* In ''[[VideoGame/DotsHome Dot's Home]]'', Dot, a millennial woman, time travels back to 2010, when Alma, the wife of Dot's older sister Georgia, is organizing a community event for the Tawfiq Family. Alma is surprised that Dot entered the community center when she was supposedly "too busy with college applications" to attend the meeting.

** In ''[[VideoGame/ResidentEvil6 RE6]]'' in Sherry Birkin. She's 26 years old, but looks, sounds, and frequently acts slightly younger than her escortee Jake Muller, who's 21. {{Justified|Trope}} in that it's an effect of the [[VideoGame/ResidentEvil2 G-virus]] she has in her adapting to her body and increasing regeneration to HealingFactor levels.

** For ''Resident Evil Dead Island'' there was a kerfuffle over the fact that whilst Chris and Leon relatively look their age, Jill in comparison looks like she hasn't aged at all despite being in her 40s (in fact her entire appearance is based off her ''VideoGame/ResidentEvil3Remake'' version, a game set in 1998 where Jill is 23). The official Twitter for movie however [[https://www.kotaku.com.au/2023/03/new-resident-evil-movie-explains-why-jill-valentine-hasnt-aged/amp/ confirms]] the T-Virus infection has slowed Jill's aging down, so like Sherry she does have an excuse for it unlike other protagonists.
** BigBad Albert Wesker is 49 [[spoiler: at the time of his death]] yet he looks about the same age as his ArchEnemy Chris despite working for Umbrella since he was 18 in 1977. This more likely due to the SuperSerum keeping Wesker at top physical condition, also his age might've been halted after "dying" in the first game.

* ''VideoGame/Splatoon2'' has Pearl, a short Inkling girl who looks and acts like a BrattyHalfPint, but is 21 -- three years the significantly older-looking Marina's senior.

** Meanwhile, Leliana was born shortly after the Orlesian occupation of Ferelden meaning she is probably in her late 30s as well.

* Fairly common in ''Videogame/LikeADragon'' due to the fact that since the games typically take place during the year they're released the characters age in real time, but with very little noticeable changes to their models.
** ''[[VideoGame/Yakuza2 Yakuza Kiwami 2]]'' features appearances from characters from ''VideoGame/Yakuza0'', few of who look like they aged since the 1980s. In particular: Yuki was approximately 20 in ''0''. In ''Kiwami 2'', she is 39 -- a year older than Kiryu -- but she still looks to be in her mid-twenties ''at most''!
** Daigo looks to be about 8 during his [[{{Sidequest}} brief]] appearance in ''VideoGame/Yakuza0'', when he's really 12, and then looks more like a teenager in ''VideoGame/Yakuza2'', when he's actually about 30. He acts younger than he is both times, too, before finally maturing in later installments.
** Ryuji Goda in ''VideoGame/Yakuza2''. He's a bit of a brat throughout the game, being a fight loving little scamp that his daddy Jin can't even control, mind you he's actually 30 years old but acts like he's a decade younger. [[BurlyDetectiveSyndrome He's even dubbed "The Problem Child" in one of the objective descriptions.]] He had the [[YoungerThanTheyLook inverse problem]] in ''0'', where he was supposed to be a grade schooler but was almost as huge as he was in 2 to the point that he was mistaken for an adult in a backpack.
** Tanimura from ''Yakuza 4'' is in his late twenties, but looks like a particularly pretty high-school kid. The remastered version gives him a more [[AdaptationalUgliness rough and rugged look]] (including some facial hair) which makes him look his age.
** Both Kiryu and Majima have aged very well despite the fact that they are currently in their mid-to-late 50s. By the time of ''Infinite Wealth'' however, age (as well as cancer) has finally caught up to cancer as his hair has now gone gray.

The aforementioned Yuki also returns in a substory, now pushing 60, and looks no older than her early 30s – she even works the floor as a hostess for Koyuki's new cabaret club, and Kiryu's [[ButThouMust only possible reaction]] to seeing her as a hostess is "Beautiful...".
