** Curiously, Luna is one of the few deities that can see [[Pantheon/HealthAndDiseases Osmosis Jones]] without having to shrink down her size or see him through a microscope. She has apparently seen him sometimes when she is traveling through dreams, often teaming up to resolve whatever nightmare the dreamer is having.

** Also, one of her biggest fears? [[AbsurdPhobia Chickens.]] Although she points out that this is because they're similar to the [[TakenForGranite cockatrice]]. As such, she's usually seen leaving whenever [[Pantheon/GamingStyles Cuccos]] are in the area, especially when someone's bound to mess with them and cause a swarm.

*** Eventually, as more and more deities ascended and joined their ranks, it came to a head when the Greek Titans of the Sun and Moon, Helios and Selene, ascended, and the group was eventually reforged into ''The Protectors of Night and Day'', not only do that Luna doesn't keep feeling like a tag-along ally, but also from realizing that there may eventually be threats that wish to invoke EndlessDaytime, which is just as bad as TheNightThatNeverEnds.

** [[Pantheon/{{Nature}} Fluttershy]] hasn't visited the House of Beasts much since their ascension, apparently because she doesn't want to bother Celestia if she doesn't have to, though there are rumors that it's actually because she's scared of Luna giving her a hug. That said, it only lasted for the first couple of months before new deities drew her attention and overrode her nervousness and she's become a regular visitor again.

** Not long after they ascended, however, an unknown god or goddess somehow reawakened Nightmare Moon, Luna's resentful SuperpoweredEvilSide previously thought destroyed by the [[Pantheon/TheGreatTreasury Elements of Harmony]]. There are three current culprit theories going about; [[Pantheon/{{Emotion}} Parsee]], [[Pantheon/{{Metafiction}} Bernkastel]], and [[Pantheon/CrueltyAndSadism Terumi]], though nothing has been proven yet. [[EvilLaugh Laughing wickedly]], the dark mare promised to bring upon the Pantheon an era of eternal night before being subdued by the promptly summoned Elements of Harmony. Unfortunately, they failed to function to their full effect and thus Luna is now in the same situation as [[Pantheon/{{Narrative}} Sayaka Miki]], her normal self still acting as co-Goddess of {{Winged Unicorn}}s while her Nightmare Moon personality fills the role of Goddess of Eternal Night.

* As stated before, she is a fierce protector of her domain and all of the animals within it against hunters and other intruders. As such, she has very little love for the nefarious who hunts far beyond what they need. One of her most recurring threats within the Pantheon has been Pokemon Hunter J, who very much wants to capture such an elusive creature as she. Though the Unicorn's might has been enough to drive her off, Amalthea still very much despises the monstrously evil woman and is wary of her intrusions.

* Upon hearing about the existence of plenty of other unicorns in the Pantheon, with a good number of them coming from some land called Equestria, she grew curious enough to meet them. She was greatly surprised by how different they were from her, though. Having the tail of a lion, legs of a deer, cloven feet, the fur of a goat, the neck of a llama, and a horn with the length of a short sword, Amalthea only looks like a horse from far away, but the equestrian Unicorns do look mostly like horned ponies. But the biggest difference by far between her and them is that they are mortals, with much more human mindsets as a result. Despite this, the more classical-looking unicorn did quickly befriend them, which was helped by the fact their rulers, Princess Celestia and Luna amongst them, were indeed immortal. Upon seeing her ethereal beauty, Rarity insisted on being given permission to make clothes that would accompany it. Though the Unicorn isn't comfortable while wearing clothes in her normal form, she did accept to goes to the seamstress for dresses for her human form, if it made the latter happy.

** She has also started training under [[Pantheon/{{Power}} Scott Summers]] in order to improve her ability to shoot danmaku (particularly lasers) out of her eyes. While her true strength is firing them from her FingerGun, she is making some progress.
