Botnick is an AssholeVictim due to him being a jerk with a shaving fixation (to the point he feels the need to do that with a Good Guy doll), but in all fairness, it's still a bit unsettling to imagine yourself doing something innocuous only to see a doll suddenly spring to life and swiftly slitting your throat with a razor, which you only teased the cadets with, and getting your CatchPhrase turned against you "''[[IronicEcho Presto, you're dead!]]''" to boot, but what makes it truly disturbing is Whitehurst coming down and seeing a bloody, dead Botnick with a laughing living doll that then [[KickTheDog spooks him]] into running away. Whitehurst is so ''utterly'' shaken by what he just saw, that he can barely stand on his feet when he runs outside and has to join the others for the training. It's all strange and eerie, but you're still with your feet in reality and thinking rationally... then all of the sudden a [[ScreamingWarrior screaming]], NightmareFace-d Chucky strikes you in the head with a golf bat. Reality comes crashing down with it: that Andy Barclay [[CassandraTruth wasn't a crazy kid]] in all these years, Chucky ''IS'' alive and possessed by a sadistic SerialKiller, and you're his next victim, all alone and defenseless in your high-life house you assumed was safe.
