What in some movies could be seen as a joking warning of a husband towards his wife not to stray, is actually a legitimate safety issue here, as Russian soldiers were notorious for raping women in retaliation for what German soldiers did in Russia and that is certainly not a fate that Sauerbruch wants for his wife. This conversation also includes a suggestion from Jung to set up a fake makeshift quarantine room, so that the young nurses can hide from the Russians.
