* [[HitlersTimeTravelExemptionAct Kang could just end heroes like the Avengers at any time if he simply goes back to prevent key events that led to their formation]]. He does not choose this path typically since it is either too boring or Kang realizes that would just jeopardize his present as he was inspired by the Avengers. He could go back in time to do some things that would make the present worse for everyone, though he is watching out for that pesky TimePolice that would come after him. Some idea he thought up was to have UsefulNotes/TheComicsCode still be around to neuter the effectiveness of modern superheroes. Another idea he also had was to have a ''ComicBook/{{Batgirl}}'' movie shelved just to spite the Franchise/JusticeLeagueOfAmerica who acted too much like the Avengers and the Squadron Supreme for his liking. Though the companies his incarnations created do more than enough to garner wealth for himself, [[TimeTravelForFunAndProfit Kang had the idea of making a store where he brought objects from the future and past to sell]]. One particular item was a burial urn that he would constantly dig up once its buried, the gimmick being that he was selling the same used urn over and over again. Then he stopped himself as the economy relies on demand for limited resources and he would simply mess up the economy with an endless supply of products. Then stopped himself from shelving that idea and placed ruining the economy as a backup EvilPlan when needed. [[BrickJoke He still wants to sell that urn.]]

* An eccentric but truly gifted scientist and inventor, Emmet Brown had managed to construct a fully functional time machine out of an old Delorean, to which prompted him to invite his friend Marty to see its first test run. This simple event took a wrong turn when terrorists that Doc had double-crossed attacked the two, killing him and forcing Marty to use the time machine, sending him to 1955. There, the 1955 Doc aided Marty in returning to the future, but not before Marty gave him a letter entailing the circumstances of his death. Seemingly destroying it, it is later revealed that he pieced the letter back together and prevented his own death. Shortly after, he took Marty and his girlfriend Jennifer to 2015 to prevent their children from landing in jail, which spirals into them having the fix the timeline since the 2015 Biff Tannen stole a sports almanac Marty purchased, took the time machine, and gifted it to his 1955 self, resulting in Biff becoming filthy rich, marrying Marty's mother and killing his father. After traveling from the divergent 1985 and fixing the timeline, Marty again was aided by Doc's 1955 self to go back further in time to track down 1985 Doc, who wrote him a letter stating his intent to stay in 1885 Hill Valley. After doing so, Doc fell in love with a schoolteacher named Clara, which conflicted with his newfound desire to return home. After Marty and Doc concocted a plan to use a train to push the broken Delorean to a sufficient speed for time travel, Doc reconciled with Clara, who was on the same train. After Doc conceded on staying, Marty goes back to 1985 alone. Almost immediately after returning, Doc visits him in a time machine built out of a train, now married to Clara and with two sons. After bidding Marty farewell, the family travelled back to the past.
