* ''VideoGame/Splatoon2'' has Pearl, a short Inkling girl who looks and acts like a BrattyHalfPint, but is 21--three years the significantly older-looking Marina's senior.

* ''VideoGame/Splatoon2'' has Pearl, a short Inkling girl who looks and acts like a BrattyHalfPint, but is 21--three years the significantly older-looking Marina's senior. The InUniverse explanation for this is that Pearl was electrocuted when she was younger, which stunted her growth.

** In ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild'' the Zora are shown to be this due to aging slower than hylians and humans. The most obvious is a [=NPC=] named Finley. She uses a child's model and seems quite young in both look and sound, but is apparently the Zora equivalent of her mid to late teens. She bemoans the fact she's a late bloomer who has yet to hit her growth spurt. Purah, a Sheikah is over 220 years old, but has the appearance and mannerisms of a 6-year-old due to experimenting with a magic rune intended to reverse the aging process. There's also [[spoiler: Link and Zelda]] who are at least 117 years old, but thanks to the former being in a shrine to be healed and the latter being in a sealing duel with the BigBad, the two have not aged past 17 years old. An NPC lampshades it and wonders how they can still look so young despite 100 years passing by.

* Serval of ''Franchise/MortalKombat'''s characters reach the ages of [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld 10000 and higher]] via [[BadassPrincess Kitana]] and Sindel, but you wouldn't know this by looking (Kitana looks to be in her early 20s while Sindel is at her late 40s). As of ''VideoGame/MortalKombatX'', a Earthrealmer - Erron Black [[spoiler:fits this trope, due to a process of gaining the Edenians' long lifespans thanks to Shang Tsung.]] And if his ending is true, [[spoiler:Johnny Cage is about to pull off this trope as well.]]

* In ''[[VideoGame/TheElderScrollsVSkyrim Skyrim]]'', this is true of a few characters, even among the ordinary mortals. Possibly the most notable one is Janneke Crag-Jumper, who appears to be approximately the same age as her fully grown daughter.

** In ''[[VideoGame/TheElderScrollsIVOblivion Oblivion]]'', [[TheEmperor Emperor]] [[TheGoodKing Uriel Septim VII]] is 87, though could easily pass for being in his 60s at the oldest. It is said that he did not age in the ten years he spent trapped in Oblivion during the [[VideoGame/TheElderScrollsArena Imperial Simulacrum]]. It is also rumored that he had his mages and healers employ various methods of extending his life as well.

* The central character of ''VideoGame/NightInTheWoods'', Mae, is twenty years old, but could easily be mistaken for a teenager, partially because of the game's storybook-esque art style, and partially because Mae's the shortest of her friends, is a {{Womanchild}}, and doesn't have a job or driver's license.

* ''Franchise/TheElderScrolls''
** Due to the LongLived nature of the [[OurElvesAreBetter Races of Mer (Elves)]] in the series, they can be much older than they appear. According to several examples in the lore, they age similarly to the [[WeAreAsMayflies Races of Men]] [[ImmortalityBeginsAtTwenty until they reach adulthood, at which point it slows down drastically]]. Mer over 100 years old ([[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld and some much older]]) appear no older than middle-aged by human standards.

* ''Franchise/FireEmblem'':
** ''Path of Radiance'' and its sequel, ''Radiant Dawn'', has a few characters are described as "Branded", meaning they are a result of a taboo union between the two races in the game: laguz (shape-shifters) and beorc (normal people). While the branded are most like the beorc, they generally age slower like their laguz forefathers. As branded are shun by laguz and beorc alike, they cannot settle down, and need to hide their brand (which can be difficult if it shows up on, say, the face).
** Finn from ''[[VideoGame/FireEmblemJugdral Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War]]'', is 35 in the second generation and 34 in the related game ''Thracia 776'', but in both he looks like he is only in his early-to-mid twenties. It becomes especially apparent when compared him to Glade and Oifey, who are in their mid thirties and look their age.
** Manaketes ([[InstantAwesomeJustAddDragons dragons who have taken human form]]) like Tiki from ''VideoGame/FireEmblemAkaneia'', Nowi from ''VideoGame/FireEmblemAwakening'', Myrrh from ''VideoGame/FireEmblemTheSacredStones'' and Fae from ''VideoGame/FireEmblemElibe'' are all of the Really700YearsOld variety. Simply having dragon blood seems to slow down aging as half human/half manakete children can live far longer than normal humans.

* The goddesses in the ''{{Neptunia}}'' series look like teens and preteens (even children for the youngest ones) and even act the part, but they are actually [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld hundreds of years old]]. Even by their standards, though, Nepgear doesn't look that much younger than her older sister Neptune (She arguably looks older, even).
