* Plus, there's Princess Cadence/[[MagicKnight Shining Armor]]/[[GodSaveUsFromTheQueen Queen Chrysalis]].
* If one is into IncestYayShipping, then Princess Cadence/Shining Armor/Twilight might count too.
* While both Applejack/Rarity and Applejack/Rainbow Dash are some of the most common ships, the predictable [=OT3=] must deal with the infeasibility of Rarity/Rainbow Dash. Few succeed.
* Celestia/Twilight/Luna, if you can handle the [[BrotherSisterIncest princest]] that usually goes along.
* Twilight/Spike/Rarity seems to be fairly popular as well.
* Thanks to Coco practically worshiping the ground Rarity walks on, Coco Pommel/Rarity/Spike has also started gaining some traction.
* Twilight and Sunset Shimmer were already a popular ship when ''Friendship Games'' brought "Sci-Twi," Twilight's counterpart in the human world. Some switched shippings to Sunset/Sci-Twi, while others just shrugged and started shipping all three of them, dubbed "[[JustForPun Sunset Twiangle]]."
** Before that even, Sunset and Trixie were being shipped with Twilight, given they're both her rivals and {{Evil Counterpart}}s. In fact, pretty much any combination of Twilight and her counterparts (Sunset, Trixie, Starlight Glimmer, Moondancer, Sci-Twi) is feasible. Trixie and Starlight got a canon basis when they became close friends in Season 6 and the shipping for them took off, and Sunset and Starlight are both, in a sense, Twilight's "students" in friendship. Then ''they'' met and became friends, reinforcing the idea further.
* ''Rainbow Rocks'' had the Sirens Adagio, Sonata, and Aria as an trio of villains. The shipping was inevitable from the start.
