The video pulls no punches as it starts with the statement that the poster got ransomware from a Youtube video (evidently taking form of a fake Angry Birds game), with ominous music playing over it. It ''seems'' normal at first, but it already isn't right; the title is cut off, the play button is pixelated and the pig is missing its pupil, there are four of the same button lined on the bottom, and a layer of grass abruptly disappears. When the birds are launched (they are all Red, by the way), they start out as not making any noises, and the pigs don't idle and only make one sound when killed... and that's just the ''beginning''. The gameplay gradually falls apart; the pigs start getting some very strange eyes and one level has weird pigs floating in the air that make the launched bird disappear if they get anywhere near them, the structures don't get damaged but do become more and more broken (to the point that the last "structure" is just a pile of wood with pigs scattered on the ground), the extra birds start getting replaced by bigger, eldritch birds, the graphics in general break down, and the "level cleared" pop-up gets more misplaced and distorted with each completed level until the "next level" button is all that's left of it. The second to last level has a weird face appear on-screen, followed by the last and most broken level: it opens with another creepy image with text in a foreign language, the sky goes from teal to black and then brown, the grass looks corrupted (cutting off at the bottom for example), both of the extra birds are borderline unrecognizable, and the chirping bird ambience gets accompanied by [[DroneOfDread droning and clicking]]. Then, as the player pulls the slingshot that contains the only remaining normal bird, static starts playing and then the bird gets engulfed by something black emanating from it, before [[SmashToBlack the application goes black]] and the sound cuts out shortly after, finally followed by a ransomware screen (also written in a foreign language) with another disturbing face in a red filter and a picture of Red with more of the weird, black stuff coming out of his face replacing the desktop background. Even though the person claims they thought it looked cool, the image is still quite creepy and pretty much exudes the idea that scary trojans could be out there, masquerading as genuine apps and games only to hit their users with legitimately unsettling content.

Things go about the same as they did in the original story but then it shows a alternative route where if Mario touched the smiling mushroom, it states a new path has opened and thanks Mario for the blood donation. Mario then encounters his brother who can’t go through with hurting him. Mario then tries to follow him before the game crashes and that’s how the video ends.

He remembers a moment between him and Pinga, who's presumably dead here, and he starts hitting his head on his bed, which seems to be either frustrated HeadDesk type venting, or thrashing out of struggle. That is, until he hits his head hard enough to ''split'' it open, revealing that he [[DrivenToSuicide committed suicide]]! The description of the video gives context to the whole thing, revealing that Pingu and Pinga were playing on a trampoline, until Pingu accidentally turned on a ceiling fan and [[DeadlyRotaryFan got Pinga's head sliced open]] as a result.
