This incident became a recurring joke throughout the podcast, most notably in the ''Music/LedZeppelin'' [[Music/LedZeppelin1969 first self-titled]], where she jokes about how she liked a song from their [[Music/LedZeppelinII second self-titled]].

''Rock of Ages'' is a podcast hosted by Andrew and started in February 2021. It involves himself and his friends, many of whom are theatre kids, reviewing classic rock albums. When they get to a ConceptAlbum or RockOpera, then they review a musical theatre cast recording the following week. A lot of the podcast's appeal comes from the panelists' [[SeinfeldianConversation tendency for conversations that have little to do with the albums]].

It can be heard on Spotify and [[https://anchor.fm/stanthetalkingdog/ Anchor]].

It also spawned a movie commentary-themed SpinOff, ''Podcast/WatchThis'', hosted by panelist Romi.

!!This podcast contains examples of:
* ChristmasEpisode: Just after Christmas 2021, they did a bonus episode covering Music/DavidBowie and Music/BingCrosby's recording of "Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy".
* HalloweenEpisode: Fittingly, it was Music/BlackSabbath's SelfTitledAlbum, seen as the birth of HeavyMetal as a genre (literally, as the gang notes with the opening track).
* HostileShowTakeover: Cade Month, in which recurring panelist Cade filled the entire month of June (with the exception of ''[[Music/TheKillers Sam's Town]]'', which was Jackson's birthday episode) with his picks, was treated as this by Cade himself.
* InsaneTrollLogic: They use a mild case of this to claim ''Music/BreakfastInAmerica'' is a ConceptAlbum so they can get to ''ComicBook/FunHome'' quicker.
* MilestoneCelebration: ''Theatre/{{Company|Sondheim}}'' was the 50th episode, as well as the Creator/StephenSondheim tribute.
* OnlyOneFindsItFun: This sort of thing has happened in a few instances, perhaps most notably with ''Music/{{Revolver}}'' - Andrew liked the album, while most of the others didn't.
* RunningGag: Several, such as:
** "There are [number] albums better than [album name]" - started in the ''Music/FunHouse'' episode, when Romi notes an album's placement on Website/AcclaimedMusic's top 3000 albums list.
** [[Music/TheStooges "LA Blues"]] is constantly brought up over the podcast's run.
* SeinfeldianConversation: The gang enjoys doing this. During ''Music/BreakfastInAmerica'', Andrew successfully ties a few of these tangents to the topic of the episode by giving some short statement and mentioning having [[TitleDrop breakfast in America]] during it. In another instance (''Theatre/{{Company|Sondheim}}''), Romi brings up [[Series/SesameStreet Elmo's feud with Zoe's pet rock]] simply because she feels the need, and attempts to tie it to the discussion.
* UnInstallment: The review of WebVideo/TheNostalgiaCritic's parody of ''Music/TheWall'' was never recorded and its intended episode number is skipped over. They still intend on doing it when the time is right.
