Although this show is much more mild in its creepy moments compared to [[WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls its previous incarnation]], it still does have a few creepy scenes.

* Silico’s final defeat in “Lights Out.” It may not be enough of a grand finale for some viewers but you cannot deny it is a horrible fate for anyone! Bubbles uses his own device on him which at first he [[NoSell resists]]. Silico then has the girls pinned under a bomb and flies away watching them explode! Except that this is all revealed to be a dream with Silico in a straight jacket locked in an asylum cell. This is because the [[LotusEaterMachine Butley]] actually does work on Silico. Now he is trapped inside his own mind within a never-ending dream for the rest of his days! Even Buttercup says she is both impressed and terrified!

* The insane paranoia between Mojo and the three girls in "Quarantine".

* Buttercup going ''[[UnstoppableRage crazy]]'' after being called "Princess" by Man Boy in "Man Up". We get quick shots of Buttercup being restrained by her sisters against a red background, and to top it all off, there's even a ''HeartbeatSoundtrack''.

* The {{Nightmare Face}}s [[http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/powerpuff/images/a/af/12822269_571809646320633_736439601_n.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20160325071235 that Blossom and Buttercup made]] at the beginning of "Bye Bye Bellum". And we do mean at the very start, it [[JumpScare is extremely startling]] and [[SurpriseCreepy can really catch one off guard.]]

* In "Presidential Punchout", Blossom and Princess ''[[http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/powerpuff/images/e/ee/Vlcsnap-2016-10-02-19h09m34s27.png/revision/latest?cb=20161003020956 grinding their teeth]] [[TheToothHurts until their teeth crack.]]'' Their teeth are fine one second later, but that is some rather gross imagery.

* The various [[NightmareFace "funny faces"]] that Donny make in "The Last Donnycorn". Unlike the reactions from the viewers, the Powerpuff Girls found the face funny.

* In "Once Upon A Townsville", Bluebelle trying to kill herself to make her prince appear several times, while [[SuicideAsComedy it's played]] [[CrossesTheLineTwice for comedy]], it actually is [[FridgeHorror pretty horrifying]] that [[TooDumbToLive Bluebelle]] is really willing to nearly die just to get a useless prince to appear. And some of her suicide attempts, such as jumping into a volcano and/or ''almost getting torn to shreds'' is very creepy.

* Buttercup's [[GrowingMusclesSequence arms going totally buff]] in "Splitsville". It looks just...wrong.

* Blossom's SlasherSmile when she plots locking Bubbles into a closet to [[{{Yandere}} star in the play with Jared to have him all to herself]] in "A Star Is Blossom".

** The "No Me Gusta" face Bubbles makes is not only funny, but also jarring. Bubbles also has a nose (which she does not usually have) and speaks Spanish instead of US English.

* Princess Morbucks' DemonicPossession in "Tiara Trouble"; not only do her [[AbnormalLimbRotationRange limbs and head rotate at all angles,]] but [[http://soundeffects.wikia.com/wiki/Hollywoodedge,_Girl_Screams_Long_Hi_CRT028201 she has an utterly ''demonic'' shriek while it happens!]] (actually, it's a stock sound effect heard multiple times before in previous cartoons, but still.)

* Bubbles going through a lot of FacialHorror in "Bubbles of the Opera". First she gets a really bad rash, then it gets much more swelled after she flies into the fan. Fans who didn't like "Sun Scream" from [[WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls the original series]] are not gonna have a fun time here.

** Blossom makes several [[NightmareFace horrifying faces]] during her UnstoppableRage in that same episode. ''Especially'' her bloodshot eyes and veiny face when a guy in the library tells her to be quiet.

* In "Somewhere Over the Swingset", seeing the citizens mind-controlled by Allegro as they advance towards the Girls is a bit creepy when the Girls go to an opposite dimension. [[spoiler: It turns out it was actually just Allegro's army in disguise.]]

* "In the Garden of Good and Eddie", we get a rather [[http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/powerpuff/images/4/4e/Vlcsnap-2016-09-28-02h06m47s636.png/revision/latest?cb=20160927184449 disturbing shot]] of Buttercup standing over a bunch of smashed vegetables while laughing maniacally, ''and the background is completely red''. Also, Buttercup is covered in veggie juice but it's ''blood red!''

** Him's true form in "Blisstersweet Symphony". It's the original's "Speed Demon" down to size with more muscle.

** Buttercup blacking out and bruising Bubbles, a loved one. Arguably a more scary and realsitic situation than what was presented in ''Makes Zen To Me''.

* The frightening transformation of the once cute head lice, and their plot to drill a hole into an unconcious Buttercup's skull in "Sugar, Spice and Super Lice".

** Him's true form in "Blisstersweet Symphony". It's the original's "Speed Demon" down to size with more muscle.

Although this show is much more mild in its creepy moments compared to [[WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls its previous incarnation]], and even the later Savino episodes from the 1998 version, it still does have a few creepy scenes.
