son to get "Toast". Or they combined their last names instead (Everdeen and Mallark) to get "Everlark".
